This is the BEST Dutch brothers we've been to during our trip up to Oregon from California simply because the workers were not having to yell over music blasting inside. They were professional and efficient. Coffee is always lovely. Lincoln city, santa rosa, and Salem dutch brothers... those were all obnoxious locations. Get it together and stop making your costumers feel like they are interrupting a party that they were not invited to in order to have some coffee. Infuriatingly slow, rude, and incompetent. Forced to wait an extra five minutes watching the young man flirt with the blonde in front of us (after delivering her drink), with literally no concern for waiting customers. So I was already annoyed before pulling up. Then, being a middle-aged man with three kids (rather than a cute girl), I was treated with curt indifference by the staff, who subsequently failed to put the lid correctly onto a drink, and it spilled all over my car's interior. I told them what happened, and they did supply some paper towels, but absolutely no apology of any kind. I know, here goes another Gen X'er complaining about Millennials/Gen Z, but why is it SO hard for them to utter the word "sorry"?!?!? I informed the young preppy gentleman that perhaps an apology was in order, but he dismissively shrugged his shoulders and chuckled to his equally preppy coworkers. Look, I get the business model here. They barely serve coffee, just lots and lots of diabetes-inducing neon drinks, and young people flock there in droves with a cult-like devotion. They only hire young, beautiful people, and over-staff most locations so that the chummy repartee at the window is a big part of the experience. Everyone is supposed to feel cool at Dutch Bros. This is partly why I've been a near daily patron for many years, I suppose (along with convenience and price). Stopped on our drive south and this was pretty convenient to the I-5. The drive through had 3 cars but there was a lovely young woman who hurried over and took our order so the wait was short. Never having tried the coffee before we opted for a simple mocha, small and iced. The coffee is very good, rich but not overly sweet. We will try to stop here in the future. read more

I enjoy their coffee a lot more than Starbucks. I usually get the Freeze with chocolate but have been known to order a Chai Tea or a Mocha. Even when busy they send someone out to take your order so you get through fast. Today they also comped my drink since their card machine was down. I also like that they are open 24 hours since when I am in the area i have to be on the road early. read more

After the owner of Dutch Bros sold the franchise a few months ago this Dutch Bros has noticeably gone down hill FAST. I went there today and sat in line for 15 minute which normally is not an issue because they normally will take your order and have you pay while you are still in line. But that didn't happen today. Today we sat in line for 15 minutes and when we got up to the window we sat there for an additional 5 minutes while the girls inside chatted with each other, ignoring us. It wasn't like they didn't know we were there because they gave us dirty looks the whole time like we were rude for interrupting their conversation, rather than taking our drink order and living up to the super friendly Dutch Bros expectation. It seems like they found their conversation more interesting than doing their actual jobs for once. Clearly these teenagers are struggling with maintaining a good work ethic during the pandemic. Next time I will just drive the extra 20 minutes to Eugene or Corvallis where the employees are significantly nicer and more helpful. read more

The staff is always so friendly. The lines goes fast even when there is over a dozen cars waiting. They make the drinks correctly every time. I love their stamp card system. The prices have gone up but are not at Starbucks level yet so that's good. All in all it's a great place read more

What a shame. The people working here were so friendly and so full of energy. The service was fast. But the coffee? Well, it was hot. But it tasted like watered-down Folgers instant, like my mom used to drink all the time and I always wanted to scream because it was so bad and there was such good coffee out there. Maybe it's because I had decaf (sorry, I have to), but I have had such great decaf coffee elsewhere. When I visited friends and family in Oregon, they recommended that I try Dutch Bros. Knowing I was a huge coffee fanatic. They explained that the employees are always super happy people and could make your day with just a chit chat and a smile. Unfortunately, I wish I could have had more trips, but the one I did heading back home to California was amazing. The employee asked how our day was. We explained about our lengthy trip and visit for sick family. Now we're Devastated because we are headed home and didn't get to spend time with everyone longer. Well, this guys came back with our drinks, he wished us a safe and enjoyable journey home, and said that he's got us. So this employee comped our drinks and gave us stickers and a stamp card with all stamps- so when I head back to Oregon, at least I know I'll have a free coffee read more

Always friendly, pretty quick unless you go around start of work day. Watch out on blended drinks: they're crazy sweet if you don't specify otherwise. Great company and the coffee is good. Not amazing but far better than Starbucks! read more

This might be an odd review but we went to Dutch Bros this morning before making the long drive back to central washington. The guy taking our order was very kind and asked if we were going to a beauty pageant and wrote "for the gold medal winner" on my lid. Made my day... just got cheated on and dumped less than two weeks ago so thanks a ton for that. read more

I love every Dutch Bros, but this one has the best looking employees ;) Get a sugar free Rebel on the rocks, with passion fruit syrup! If you get hot coffee, they really make it hot here, so take the ice cube they offer. read more

Literally the best place in any town to get coffee, cocoa, or energy drinks. The staff is always just as sweet as the blended carmelizers. They're very patient and polite with the crowds during lunch time. And the best yet- if you get a drink with ice they automatically make it a large with no extra cost! Got off work and I was craving something sweet and refreshing so I stopped by this Dutch bros. As always I was greeted and I informed the guy I always get the same thing ( iced chai ) and wanted to try something new. After about 5 minutes of him offering different ideas he offered some sort of peace banana green tea. I don't recall the exact name but I took one sip and was hooked! Consistently good coffee and always friendly. Dutch Bros prices are very competitive compared to many other coffee places in town.

The coffee was hot, yummy, and served by very friendly and helpful folks! We appreciated their patience as they explained the menu to us and quickly had our drinks ready to go. Went to this drive through and was not acknowledged for 5 minutes since the lady was too busy chatting with her buddies at the stand. Best coffee i have ever tried, i am from San Francisco so i am only used to starbucks and phillz coffee and i have to say the dutch bros out beats them any day of the week. The people were really friendly and i got my coffee for free because it was my first time and they gave me great recommendations. I always come here for White Chocolate Mochas. Sometimes, I don't like how many questions they ask - maybe that's just me. Not only personal questions, but also if I want a straw, if I want whipped cream, if I want a receipt....I guess it's a good thing I am getting coffee out of it because sometimes it's exhausting. Usually, I'm a big fan of Dutch Bros, but not this particular location. If I could rate 0 star for this location, I would. Last Friday, I did a drive-by and ordered one iced tea. The staff who took my order was very friendly, everything was perfect so far. When I tried to pay, I asked if I could also get one iced water. A guy said yes and then charged me $4.75! I was kind surprised, because I've ordered the same iced tea at several Dutch Bros in Eugene so many times and it's always around $3, so i asked. The guy said $3 for the iced tea, and $1.75 for the iced water!!! WHAT!!! I've always asked for some water along with my order at other Dutch Bros in Eugene, and I never ever get charged for a penny!!! I asked why not tell me the water is not free at the beginning, the guy got some attitude and told me that's what they do at this location, and refused to un-charge me!!! I know $1.75 may not be a big amount, but I just hate this kind of bad customer service attitude!!! OMG, I'll never ever come back to this location!!! read more
