I had never tried Dutch Bros but had seen it online so I decided to try it. If you download the app you get a free drink so I did! I opted for a protein coffee and went with the brorista's recommendation of chocolate macadamia and vanilla. It was good but I really don't taste much coffee. My second visit I ordered my own iced Americano with chocolate milk and banana flavour. That was delicious! I was having app issues - I couldn't load my payment details and the app wouldn't load here and there.

First visit to dutch brothers coffee!!! Omg this east coast girl just fell in love. Barista Nathan was excellent. Friendly and so quick to make the drinks. I got a protein coffee and 2 black americanos. Thank you for an excellent first time. I will be back!

I paid for my drink, waited 20 minutes and they claimed to have no record. Wouldn't give me a refund, said I had to email to request. And of course they didn't provide that email address. I understand you're busy, but customer service still needs to exist. I went to another location, explain to them what happened. They not only gave me the email address to contact, but made my drink and gave me my stupid sticker. Now that location 100 out of 10 customer service. This location probably should never reopened.

Rebel thanks to JD!

Shoutout to JD! He had amazing customer service! It was my first time. I'd seen TikToks about Dutch Bros customer service like Chic Fil A lol it's true but in a really good way!

White Chocolate Chai Latte & Hazelnut Truffle Mocha ⋅ Phoenix, Arizona

This is just Starbucks, but with better PR. Overly friendly baristas serving up extra sugary, caffeinated drinks. Nothing like a nice cup of coffee for dessert! /s As a grown adult who still frequently orders 6AM milkshakes (AKA Frappuccinos ®) and sweet beverages in general, I wanted to try Dutch Bros to see what the hype was about. I don't live near any of their cafes, so when I was visiting Arizona I made sure to stop by one. There's like 4 locations along Bell Road alone. This one is between a Circle K gas station and an AMF bowling alley. Decent amount of parking spaces if you're planning to order at the walk up window. Plenty of benches and tables outside. The drive thru line was long but moved at a steady pace. Took about 20 minutes. You can order energy drinks, tea, cold brew, smoothies, and baked goods (limited selection). Or choose one of their classic/seasonal coffee options. Hazelnut Truffle Mocha didn't taste like coffee. The flavor was mostly milky and caramel-y, with hints of toastiness here and there, Not much chocolate or espresso coming through. Sweetness level was manageable. White Chocolate Chai Latte was definitely liquified sugar, the cinnamon overpowered everything. Been hearing good things about their Golden Eagle drink, so I'm open to trying it again.

My favorite Dutch bros. I have one closer to me but I travel to this one sometimes because the quality of the drinks is much better! I love the way they make their drinks. They make sure the double blended is nice and creamy which is great. They are super friendly. They are always quick and even when they're busy I usually always get fast service. Love it here. Just be careful on your way driving in & out as usual!

Expected drink

I asked for this exact drink (with the picture!), with 1/2 of a small cup of extra foam on the side. All they gave me was a cup of mostly foam with JUST lemonade. no orange. no pinapple. no coconut. just lemonade. with 3/4 foam.....when i specifically asked for the extra foam on the side (which i was willing to pay an extra $3 for). $10.32 for that....what a joke. don't bother with the automatic response. you're welcome for taking the time leave the review. and i won't be sharing it with the customer experience team. maybe try and work on it with your own staff/team instead of deflecting the problems to corporate

Drive through busy for the fill a tray event!!! They're getting it done!

My favorites here are either the Augustine or Elias, depending on my mood. Both are phenomenal, not too sweet, and hits the spot as far as coffee goes. They've even gone out of their way to make my littles an iced 'hot chocolate', which they LOVED! The service is superb!!! The baristas (and even the owner who works at the shop occasionally) are extremely kind, and talk with you like an actual human rather than rushing to get you through the line, which is refreshing. Although it may look like a hipster vibe type of coffee shop, don't let that fool you. This is by far my favorite and, in my opinion, the best coffee shop in the area. Incredible coffee and superb service!

Longer Review: Came here when they first opened and liked what they potentially would turn in to. Came back 2nd time with group of TEENS who all bought their own stuff. They really liked it but said the PRICES WERE TOO HIGH. So I drove the Group to a placed on the west side with the same quality but was more reasonable. 3rd Visit: I was treating two TWEENS by taking them some place where they could have fun spending their own money. While the two of them were chatting at the register, one of the tweens told the other she wanted something because it sounded good. The manager or team member said "you want that?", the tween said "yea". The manager/team member started making it. The two tweens came back a few minutes later with their real order. the manager or team member presented them with A BILL FOR THREE DRINKS. I informed her this is how the children talk, they just were talking and that wasn't their order. She refused to take it off the bill and forced children to choose paying the whole thing or walking out. I wasn't going to stand for it but the other tween (not the one who was taking about it originally) insisted they'd buy both their drink and the unwanted drink anyway (to try something new) even though they didn't want it. Not my kid and their parent was okay with it so whatever I guess. I didn't say anything bad but the first tween who went through the process of thinking out loud, watching the whole ordeal and how their friend handled the situation felt it was fine but also the shop manager/team member was rude and the other employees there were compliant with this poor behavior and doesn't want to go back. I never went back.

WeBe Coffee Roasters is one of those finds that makes you wish you had discovered it sooner. Even more so, I wish I lived closer. The space alone is worth the trip. The team put real thought into every aspect of the experience. The counter has a beautiful waved ribbed wood design, the colors are immersive without being overwhelming, and the whole interior has a visual balance that most designers would be proud of. There are flowers around the cafe that give it a gentle, unexpected touch. I genuinely regretted not bringing a better camera. But the coffee is the real story. They source specialty beans from different parts of the world and roast in-house on a Primo roaster, which is a hand-built machine that serious roasters invest in. I had a double espresso, something I cannot live without, and it held up to the room. The seating is comfortable and well thought out. There is room for conversation and room to get work done. I ended up staying longer than I planned, which is always the sign of a good spot. They also have a merch area with coffee gear worth browsing, and bags of their roasted coffee available to take home. On the back wall there is a mural that reads, "Making good coffee, good fun." That line does a better job describing this place than anything I could write. This one feels like it belongs in Scottsdale. North Phoenix is lucky to have it.

Very glad we gave it a try. Interior vibes are what I feel like more coffee shops should be like - strong community feel, books, music, artwork...it feels like something will trigger inside and you'll find inspiration there. The place had a steady flow of people. Some people were clearly soaking in vibes, chatting, reading, and playing games at the tables. It looks like they make their pastries and food on site. I had the Xmas in July, brown butter brown sugar latte, iced with almond milk. Flavors were pleasant, not overpowering and not overwhelmingly sweet. The toasty flavor of the brown butter paired well with the almond milk and it wasn't too sweet with the brown sugar. If you like it sweeter they do have a condiment bar. My mini got the firecracker lemonade. It tasted exactly like a bomb pop. It was a little too sweet for my taste but she loved it. Cute vibes, super chill. Ample parking as it shares a parking lot with multiple businesses. FYI: the parking lot exit on the side with the light and the smaller side street is more "low car friendly". The lip of the entrance to the parking lot from 7th St is weirdly steep.

We ordered the Strawberry Latte and a vanilla cappuccino. Unfortunately, the Strawberry Latte was a bit disappointing since it lacked much strawberry flavor and isn't something we'd order again.
