This is a huge burger topped with plenty of thick sliced bacon, smoked gouda cheese, caramelized onions, and what seems like a gallon of Kentucky burbon barbecue sauce. All these on a large brioche bun. The burger was out on a short time. There was sauce running down the sides of the bun already, which was soon running down my arm. The sauce was sweet, tangy, and Smokey. The thick sliced that bacon topped this massive burger was crispy adding plenty of texture to the burger. Hiding under the smoky gooey melted gouda was a pile of caramelized onions. The burger itself was cooked to a perfect medium well. All these flavors worked together into one great burger. I would have needed a box if I had eaten the fries, but I left them because they were soft and oily.
