I'm not sure how Scooters gets away with this type of Customer Service. I think it's the same girl Nicole is referring to below, she's still there. She doesn't say ONE WORD to greet you. She has very little choice of words to speak to you with (almost nothing unless she has a question about your order, whipped cream/toppings or salsa, etc), AND she never smiles, almost like the customer is an inconvenience. I always say thank you when receiving my order and SHE USED TO SAY NOTHING, NOTHING!!! Now it's "thank you", and most recently "thanks". Who says thank you as a response to thank you? It's not a one off thing either. How about enjoy? Have a good day? See ya next time? She also never says "scoot on around". Not sure if it's required or recommended, but you'd think she hates her job?! I dread going there in the mornings but the drinks and food are great!

I used to go to this location because it's the closest but the last several times I have gotten…read moretheir coffee my order has not been correct. My order is normally a large shaken espresso with sugar-free hazelnut and sugar-free vanilla and unsweetened cold foam. The last few times I have ordered from them whether is through my app or my significant others app. The order is always wrong and contains sugar! Thankfully, I don't have anything medically wrong but if I do consume a drink such as sugary coffee, I will be super sick for the rest of the day, but it makes me wonder for people who are type one diabetics or type two diabetics that this could actually harm them... I could technically turn around and ask them for a new coffee but the environment there does not seem very up beat therefore I just avoided and we toss the coffee! I ordered there today and got sweetened cold foam and had to spit out my drink to avoid me getting sick and today was the last time I will order from that that location. I truly don't think anybody wants to go through the drive-through and be annoying and constantly ask if it's sugar-free nor does anyone wanna have to purchase glucose test strips to confirm that there order is safe.

I loved how I could taste both the horchata and chai and the oat milk gave it a more nutty flavor. Super delicious and definitely a drink I would get again. Ordered my drink online and it was quick. I got off work around 9, a very long and emotionally draining day as a Massage Therapist. I decided…read moreto get a lil pick me up on the way home, & Dutch is open until 10, so I figured having at least 40 minutes until closing isn't too much, especially since I was paying cash & getting a fizz, so nothing too complicated. I was quite disappointed with the broista interaction, I hate to pull the "you should smile more" bs, but truly not a single curve to her lips. She was kind of slamming things around as she made my drink, not dramatically, but I could tell I had irritated her by coming through, which made me very uncomfortable. She then sort of passively aggressively said the drink was on them tonight, I'm assuming she had closed the register or something like that, and did not want to reopen it. I still put $5 in her tip jar, feeling bad that I had annoyed her. I've worked the evening shifts my entire life, so I am no stranger to the irritations of customers not respecting the hours of operation. However, it is my job to still give someone at 9:00 the same service they would get at 5:00. I provide massage therapy to people late into the evening, walk in clients a lot of the time, and they still get 100% of my effort. I love Dutch Bros, I have family friends in HR and at the stands, and I am a very frequent customer and will continue to be. This was just disappointing and uncomfortable.

Since opening, I've become quite the frequent patron. My go-to drink is (surprisingly) The Fighter, sparkling water, no lime and it hits every single time. I did deduct a star because I swear, every time I come here, I'm either cut off, flipped off or they lose my order. It's always some sort of drama in the line and it's super annoying. I would really appreciate if the staff would pay attention and serve in order and not just jump around. Without fail, every time I'm cut off, I'm behind some A-hole ordering 17 drinks and have to wait forever when I was there first! Happened AGAIN today. (The dark haired manager needs to be fired. STAT)?

I've had their juices, acai bowls and smoothies and I've never left disappointed, but I've never been blown away either. Customer service is lacking a little bit. On more than one occasion, I've stopped in and waited awhile before I've been greeted, and then I've also been greeted and then told to order on the computer screen vs. having the employee take my order. That being said, once your order is in, they are pretty quick with preparing your order and I do love the turquoise spoons that come with their bowls. The coffee milk tea (30% sweet, less ice) is more coffee forward, but I can still taste the tea. The coffee jelly is nice new addition to the menu. Unfortunately, adding this meant removing herbal jelly and Aiyu jelly from the menu! Hopefully this is a temporary change and they will bring both of those OG jellies back at some point! The Popcorn chicken is a perfect snack. It looks like they use dark meat (yay) and a good marinade. They do appear to have been precooked and reheated upon ordering, though. This is likely due to kitchen and time constraints. While it would have been better freshly fried, the chicken was flavorful and pretty good. The staff was very sweet and explained how they make the coffee jelly fresh in-house and described their new secret menu items as well (which includes the seemingly ubiquitous Vietnamese coffee). The space is airy and quiet when I entered. Music is played at a low level, for soothing ambiance.

My second complaint is the prices. Other specialty shops charge about 5 for a flat white and this was 6. Press right down the road charges 3 for a 20oz hot chocolate and here it's was 6 for 12oz. I will not be coming back here. There are much better options close by.
