After attending a concert, I had to stop by Costco to refuel. Dutch Bros is located in the same shopping center. Before filling up, I went through the drive through for a beverage. I've seen a bunch of Dutch Bros around town and this was my first time finally checking one out. Ambiance (N/A): Since Dutch Bros Coffee is drive-through only, ambiance isn't really part of the experience. Service (4.5/5): Since it was my first time at Dutch Bros, I had a couple of questions. They did a great job answering my questions, getting my order complete quickly, and being friendly. Overall, a great drive through experience. Food (N/A): No food for me on this visit, and to be honest, I don't even thing they have food. Unless I'm remembering incorrectly. Drinks (4/5): Kind of ironic that I went to a spot with "Coffee" in the title yet I don't drink coffee. What's awesome about Dutch Bros is that they have a lot of beverage options outside of coffee: teas, lemonades, and energy drinks. No matter what way you go, you can customize your order. They have different flavor additions and toppings to choose from (including popping boba). Quite ironically yet again, I went with the vampire slayer addition (I'm a vampire) and mango popping boba. Those additions were added to a frosted lemonade. Refreshing drink. The customization (though there are extra charges) and the creativity of them is what I enjoyed the most. read more

The manager lee from this store is really rude and unprofessional and we had waited for 20-30 minutes to get a single drink and she was talking with her friend at the front nonstop finally she had come out and she didn't even apologize and also said that we had only waited for 5 minutes and kept going back and forth and covered for her co-worker who was talking to said person. We expect better especially from those in charge. She should've been more respectful and responsible she acted like a child. I have people who depend on me to get home and she was far to rude she deserves to be severely punished or fired as she couldn't care less for other peoples time or anything. read more

It is an introvert's nightmare to go to Dutch Bros Coffee where everyone who works there is overwhelmingly friendly and rather nosy asking very direct questions and wanting to know about your day and upcoming weekend plans. Fortunately, I'm an extrovert, and I eat it all up! I enjoy the experience of going to Dutch Bros, especially when I feel like a hot chocolate and some positive energy. This location is close to home, and I drive by it on the way to and from work each day. I have always had a good experience here! I typically drive through at this location (when there is a shorter line than not, which isn't too often). On occasion if I am bringing my car to Honest-1 Auto Care, then I will walk over to Dutch Bros or nearby places. When I walk over, there is almost never a line at the counter, though when I drive through, there are always other cars. It has been confusing where to enter the drive-through line (along Paradise Village Parkway W or on the inside of the block). When in line though, there are occasionally baristas taking orders when you are still four or five car lengths away from driving up to the counter. I typically order a medium hot cocoa, and it almost always comes out just right in temperature and very tasty. I love the stoppers, which I typically get one to help it last a bit longer as I drive home or to work.. There are many flavors of hot cocoa, 23 in fact according to their website (https://www.dutchbros.com/menu/hot-cocoa). My favorite is the tuxedo, which I order regularly. That has a mix of white chocolate and dark chocolate. I have a feeling that will continue to be my regular drink order for a long time. The menu includes seasonal drinks (like Sour Berry Blast Rebel), Dutch faves (like Carmelizer), protein coffee (like Vanilla Protein Latte), blended freeze (like Golden Eagle), coffee classics (like Mocha), Rebel energy drink (like Electric Berry), lemonade (like Poppin' Berry Boba Lemonade), iced tea (like Double Rainbro), chai latte (like White Chocolate), shakes (like Cotton Candy), hot cocoa (like Tuxedo), smoothies (like Strawberry), sparkling soda (like Passion Fruit), and snacks (like Chocolate Chip Muffin Top). Being from the east coast, I had to give Dutch Bros a try and it was such a fun experience! The workers were so kind and eager to give recommendations and accommodations! My friend loves the Rebel series and their coffees are also so fun! Their seasonal chocolate strawberry mocha cold brew with the soft top was delicious and I also really loved their basic chocolate milk with banana flavor!! I'm seeing alot of Dutch Bros. all over Arizona. This one is very well located at the Paradise Village shopping center across from REI. The drive thru is super busy and there's alot of center traffic so be careful if you're walking or biking in. There's nice outdoor patio seating to enjoy the sun. Barista Matt(from Seattle)provided outstanding 6 star service. There were tons of customers and he got my drinks for me fast and friendly...well done sir. I have noticed that they are not coming out to take orders in a timely manner, which leads to a huge car line. Honestly, a speaker should just be put in because it was ridiculous today. I waited 20 minutes in the car line and did not move once, and there were 4 employees inside, and not one was walking out to the cars to take orders. I put my car in park and walked to the walk-up window (not the drive-through) to just place my order there. They refused, and I just left (once I had room) for Starbucks. I saw 2 other cars pull away once they had room to leave, as the wait was outrageous. There was zero care shown by the staff, but maybe that was just the team working today at the 7th St location. I'll give them five stars because I acknowledge not everything is perfect on the first try but in customer service, it's about hell the situation is handled. We do not drink coffee but we have always wanted to know what the hype is about that causes lines to wrap around the building at every Dutch Bros. We wanted some tasty drinks that do not have any coffee in them. It was our misunderstanding in ordering same decaf because we thought that meant no coffee but we learned it was just a dim down coffee but the flavor is tough to get by if you do not drink coffee. The tropical tea taste like when you drink a drink that has ice in it and then the drink is all gone but when the ice melts if you were to take a sip, that's what the flavor was, basically lightly flavored water. It was pretty disappointing so we had to go back for a round two. The cashier at the window educated us and we ended up going with strawberry Horchata and the pomegranate coconut rebel which were both very flavorful and delicious! We will definitely be back for those. The price was very fair as well. Definitely five stars on The redo of drinks on the return visit for an awesome experience! read more
