Pulled into Dutch Bros Coffee grabbing one last cup before heading back up to Portland after a weekend of no-good fun, a whole lot of walking, and soaking in everything Eugene has to offer. You know the kind of trip where your legs are tired but your soul's doing just fine. Now here's where things get interesting. I'm sitting in the drive-thru, minding my own business, when the car in front of me decides out of nowhere to throw it in reverse. Not a slow roll. Not a cautious inch. No brake lights, no courtesy honk, no wave... just straight backing up like the laws of common sense took the day off. I had to throw my own car into gear thinking, "Well, this is how it ends... totaled over a cup of coffee." All that just to get six inches closer to the window. Six inches. Unreal. And not even a wave. Nothing. Just pure, unfiltered nonsense. Watch these people at Dutch Brothers because they are dumber than a box of rocks. They are dumber than a second coat of paint. That said credit where it's due the staff handled everything like pros. Friendly, quick, and upbeat like nothing in the world could faze them. Coffee hit the spot, exactly what I needed to shake off the madness. Location is clutch too right off the freeway, easy in and out... assuming nobody decides to back into you for sport. So yeah, five stars for the service, three stars for the drive-thru circus. End result? I'm still coming back... just with one eye on my mirror next time. read more

Fantastic all the way around! When we pulled in, the line was pretty long. That didn't bother us as the line moved very quickly. They had someone greet us at our car and she pleasantly took our order and we paid right then and there! When we got up to the building we noticed how cute it was. We each ordered a drink and a muffin top. Mmmm, those were really good, tasted fresh and hit the spot just right with our drinks. We were very pleased with our experience. The only thing was the parking lot that wasn't great. There's only one entry and one exit and trying to get back out onto Gateway Street was a nightmare, but we just turned right, then turned around at a stoplight and easy peasy to go left to get back onto Beltline. It was a minor inconvenience, but overlooked it as it's not their fault. Great customer experience, great drinks, made just right and great muffin tops! Overlook the parking lot and you'll be fine. This really only has to do with the parking lot. It is horrible. I go into DB on a daily basis, and it gets worse every day with the HUGE potholes. I've discussed this with the manager and she's just as frustrated that they aren't getting fixed. She said she has tried and tried to tell her bosses about it, but nothing is being done. There also needs to be a way to redirect the flow for the cars getting in line that think it's okay to block Gateway Street! read more

Love that Dutch bros offer protein coffee! I've been needing more protein in my life AND I love having an iced coffee every morning. So that works out perfectly. The car line situation wasn't great even tho there were two separate lines. I know cashiers are trained to have conversations which is cool and all. But sometimes we do not have the headspace for all that early in the morning. A smile would suffice, we will still tip you! Thanks for always offering our pups some treats!! read more

I would like to say, this review is over due. I have stopped in several times now since the last mishap, and the service has been wonderful, and a lot of team work. Especially when they are slammed. Most of the times I have stopped in lately have been in the early morning, when they have the long lines. There hasn't been too long of a wait, so they seem pretty efficient, and on their game, and the drinks have been pretty good. I meet my DIL near by, so will probably be back soon. read more

when I went to get my drink it was a normal day until I received my drink. as I was drinking it i got a chunk of debris from the machine not being cleaned (as it's supposed to be cleaned regularly). when I looked into my drink it had debris all in it so before I noticed the chunk that I drank into my mouth my whole drink was filled with it. meaning that the whole time I was drinking a freeze from an uncleaned unsanitary machine. my frustrations are high. and I'm very disappointed. read more

Pulled up to the window and the music was so loud I'm sure the employees couldn't even hear me but the gal said hello and I said hi how are you only to be cut off mid sentence with "what can I get for you" which happens when you can't hear the customer no worries. Then goes on to disappear for 3-4 minutes and comes back with both drinks made which is great, but she still has not asked me to pay and the drinks are just sitting inside. She hands the iPad to me to get me to tip, I press the 15% button and she quickly takes it back and laughs, then the best part, she tells me she made one of my drinks wrong while it's already in my hand. Does not offer to fix it and does not say thank you for tipping even though she made a mistake. Don't let these people continue to get away with poor service like I did. read more

Dutch Bros. really isn't a thing in the East Bay California. I certainly wish it was. I really, really like Dutch Bros! I think its a combination of everything for me. I'm not a coffee snob by any means so its got to be more than the coffee. The coffee is good. I go with my standard Americano with cream usually. They have a Keto Coffee that I did switch to from my standard order. It great and absolutely awesome that I can just order that and know I'm getting my low carb coffee fix with out explaining myself. Then I really went off the rails and my absolute favorite is the Oat Milk Kicker. I'm lactose intolerant so frou frou coffee drinks are not my thing. But now Dutch Bros entices me with milk free options. Could I get any more carb heavy than an Oat Milk drink? This drink is so good. I drank one in the morning and didn't need to eat food until 2pm. Its your breakfast, brunch and lunch all in one. Its soooo good. I treated myself. It was worth it considering this isn't something I can get regularly where I live. Side note. I have never been to a Dutch Bros Coffee and not had the best customer service. This just happened to be my first time and location to visit and we came back multiple times in our trip and there is no complaint. Every employee is exceptional. I wish I could visit more often but Id probably gain 20lbs and not have any extra money because Id be just drinking Oat Milk Kickers and visiting my new Dutch Bros friends constantly. read more

I plugged in, well my passenger plugged in, Dutch Bros nearby on the Yelp app and it led me here-- about 2 minutes off of the freeway. Great people! I got told "That beard though... I'm jealous, which was a super nice compliment. The people working for Dutch are seriously some of the best! So-- to the guy that took my order and complimented my beard, thank you! :) I know I visit too often and spend too much money, but hey... I have an addiction... I know I need to break it, but it's oh-so-good and the staff is super duper! Here is what I post on most of my Dutch Bros reviews: I get a medium Iced Americano (black coffee) add cream (2 oz. half-and-half) and three sweet-n-low and it's only $2.25 and about 50 calories. I can get my kiddo a not-so-hot chocolate and my dog a treat (FREE, YAY!), too! I like the Bros mainly because of its people. Seriously, I don't know how they hire so many amazing people! Save some for us that need good employees!! My brother in law gets a sugar free blended soda, which is very similar to a coffee without the calories. He also makes lots of different drinks with their many sugar-free syrups making the guild a little less than going full-on calorie. I've never had a bad experience here, but this morning 6/11/23 at around 9:30am I came by ordered the EXACT same order I get every single time, golden eagle with oatmilk, because I'm lactose intolerant. Super nice guy took our order outside moved on the the next car. I pull up to the window and want to make sure there is no whip cream since I remembered the guy didn't ask, it appeared they had the drink already made and the young tan lady looked extremely annoyed and continued to say that "it looked like we asked for it" it took everything in me to not be rude and tell her no we didn't ask for it im pretty sure I would know. They re made the drink and handed it to us we asked politely if this was made with oatmilk, then again the same girl with an attitude grabs the drink goes "I guess they wanted oatmilk" "for the 3rd time we gotta make this drink" I'm sorry but at that point you are INCOMPETENT sorry it annoyed you maybe learn some patience and how to properly read orders. We just went to the Dutch Bros. At 4:20pm on 2/1/22, On Gateway road. There was only one car ahead of us. The customer got her small coffee but the barista and customer proceeded to talk for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes of non stop talking people began honking then the women finally moved. There was no apology given for holding up the line. I am glad the employees are happy and interact with customers but not at the expense of others. read more

Only problem is they add so much ice to Blended and iced drinks you get no where near what the actual content should be. Try using less ice. It seems like you're trying to rip people off by adding a glass of ice to every drink. No more. Light ice for me. And if you add warm Black tea to my 1/2 ice, it's pretty comical. I do not live near a Dutch Bros but when I am near one it is a must do. I was SO happy to find this one so close to the hotel I was staying at. They do not have a walk up window so I just walked up to the drive thru window. It didn't seem to be a problem. Coffee (like all other locations I have been to) was delicious and fast. Standard Dutch Bros Coffee with some good coffee if you like them sweet! All there coffees are full of flavor/sugar, which is tasty, but not if you're after a true espresso coffee. The staff were friendly and talkative despite the long-ish wait. Need a quick coffee fix then this will do! read more

Unbelievably slow on the southern side drive through.....we got in line with 4 cars on bothsides....with servers on both sides out taking orders.....the girl taking orders on our side proceeded to laugh and chat with one driver 2 cars in front of us for 4 min after he paidand there were. No cars in front of them at the drive through so when she finally finished laughing the driver (alone) finally pulled forward...meanwhile we have been in line for approx 10 min at this point and havent even got to order yet....oh and btw ...the North side drive through has had 9 cars go through order get their coffees and drive away. While I love DB.....this location is far and away the slowest of the 4 that we patronize. Lets not lose the customer service angle of business as a chef I know our jobs depends on the customer. read more

It is nice to be able to count on something being a certain way regardless of where you go. This location is open 24 hours. We go to many Dutch Bros in the area but this is our favorite. Their drinks are delicious and always consistent. As always, the staff are awesome. I don't think I've ever had a less than exceptional experience with Dutch Bros staff. They always give our dog Cisco a treat, which I can't say for the other stores. I know this isn't a requirement but it's a nice touch. He's learned how to put down the electric window on his own and does this whenever he see's this Dutch Bros. There is also a walk-up window and all locations offer a free drink on your birthday. read more
