DV8 Offroad was an absolute failure from start to finish. I installed one of their bumpers several years ago, and it was a mess immediately. The product showed up with missing parts, did not fit my Ford Bronco despite being advertised as compatible, and damaged my parking sensor wiring during installation. While DV8 eventually issued a refund, that did nothing to fix the damage or the ongoing problems caused by their product. I dealt with these issues for years. Then, after a recent front-end collision, the bumper completely collapsed. It ripped out of the frame, provided zero protection, and directly contributed to my Bronco being totaled. A bumper that fails this badly isn't just low quality -- it's dangerous. On top of the product failure, DV8 Offroad's website cannot be trusted for honest customer feedback. I ordered a front and rear bumpers. Both came dented, scratched and rusted. I was sent a can of spray paint to fix the front bumper with even though the corners are dented....They did send another rear bumper that arrived and has more rust, debts and scratches than the first one. I'm not sure how they plan on fixing this because they haven't responded back to my emails yet. My jeep is literally an advertisement for DV8. There is DV8 everywhere you look but if they don't fix this I will trash all of their products and advertise for a different vendor. Be cautious about ordering here. Another update on my damaged hood. Just recieved my replacement hood from DV8. This one made it undamaged. Like I said before, the damage was from the trucking company on the first hood. DV8 handled it great and had a new one on the way the next day no questions asked. read more

I buy parts online often. I ordered an expensive but well built bumper. It shipped fast. That's as good as this experience gets. The bumper went on sale 3 days after I bought it, I emailed, called and asked for the sale retroactively for 3 days a 100.00 dollar difference. They refused to honor the sale. This is the only company I've had this cheapened experience with. I also had product questions that were ignored and unanswered. If you have questions or problems, you are out of luck. The customer service is horrendous. You'd be lucky to talk to an A.I. chat bot. I will not buy from them again, nor would I recommend you spend your money here. Never again. read more

I guess I should have checked the reviews for this company before ordering through them, would have saved me a lot of trouble. I placed an order through their website last week. During checkout it said I would receive the item on Saturday. On Tuesday of the next week my order had still not shipped out. I called to cancel my order and the lady on the phone could not care less. Did not even ask why I wanted to cancel the order. I would recommend going elsewhere for your off-road parts. Previously I had rust on the metal inserts, dv8 was quick to respond and send out new inserts. Unfortunately the screws attaching the inserts do not come out. Now I have the attachment hardware that attaches the tire carrier to the body are completely rusted out. Luxe and functionality are great. I spent over $700 for a spare tire carrier (TCGL-01) for my Gladiator and it arrived with destroyed packaging and parts missing. I called several times and a young girl answered saying someone will call me back shortly. I'd call back later and she had no clue what I was talking about. I finally spoke to someone who seems like a manager and she said it's a known issue and several of these carriers are missing that part. What makes me especially mad is that I just checked their site and they're STILL selling these with that part missing!!! I asked if they could take the missing part from an existing package in their inventory and then wait to replace it in their stock item when it comes in. They told me they are all missing that part. This company is no good and a scam. Selling cheaply made products and don't even stand behind what they sell. Purchased their fenders and they sent me two driver side rear fenders. Had to wait two weeks for them to send me a new fender, leaving my jeep torn apart at the shop that entire time! Then the lights that came with the kit didn't even fit. When we called for new lights, they literally sent one that worked. Called for another one, they sent two more that didn't work. Complete joke. Had to have the company that did the install fabricate a solution. The quality of the finish on the fenders was terrible. While it was packed great, bare metal was showing on all the edges. The tool they give you to do the install is faulty, which is why we had to have a shop do the install. horrible experience. If that's not bad enough, I also ordered skid plates. When they came in we saw they were for a 2 door and not a 4 door. They said they don't have 4 door ones yet And we could send them back. We send them back and now they refuse to refund my money. Said we ruined them. Hard to do when we never opened the box....... They are scammers. Buy from someone else and steer clear. read more

Horrible customer service! I ordered rock sliders with body armor that gets drilled into the side of my Jeep. All the images on their site had the body armor with silver hardware. I took my Jeep to the shop for installation only to pick it up and see the hardware was black and didn't stand out for the "armor" look I was planning on to match my fenders. Reached out to DV8 and they said sorry but we reserve the right to change the color if we want. That would be okay if the hardware wasn't a focus of the product (there are nearly 30 bolts showing along the sides of my Jeep). They admitted they haven't updated images or product descriptions in a long time, but did nothing to compensate me for the error except offer a $75 store credit (what I paid to purchase new hardware, not including the labor for install). Too bad there is nothing in their store that is affordable to use the credit on. All my correspondence via phone and email was so rude and with a complete lack of concern over a customer being unhappy with incorrect product descriptions! read more

I contacted DV8 and requested to pay extra to utilize a courier to get a part to my customer as promised. After they asked if I was a shop and I responded I was a 1 lady operation they said no it was too late in the day but if I ordered online and chose expedited shipping I'd get it this morning. I did exactly as the rep said after the call and paid for priority overnight. My order didn't "ship" until 5 minutes ago. My customer is PISSED. They claim (on bbb as a complaint response even) that they tell you due to COVID it could take longer, but why would it take longer for a part confirmed in stock, vetted to ship that day if I ordered online immediately, and was charged for the expedite (transparency: expedite fee from shipper not dv8)? Now I have a customer I've essentially lied to twice, and will not only be out the expedite fee, but also my business is out the money I would've made from this job. They don't mention delayed shipping until after your order confirmation email! I miss the days when Landon owned the company. At least then you had someone honest at the helm. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they'd just been honest because then I could've been honest with MY customer. Ironically though, 4WheelParts could've kept their word.. Purchased bumpers, Skid plates, winch and rock sliders for 2 of our Broncos. Skid plate was worthless so after installing we decided to take it off because of the poor design. The lights we ordered took forever to arrive but they finally came in 3 days before our MOAB ride we planned a few months out. Worst of all one of our buddies got stuck and the brand new winch from DV8 didn't work. I have emailed and called several times with no resolution to the problem. When I finally got someone on the phone they told me they received the email but please send another one and someone will reach out. Here we are another month later without a phone call. Was hoping to see them at SEMA as I was going to speak my mind but apparently they didn't have a booth. To many other companies to buy from stay away from the slick looks and pricing of DV8s pricing as you will have to replace it with other accessories later. read more

Do not buy this product period.. installed one here for a customer and had nothing but problems.. both front and rear hardtops dont line up.. its cheaply made.. nothing lines up.. all the gaskets leaks.. very very poor customer service.. we specified the wrangler we have is a JL not a JK but all instructions are for a jk and the instructions are horrible. I purchased a wiring harness for an auxiliary light from DV8 Off-road. After a week I still hadn't received a shipment notification. I realized that with the current situation shipping times could be a little longer. I called their customer service to see if they had any information about my order. The guy that answered the phone was extremely helpful and notified me that the shipment was scheduled for delivery the following day. He even provided me with the FedEx tracking number. I would avoid ordering any of their products. They do not stand behind there merchandise. I purchased a bumper of theirs from 4 wheel parts in Van Nuys. I dropped off my truck for the day so they could install it. They called me later that day to tell me it was missing parts and they would have to wait till they were sent from dv8. Shit happens. I pick up my truck and return it to them the next week. They install the bumper but this time the 30" light bar will not fit in the 30" light bar spot. I was told by the shop that it was a mistake in manufacturing. They have been trying to get dv8 to send them a replacement piece but no luck. This has been a month. I was told I was going to have to purchase another bumper and they would credit me the money for the DV8 mistake. What a hassle. I really liked the look of the bumper but if they are not going to make it fit parts that they have spots for, what is the point??? read more

Horrible product, got a spare tire delete with back up camera and third brake light for a jeep jl. No bolt holes line up, hardware missing, clamp for camera doesn't hold camera steady (wobbles around) no recess for camera wire. Looks like a 3rd grader built their product. Stay away from the TC-6 tire carrier. It seems to be engineered or manufactured wrong with the hiem bolt mount point too far offset. DV8 as a company offers no help. read more

Products are great, from what i've got so far. But a specific part for my Jeep i ordered did not come with instructions, no instructions for that part on their website under their manuals, and when I called them they told me "we don't have it on file, sorry". Im not mechanically challenged per say, but when the product involves re-wiring lights and a backup camera, some instruction or guidance would be a little helpful. read more

Do not buy any parts from this company. All their stuff is Chinese crap. Ordered JL slim fenders and inner fenders totaling $1300. Got no instructions, missing hardware, and holes do not align. I have called the company a few times and they said they don't have instructions for their own parts and I could just go buy the missing parts from a local hardware store. Worst customer service I've ever experienced with anything I've ordered online. Was told the item I ordered was on back order a week after placing the order. I tell the sales rep just cancel the order and give me a refund, he says ok will do it. Almost 2 weeks later I get another email saying my item has been shipped(already ordered it somewhere else). So I call them and speak to a guy named Brandon who says send him the email chain which I did. He emails back saying I'll receive a return label to send it back. Will not even try to do business with them again. Placed order for five wheels on 5/22/20 from DV8's website. Further, I called to confirm stock, and was told they were on backorder, (which I completely understand, due to the circumstances of the time,) and would be in stock on 6/12/20. Between 6/13/20 and 7/2/20, I called on four separate occasions asking for a status update. In each case, the sales counter said they were either about to be in stock "any day now", or, on one call, were actually "just shipped." I finally cancelled my order and requested a refund on 7/2/20. The problem isn't the fact that they were backordered. The problem lies in their logistics. A competent company would have been more upfront and honest with the ETA of their products. The company, at least in this case, needs to improve their communication with customers and logistics, because (again in this case,) they proved they were nothing but massively incompetent. read more

We figured out why the rails for my son's Jeep didn't fit. The mounting bracket on one end is not square with the other end. Since I can't get a response from anyone at DV8, I have no choice but to cut it off and weld it back properly. Of course, this will mess up the powder coating, so I will have to get it powder coated also. Hopefully they can match the powder coating. If not, I will have to get them both coated so it doesn't look like crap. I understand that things happen and mistakes are made, but when they happen, you make it right. They would have gotten at least a 4 star rating from me had they done that. I won't give them a 1 star because the other products we have purchased were good. Basically, if you buy something from them, just hope you don't have any problems. If you do, you are on your own because customer service does not exist and there is no warranty on it. read more

Originally shipped the wrong bumper. 6 weeks later received the replacement. Which was still not correct, but we were out of time. Had to custom fabricate the mounting brackets because the manufactured ones were over 6 inches too narrow and not properly drilled out. Bumper still missing parking sensor holes that were specified both time. Bumper came in poorly wrapped lightweight cardboard (butcher paper) and was significantly damaged. Customer service offered to send a can of spray paint to "touch-up" the bumper's damaged powder coating. When declined, they asked for the bumper back but we couldn't ship the bumper back because it is needed for the build. Then after weeks, they came back with the 'generous' offer of a whopping $200.00 credit which won't even cover the blasting and recoat, let alone the custom fabrication of the brackets and labor involved in dealing with this inadequate product. This process started in May 2019 and we still do not have resolution!! I am very disappointed in this company and their representatives. Furthermore, I am embarrassed that their product is on our show truck. Never again. read more

I've been waiting since June 5th for a winch plate for my FS-15 bumper so I can install a winch. About a month ago someone in their shop cancelled my order so I had to provide my credit card information and shipping address a second time. I still have not received the part nor have they responded to my emails sent last week. It is now August 5th. I do not recommend buying parts from this company, because when you need replacement parts you will never get them. They have never reached out to me to give me an update, no ETA given, no shipping or transaction confirmation number. read more
