0 STARS! Horrible. The service was 0/10 I am furious that when I asked for water and they told me I need to purchase at least blueberries to my order so they can give me water? No they are refusing to give water to me I don't need/want or like blueberries so I'll be waisting my money. And a water cup should be free without any purchase in the state of Arizona in the summer time... I can't understand why they denied me water in 115 degree weather in Arizona. Should be illegal. Never should be denied water, they wanted me to buy the $4 water bottle instead of getting a free water I'm so upset with Starbucks. Wont be returning to a place that doesn't care about their customers. read more

Best Starbucks in the valley. The new manager is absolutely fantastic and the rest of the staff is super friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and well maintained and you could tell everyone was able to enjoy the space. My drink was well made and so was my breakfast! 10/10!!! read more

The Starbucks at the N Scottsdale location is my go-to spot for breakfast. It's conveniently located near our apartment, making it the perfect stop to start my day with a good coffee and a bite to eat. Mornings can be busy, especially at the drive-thru, so expect a wait during peak hours. read more

I'm in town visiting and needed some caffeine and a couple hours to wind down before meeting up with a large group for a retreat. There is a very spacious and open concept dining area with large windows which provide plenty of natural light. I had a barista/cashier named Larcy who is new and very sweet. Please give baristas grace and patience, it's not an easy job especially when they are new! Larcy was friendly and anything she did not know she made sure to figure it out! I had my usual on a really hot day, iced grande brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with vanilla bean powder and it took a couple tries for them to figure out how to make it properly but it was worth the wait. All the staff there were very sweet and helpful. I would def return to this location. read more

This is a COVID-19 Take-Away Review. We have been coming to this location ever since it opened eighteen months ago. The only drawback is you'll never know how bad the drive-thru is until you make the turn and the Bank next door which also shares it. Starbucks is on the left as you enter. Very confusing. On the plus side as my recent photos show, they are very much with the program, with everyone masked up and behind Plexiglass partitions. read more

Very thankful they opened another location around the corner. They forget to mention they don't have something till after you order it. Oh we don't have those lids. Every time I come here, I'm treated with a smile and friendly service. All of my orders have been correct and they are quick & efficient when it comes to moving a long line along. The service at this Starbucks is phenomenal. The staff is super welcoming. Greeted with a good morning when I walk in the door and if they happen to talk past when sitting at one of the tables. Even some of the regular customers are greeted by name. The passion tea lemonade is always made perfectly every time I order it. I like this store, I frequent this store, and I especially like that it is a Nitro cold brew location. I learned that not every store is a Nitro store and plain old cold Starbucks coffee is a sad and far cry from the Nitro, foamy kind. I recommend it. My only suggestion for improvement is the chattiness of the servers at the drive-through window--sometimes. Keep the line moving, stop chatting with customers so much (again, on those occasions when it happens) and get us in and out with our selections done so we can be on our way. Also, when I pull up at the speaker, ask "Good morning, what can we get started for you today?" not "How are you today?" It reminds me too much of when McDonald's asks through a speaker if I want the specialty of the month when all I want is a plain hamburger. If I answer with a curt, "Fine." Now you know why. I just want the Nitro Brew you now have me craving and I want it sooner than later. I also want the person in the car behind me to get where they're going on time, too. read more

I haven't made the transition from PSL to peppermint mocha yet. But this Starbucks is ready for the holiday. The atmosphere is always buzzing. There is a good combination of people hanging out, reading, and studying. Tons of seating options indoors and out. I ordered a psl which is obviously a 5star item and a chicken biscuit which I wasn't too crazy about. Will be back again soon read more

I came in at 5:45 AM On 8/22/19 to order a decaf coffee. The girl was so rude and said what I have to do a pour over which I had no idea what that meant. So I ordered a decaf Americano instead. Not only was the register gal so rude when I handed her $100 bill and she said I can't break that so I said well I wanted to give you guys a tip and all I have is my app. Both her and the barista were a couple of sourpusses. I just went to Dutch Brothers yesterday and had the most incredible experience their competition. Starbucks could really learn how to train their employees better and give a better customer service service experience. THEY DON'T ENFORCE MASK POLICY I've been coming to this Starbucks via the drive-thru since I moved to the area in Aug. I've never had a problem. However, this weekend I went on a Saturday morning walk with my wife and dog and we decided to stop here for a coffee and pastry. We made sure to bring our masks. I was very surprised to see that not just one, but two people in the store not wearing a mask. One person was sitting on the bench and o saw them walk around here and there (didn't seem like a customer) and then another gentleman standing in the middle of everyone. There was a sign on the door stating that masks were required and I even saw masks sitting in a basket by the door. NOT ONE staff member at this store said a thing to either person for not wearing a mask, especially with so many guest in the lobby. That was all I needed to see. I will NOT be coming back to this location. If they enforces the rule, then I will protect my family and go elsewhere. Plus, there's a new Starbucks on Mayo that just opened and it's closer anyways. Definitely not going out of my way for this location. read more

Every time I come to this Starbucks it's always the same smiling face that provides excellent service for me! He's always so cheerful and goes the extra mile to converse with me while the other employees make my order. I always get a unsweetened iced green tea and whatever drinks my coworkers like. I love this new Starbucks location. Would be neat to live in the condos next to it, as you also have walking access to a new fitness center, health food and supplement stores and a new Cold Beer and Cheeseburgers. This Starbucks' staff is especially friendly. I notice they already know regulars names and make each experience warm and personal. Today I went for the new nitro cold brew with sweet cream added. It was really good- definitely offered me the caffeine pick up I was looking for with a little a smoother blend and slightly sweeter than my regular cold brew. Though I'm glad I tried it, I'll probably stick to my normal, no calorie cold brew in the future, as I don't like to drink my calories. About $5 for a grande. read more

I absolutely love this Starbucks and go here all the time but was disappointed this morning with the new iced caramel cloud macchiato. I placed an order this morning through the mobile app, picked up my drink and drove 10 min to work. By the time I arrived at work this is what my drink looked like - it looks like someone drank half of it and I hadn't even touched it! Perfect location down the road from my house. I regularly come to work remotely while enjoying free WiFi and coffee! Mornings and late afternoons can be busy but between outdoor and indoor seating, I normally always find a spot. Parking however can get crowded all throughout the day! read more

I was pissed as I drove off and got to the park and just realized that the barista didn't give me my 6$ in change back. My bill was 4.81 and I gave her 10.81 and she gave me my coffee and not my change. That wasn't a tip !!!! Very rude drive-thru rep at this location (guy who wears Harry Potter looking glasses). Have had one encounter with him before tonight where he was rude because he "could not understand what I was ordering." Then, tonight I show up with about 10 minutes or so before the location closes at 7:30pm and the same guy who helped me before was frustrated because he forgot two items that I ordered (on the receipt for proof) and when I asked for them he rolled his eyes and shook his head at me. Would recommend avoiding this individual. The Grayhawk location on Hayden and Thompson Peak has great customer service and would recommend going there if it's not too far out of the way for you. read more

I live right next door to this Starbucks which could be awesome! Everyone I have ever had to deal with here has been very friendly. However the consistency of drinks I would give a negative star for. I feel like I'm back at McDonald's where they just cant seem to get it together. Your staff needs to learn their drinks better. I order the same thing everytime and I have had it made right one day. The other days it comes out dark brown and other times it comes out almost white. I order a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Not anything to difficult. I have just stopped coming to Starbucks. And really ask myself if I want to just throw my money away. The last Starbucks I had yesterday I literally just threw in the garbage and didn't even drink it. read more

I've been wanting to try their new Scottsdale location and the birthday celebration this month of May gave me the perfect reason to head over there! I tried the birthday cake cloud latte and birthday cake crêpe - both were incredibly festive and cute. I've never been the biggest fan of Sweet Paris's Coffee but this one was pretty fun. I loved the flavor of the filling inside the crêpe but did think that the cream was a little lacking and the graham cracker was a little heavy. Suggestion for improvement would be to maybe flip the ratio. The blue whipped cream was so vibrant and fun and the colorful sprinkles were so crispy and fresh. It was great meeting Iris, the manager, and connecting with her on the Houston stores and her longtime experience with the company. The Scottsdale location is so lucky to have her! There were three staff members present the morning we came in and they were all very cordial, polite, patient, and incredibly thoughtful and helpful.

I give it 3.5/5 stars because the bread was cold and not toasted at all. I expect the bread to be toasted in a dish like that, it made the experience less tasty, plus it was bland and needed salt and pepper. An easy fix. My husband enjoyed his chimichurri steak and eggs dish. The only complaint is the actual dishes, the inside of our mugs looked questionable and he had to get a new one it was dirty inside. Then my plate looked like it had small dried on food. It looked washed but needed a better wash. I don't think I would go back here. Because there are other breakfast spots with better ambiance and food was mid. Plus the questionable cleanliness of dishes. Staff was great though.
