As Starbucks go, this one is good. It's food and drinks are the same as other area Starbs, but they're consistent and accurate. There's a particular barista, Audrey, who is always extra-nice to the kiddos when we see her. It's a nice size, with plenty of tables so you can easily work or meet up with a group. read more

This is one of the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. The staff is not at all friendly. It took forever to get a drink today and it took over well over 10 minutes to get my drink despite the store not being very busy. Nobody makes eye contact. I'm so sick of dealing with shitty baristas! I asked for some extra drizzle at the bottom and this is what they gave me. As the barista who made the drink was standing behind the cashier laughing. I just love this location The staff is always so kind to me. I have a service animal and there was a pet who was being aggressive towards my service dog. I told the manager Remy who is the sweetest person you can meet and she told me she would take care of it. I truly couldn't thank her. She was so sweet and made the man leave with his pet. Another employee helped me o it when I accidentally mobile ordered to the wrong store. He called up the store and told them the mix up and made my order there and the other store issued me a refund. We stop at this Starbucks almost daily. Two days ago, we got our drinks and headed out... just happened to open lid and seen that our cups were about 3/4 full. Since we were already on our way we let it go. Then today my daughter stopped on her way to school and her cup was filled half way at best... again, running late to school, we just let it go. This afternoon we stopped again prepared to check our cups... they were filled... so we headed home. My daughter took her first sip of her white hot chocolate.... it was straight coffee! I turned around and high tailed it back. Spoke to a barista and filled her in on my whole story.... she looked at me and said, "did you want me to remake your drink?" Of course I do!!! i frequent this starbucks on my way to drop my wife off at work and Nia is just the sweetest. She reminds me so much of me when i was young. She has great humor and makes great drinks. She always remembers that my wife likes oat milk which just makes her beam. It really is the best feeling to be pals with your barista and Nia is just super fun and sweet. read more

Not a good Starbucks at all. I've been here probably 10-12 times (due to its close proximity to me at times), and every time something has gone wrong. First of all, the oven never heats the food enough. I don't know about sandwiches, but every time I've gotten a pastry it's just barely even warm on the outside and completely room temperature in the middle. Second of all, the iced coffee tastes so different every time its unbelievable. It never tastes consistent, one day it's fine another day it's very bitter another day you barely taste it. Third, there is a women who works the cash register a lot of the times I've come in and every single time she's taken my order shes typed it in wrong. She won't write down milk in my coffee, or she'll put extra syrup instead of no syrup, or she'll write half n half instead of milk, or she'll put cold brew instead of iced coffee. It's always something. Also, she never ever ever asks "would you like anything else?". Lol, I tell her my coffee order first then she just gives me the total and asks for my name. Then I have to interrupt her and tell her I still have more to order. Every single time! lol. Then she acts as if I've inconvenienced her so much because she has to go back to the other screen and add more to my order lol. Don't get me wrong, there are times when I've come in that she's very sweet..but to mess up someone's order 7/8 times you take their order..and on different occasions weeks apart. And to act like I'M the problem when you messed up..That's kind of ridiculous. Sadly, I will not ever return to this location. I would much rather drive an extra 15 minutes out of my way to the Pima and pinnacle peak location since they'll actually give me warm food, the coffee tastes better, they're consistent, and they take my order correctly. **while some of the employees here aren't the best..there are still some awesome ones at this location, especially behind the bar! read more

I was mistaken and thought all Starbucks were alike; I was wrong. Even something as simple as a Frappacino can taste different from one place to another. However this Starbucks has been consistently excellent in quality and service from the first time they opened the doors. But, considering how long the wait was for how many people were working seemed exceptionally long. Then on top of it the got my order wrong.
