Here is the deal, Staff is rude -- breakfast is "Eggs Up" style... if you like hotel breakfast or chain Eggs Up you will like this place. It has no flavor, I had the "Country Breakfast" -- eggs were ordered scrambled SOFT, came out hard, Girts were ok, (Asked for a spoon and the server gave me the death stare and told me to use my coffee spoon) -- Then she realized it was covered in coffee and got me another one, the biscuit and gravy were ok. My wife ordered "Golfer Combo" with the French Toast. French Toast was over cooked, eggs had no flavor, and was served the Hash Brown (a single fried one like you get at a fast food place) when she ordered home fries. Mediocre experience. Blueberry pancakes and scrambled eggs. My boyfriend got chicken fried steak and grits and eggs. He liked his food. My pancakes were so dense I couldn't even come close to finishing. Flavor was fine. Nothing remarkable about any of it. Server was nice. It was quite cold inside. Been there a few times, the food is always good but the service isn't... Even when its slow, the service isn't good... Went at about 9-9:30ish there were only a few tables and the sever took our order, brought our food, and never came back... We didn't get a refill till we got our check... I had a coffee that I finished less than halfway through my meal, I left my cup on the edge of that table because most servers know that this means a refill is needed, our sever walked by the table 3 times before asking if we wanted refills, and brought the bill with the refills... most servers in a restaurant check on you at least once to make sure your food is right but our server basically brought the food and disappeared... My wife and I ate here last week based on the good reviews and because it is a neighborhood restaurant. My wife had the Golfer Special and I had the Crab Eggs Benedict, it was delicious and we will be back (not soon enough) . Okay so yes, my friend took me here for breakfast the morning I left. Absolutely incredible. I mean you talk about an great breakfast. I am a huge lover of eggs benedict. When I opened the menu there they were the POTUS of all breakfasts the eggs benedict. My friend tried to sell me on other breakfasts. Im like No way. I got the Crabcake Benedict and let me tell you it was AMAZING! MAJOR DELISH! The Hollandaise was perfect on top of a perfectly prepared poached egg and beautiful Lump Crabcakes. The home fries were cooked perfectly!! Yeah and how about the PRICE 8.95 FOR TWO CRABCAKE BENEDICTS come on where are you gonna find that and it be good! I found this place Sunday morning on yelp. So I decided to check it out. Wow! All I can say is if you like a good cup coffee this is your place. Kona coffee, Kona coffee, if you've never a cup of this coffee shame on you. I would go here just for the coffee. The place is very cute inside with booths and tables and a small bar where you can sit and eat. It's opened for breakfast and lunch. And the service is wonderful. I went there Sunday morning and enjoyed it so much I brought a friend with me on Monday. Sunday I had the pork chops and eggs and hash browns with cinnamon toast and of course many cups of coffee. Which is pretty reasonable @ 1.99 with refills. The chops were 2 thin cut loin chops on the bone. The cost was 7.95 which is cheaper than most places I know with regular tasting coffee. I noticed they served homemade hash so I decided when I return I would order it. I returned Monday with a friend of mine who also like a good hash and we both decided to order it. This is one of the best corned beef hash I've had at any breakfast place from Myrtle Beach to Florida. You can actually taste the corned beef in it. It's so full of flavor and once again cheaper than any other places I've been to in myrtle beach. This is definitely a must stop place for breakfast if you enjoy a great cup of coffee and delicious food for a very reasonable price. I also noticed they serve a poached eggs on a lump meat crab cakes. I asked about it and they said it was a very popular item. And I could tell because at least 2 tables had ordered them. I believe the price was less than $10. Once again this place is about 6miles from 501, but definitely worth the trip. read more

Started off my experience there by looking at a menu that was half printed and half sharpie, we were there at noon and we were the only ones in the restaurant. That should have been a good indication that I shouldn't be eating here, but I decided to give it the old college try anyways. I can honestly say I've had better food from a McDonald's drive through. The omelet was about a 50/50 mix of cheese and egg. With cold gravy on the side, and a frozen has brown patty. That's not nearly the quality of food I expect from an actual sit down restaurant.
