    Pedicure area

How to find ** Go into the Marriott hotel entrance on 7th street, from there you will see a "city center" sign. Follow that to the escalators and go up one floor. Once on floor 2, going straight, past the UPS store and towards a yellow sign and you'll see E Nails on your left. Super kind and friendly staff. They squeezed me in for a quick pedi while waiting for a volleyball game. My kids went and grabbed a few fresh doughnuts down the hallway. The nail technician was so kind; she kindly offered my two young kids waters and to sit in the empty massage chairs while I finished my pedicure. Would 100% recommend and come again. Clean, friendly, and so accommodating.

Worst nail salon experience. We made appointments for 2 pedicures and showed up to only one employee. Proceeded to get rushed service that ended in us both having dented and smeared nails because she insisted we were dry when we weren't. We asked for a free repaint on the phone and she agreed, but when we came back tried charging us again and wouldn't take a no. I'm 9 months pregnant and this was supposed to be my last pedicure before baby, needless to say I wasn't happy AT ALL, no refund even provided...

    Day after, ouch.

Pictures are pretty self explanatory. Nails were painted terribly and cuticles were grazed raw. Won't be back.

    Successful gel mani!

I had a five star experience for my gel manicure. The Manicurists was meticulous, fast and did an excellent job. The price was only $27 since they had a special. Most places charge $30 for gel manicures. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I showed up without an appointment after work on Thursday at around 4:40 and didn't have to wait since they had a lot of people working. Great location, prices and staff. I would definitely come back again!

CUTE french tips (with three top coats)!
    Ashley Y.

I was nervous about coming here because of some Yelp and Google reviews I read, but I am very happy with my experience! I first visited around noon on a Monday but they were really busy so I came back at 5 p.m. At 5, I was serviced right away. They told me the mani-pedi would take one hour and that was spot on. I got french tips and they look fantastic. She put on three coats of top coat! The pricing was a little confusing, but it was partly my fault not understand that $5 for french tips was if you only did finger or toe nails. Caveat: This is only my second ever mani-pedi, so I am by no means an expert. Tips: - Pay in cash! Their minimum credit card charge is $15 and they can only take cash tips. - Try to visit when it's not super busy. They didn't rush through my mani-pedi because there were fewer people there.

I wanted this place to be great due to its proximity to my work but I left really disappointed. My manicurist said she had been working at E Nails for 5 years so I was very surprised that the work was so poor. When I expressed concerns, she didn't offer any solutions and hurried me out. Staff was friendly otherwise but I won't be returning.

They added onto my price without telling me a bail buff was more. Leaves a bad taste on an otherwise good experience.

I came in on a Monday night, so it wasn't busy, and I was able to get seated right away. The pedicure chairs were comfortable, and I enjoyed the massage feature while soaking my feet in the hot, bubbly water. I asked for shellac/gel French tips, and the tech brought over the color basket. The pedicure itself was just okay. She didn't spend much time on the basics like callus removal or a calf massage, but the French tips turned out nicely. I was actually impressed that she painted the white by hand instead of shaping with remover. After the pedi, I was moved to the nail desk for my manicure with the same gel French tips. The time spent felt about the same, pretty quick and without a hand massage, but again, the finished look was clean and well done. The hand-painted tips were a nice touch. Overall, the staff was very nice, and the salon itself is adorable. It was a decent experience with room for a little more attention to detail.

I visited back in October of 2025 and for a pedicure that was decent. This time around I opted for a gel manicure and pedicure during my visit. The woman who did my nails was very nice and I enjoyed the my appointment until the end of my service. I have never had a gel manicure where the nail tech filed and shaped gel nails after she was done putting on the gel polish. I wasn't expecting her to do this so I wasn't able to stop her but I wish I would've because my nails stayed lifting the same day! Truthfully I don't typically get my polish done on my natural nails but I asked a friend of mine who does and she was taken aback by the fact that the nail tech filed my nails. That night I even wore gloves in the shower bc I was scared they'd peel right off. And ofc the very next day I had two fingers chipped very badly. I decided to go back to the salon three days later when they opened so that they could rectify the situation. This was no usual wear and tear and I was disappointed with their lack of accountability for the fact that my nails were not done properly. I was also disappointed because I had to pay for the new service since the owner only offered me $5 off. I was in desperate need so I went ahead and paid the $40 since I had an event that same day. I couldn't help but walk away feeling like I'd been conned out of my money. I didn't want to get in any arguments which is why I paid for the service but I will not be returning to an establishment that wastes my time and my money. Two manicures in 4 days for basically fully price is highway robbery.

Now if the valet will be available is a whole other story. It took a considerable amount of time to drop off my car and I had asked three different employees about getting change for tipping and this proved more difficult than expected. I was greeted by Laura - who truly was the bright spot in this whole experience. She was on top of it and so friendly. She got me a locker and got me set up. I was eager to come here because they boasted a steam room, sauna, rainforest shower, and hot tub. Lukewarm would be a great way to describe this experience. The steam room just didn't get as steamy or warm as I would like, I had to turn on the sauna myself and wait for it to warm up (energy efficiency maybe) and the hot tub had water features that were spitting out ice cold water - cooling down the whole hot tub. I didn't venture to the rainforest shower because I couldn't bear to be any colder! I did love the tiled heated chairs in this lounge though! Normally these features would be my favorite and I could spend all day rotating but Anda spa caps you at an hour. There are a few lounges that you can check out. The one lounge has a few snacks, unlabeled tea, and fruit infused water. As some one with allergies - the mystery of it all wasn't great. The other lounge had weighted blankets. I was told to wait in either lounge for my technician. My technician was around 10 minutes late to my appointment without any notice. I had to walk out to the front to flag a staff member down to make sure I understood the instructions correctly. This definitely detracted from the relaxed vibe. The facial was in a brighter room than I'm used to and obviously you're downtown so it can be a bit noisy. The facial itself was good and the technician had strong hands though I wish I would've researched more about the products. My skin has felt dried out since and it's just not the best experience I've had. I'm going to check out some other spa options before I return here. Again - Laura was phenomenal and the space is clean and modern - I just didn't have the experience that I would've liked for the price.
