No partial payments although I suddenly went on disability and I am no longer employed. Demanded that I send my financial information from Social Security Administration only to threaten to reposess my car. I will gladly make the double payment when I get my check Aug. 14th. Company has cooperated for the last month with payment arrangements. All of a sudden a week before I get paid, they can no longer accommodate my needs and are threatening to reposess. Horrible Company. Payment made every 2 weeks. Buzzer comes on and will threaten to reposess immediately regardless of circumstance and income verification if you need to amend for any reason. The girl who answers the phone is so rude and disrespectful and has the nerve to talk down to you. She definitely needs customer service 101 classes. Before you buy your car everyone is so friendly and attentive. But, after you buy your car, you can never get ahold of them and the service is extremely snappy. I have called customer service numerous amounts of time on various days about my account and could not get ahold of anyone so I finally called the sales department thinking something was wrong with their switch board, some simpleton who remains unnamed was very eager to get me off the phone and said the reason for them being busy is because it's Friday, then he asked me to call back in an abrupt manner, and hung up in my face! Horrible service, the entire staff are a bunch of uneducated ghetto group of people I have ever dealt with. I have never ever dealt wit a car lot like this ever but for you guys that have I need advice I paid 860 had a deferred of 800 I tried 2 make my 1st payment and the system wouldn't accept it at all I live an hour away my car was picked up last night so i attempted to make the payment again this morning it all of a suddenly goes thru but after hrs of waiting for them to tell me I can go get my vehicle I get a different story than this morning now it's once the vehicle is repo'd you have to come in and make the payment these people reversed 826.00 and said I have to bring them the money and sign papers but then they say it's up 2 the review department if I even get my vehicle the lady says she didn't say that but earlier when I asked her that same question she confirmed twice that I may not get my vehicle back if you so someone dying in the hospital especially an infant they dont care this lady could have easily told finance what happened and my current situation but instead now its I gota wait 24 to 48 hrs before I'll even know if I can get my vehicle back her only advice to me as a manager is if I get a ride go spend time wit my grandbaby so if my babies situation turns worse I gota find a ride who gone leave the hospital in a time like that to give me a ride I shouldn't have to depend on no one I have proof this money has been on my card but they system wouldn't take the money I've heard of car lots being shady but after reading the reviews these people dont care at all I got so much worry on me but taking my car and my money and telling me I might not get it back is a problem I only had the car 16 days I dont know who in their right mind would leave a dying person to drive an hr away just to make a payment that could have been handled from auto system had they just listened to me in the 1st place they dont even deserve one star but in order to post this i gota give them at least 1 star bullshit read more

This guys are making a lot of money in repos. If you are one day late on your payments, your car will be gone. If you don't have insurance for one day, your car will be gone. They make you pay a "repo fee" of about 300 dollars and then they give it back to you. They don't give you notice and they don't tell you why they picked it up until you show up the next day at their office (after 911 told you to call your lien holder if you want to find your car). They usually don't pick it up from your home. The stalk you until you go somewhere; then when you try to go back home you can't because your car is GONE! They play this game until they leave you without money. At this point they turn around and sale the car for more than what you owed thus making a lot of money: the money you already paid since you got the car plus the money they get from the second sale of the car. They do this more towards the end of your lease (when you already paid more than half the value of your car) They have been doing this because they are hurting for money real bad "inside sources say." At the time of purchase they make you sing all the paperwork that makes all this money making process legal. They also tell you about the "secret GPS device" they install on the vehicle to find you faster (and they make you sing off on that). The "No Credit, No Problem" promise comes at a price. You didn't think these people where doing you a favor did you? All this without mentioning the high interest rate they charge you (for not having credit) Credit was invented by the rich to rip you off. Business is business... The sales staff of the dealership is not the issue, it is most of the staff in the office. They sit in the same room, but you are transferred around as if it is global, multi-level company. The other more important issue is that their customer service is garbage. If Carmen is the office manager and trained any of the office staff, no wonder it is a disaster,she is condescending, rude and an overall abusive female. If I could give negative ratings I would. Worst place ever. I was laid off because of covid. My license was expired and I couldn't get it renewed so I THOUGHT my options were limited. I found after later that I had plenty of options, with MUCH better vehicles and customer service but it was too late by that time. The deal with this HORRIBLE place was done. First, I had issues with my license plates and all the account manager would tell me is what she couldn't do (which was basically anything.) Customer Service 101, let the customer know what you can do! Every payment was made early. Then, I got covid, had to spend a lot on test and hospitals and medication. Called them about 1 payment.....just one and they just couldn't help. How can any company that you know is being given government assistance have such little compassion and sense of right and wrong. Dynamic Motors is actually a good dealership, maybe not the best but it is good enough if you have less than perfect credit... like me and a lot of the people I know. They have been very nice so far. They even let me buy a 2011 Impala with only 36K miles when everybody else wanted to sell me cars with over 90K and at least 5 years older for almost the same final price, that is because the interest rate was lower for a newer car. The girls are very nice and the young Hispanic guy that sold me the car was very nice and attentive, he sold me what I was looking for. I believe his name was Darwin. Honestly! If you enjoy paying high priced vehicles with poor customer service then this is the place for you! They are not as helpful as they should be. Before I drove off with the vehicle is told them it had issues. Before I signed any agreement they said they will fix it but never did. I gave them my account information next few days my car was towed. The representative never input my account information in the system. When they returned my vehicle the salesman smoked in my vehicle and I have a medical condition! When I call to make a payment they hang up on me and put me on hold. I can hear them laughing in the background instead of taking my payment. When I called because my vehicle wouldn't start I was being placed on hold and they were being rude on the phone. I was irrated and stuck in the middle of nowhere! So if you like getting treated this way your more than welcome. I'm very sure there other second chance dealers than treat you the way your supposed to be treated. If you already have contract try avoiding contact and go online. Walked in with $1400. They offered me a 2015 Escape and deferred the other grand over 2 months. They told me they messed up my contract and i need to come back in to fix it since my car is up for repo after having it for 24hrs and their mistake! I should have known it was a bad dealership when they lost their spare key to the car and hounded me to stop my life to come clear across town to make a 5minute key copy. The insurance was not valid to them so i had to take the gap insurance since "it was too late in the day to verify it." I told them i will come in on the monday (this was friday) to pay for my car and my car only since im not paying my FC policy and their gap. They give me the clearance to come in on monday to pay. The manager then calls me 30min before they close and im all the way in round rock to come back and pay or my car will be up for repo. THEY LITERALLY JUST TOLD ME TO LEAVE AND COME BACK MONDAY! Then Rebecca the person who sold me the car told me the insurance wouldn't take because my deductible was too high. So i got on the phone and changed it to the $500 deductible she told me to do while she was standing in my face. I buy a more expensive policy and send them over the paperwork just for it STILL not to be right. Then Rebecca lied to the manager and told him she never told me $500 while i was in the office dealing with him her and them all. So i sit in the office just for them to keep circling $250 deductible on their papers while not even looking me in my eyes. If someone works somewhere then they should know the answer to a question that is asked almost everyday. I trusted their words as the agent to provide me valid info to get me out the door and secured. Do you guys know how much it is to continue to change a policy?! Their mistake has cost me way too much money. I sent over everything yesterday and when i call this morning to ask if they have verified my insurance so i can just pay for my car the lady (E- something in the front office said and i quote) "No your insurance isnt verified and they wont call and tell you if it is. Theyll call and verify with the insurance company and put it in your file. We're swamped. We wont call you" What kind of service? If hitting was illegal...This whole location is the absolute worst. I thought there was no way I could get approved with my credit being bad since my divorce, but they made it possible. I would actually give Dynamic minus 10 stars if it was an option. I purchased a vehicle almost 2 years ago and made my payments timely always. I was late on one payment (5 days) and they repo'd the car. Not only did they do this, but about 4 months prior to this they contacted me about my full coverage insurance with Geico We had excellent full coverage, but because we had an exclusion of a driver which was my older son that doesn't live with us nor does he drive our vehicles, they threatened me with repo'ing my car. I had to contact Geico, who wrote a letter to Dynamic explaining that we had the exclusion on there for a specific person otherwise our rate would go up drastically, but that wasn't good enough. They were ready to take the car UNLESS we purchased their coverage which ended up making my payment go up almost 100 a month which was totally unnecessary considering we already had great coverage. Anytime they had an issue, their solution was just to repo the car. The staff at Dynamic, other than the sales people, are horrible to deal with. They are rude, very unhelpful and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy. They do have nice cars, but they are so over priced and the interest rates are off the charts. If you are wanting to purchase a car there, I would seriously think twice. Don't let the sales people fool you. Once they get you, don't think they will help you or work with you on ANYTHING!!!!!
