We all know that this Dutch bros is in a big parking lot with other business. I pulled up as the woman In Front of me was taking orders walked right by me then a man comes and tells me I cut the line... that being said he ask me to back up and let them in front of me I simply said No (why cus I service all the Dutch bros w two lines and see them taking drinks out all over the place) that being said why did I have to wait to get to the window as everyone walks by me with a attitude (I wasn't being rude simply they could of said hey one car is in front of the other cus someone was taking a order being the building and it got missed). Life happens I did leave the guy at the window 3.00 tip on my small coffee but the reason I'm more pissed to leave this review witch I never would of is cus I paid for a small white moca thick blended but got no coffee in my drink (rip of at its best) I know they do this to people cus I hear stories but I'll never service this store again... Dutch bros is by far the best coffee place ever (I mean for "chain" coffee places) I went back east and had dunkin and was missing my Dutch bros coffee! But this location is my absolute favorite. Always super nice. They even remember us (tho we have to get reacquainted with the new group since it seems like they hired a bunch of new people but it won't be long ;) ) Though the line gets long at times they are always super fast and never mess up my drink order. read more

I come to Dutch every morning and I was wondering if there was anyway you guys could get a device where we would be able to sync your music to a radio station channel. People use it during Christmas so all the cars can hear the same music as they are waiting for their amazing coffee or blended drink. I cannot say enough good stuff about this Dutch... there were only a few times I didn't get the drink I ordered but when I came back either that day or the next time I stopped by, they were totally understanding and gave me a drink on them. It doesn't matter if I come through at 4am or 9pm, the staff always have a smile on their face and willing to make your wait for your drink even better. read more

This Dutch Bros went up within the last year and the second it opened there was major fanfare and horrendous traffic in the parking lot it shares with a gym, cleaners and nail salon. It's been almost a year (or maybe a year already) and the line is always five cars deep - at least. I got addicted to sugar free Cocomos (coconut mochas!) last month so I finally stopped at this one on the way home. If the DB on Vista is the college one, and the DB on Orchard is the lacrosse mom one, then this DB is the Jersey Shore one. It's like a club. It's open 24/7 and it has a disco strobe light on the ceiling along with strings of flashing lights and loud pumping music. I literally saw this guy jumping up and down inside the booth and making lattes while I waited in line. Maybe they only do this after dark, but it would explain why it's the neighborhood hang out for every high school kid within five miles. (On summer nights the place is overrun with hormones and what I can only guess is the scent of Axe Body Spray.) They do not have the same system as the Orchard location of texting orders to the booth, so the wait is looooong. Plus, it's so loud when you get to the window that you have to scream your order. I got a decaf but I could tell by some 10pm heart palpitations that they had messed up and given me caffeine. I'll give it another try - maybe during the day when it's not GTL hour (another Jersey Shore reference) - but for now I will stick with my Orchard DB or try to cut back on my caffeine intake. If you're a pizza and coffee fan, take your cup of joe over to Pizza Guy on the Fly across the parking lot and they'll give you a 10% discount on your meal. read more

I was at DB in Nampa on Caldwell Blvd last Thursday 7/23. I gave my order fora small Caramelizer and paid with debt card. When I got to the window, guy told me what I owed. I said I've paid. He said it didn't go through for some reason. I run debt card again. When I was looking at my account on line,I see I was charged twice. I haven't heard from owner after posting this on line. I'm beginning to wonder if this was a mistake. I think $10.50 is pricey for a small caramelizer. Perfect every time. My husband says it's better than s&@. Not sure what to think about that. Ha! We love their blended teas. My favorite is blended black tea with peach. It's so good! My best friend & I went to this location this morning to play a little catch-up from life. A young lady with yellow sun glasses came to the window, I ordered a large cold brew, no ice, no sugar. Sounds simple. A minute later, a guy plops a drink down in front of me saying "there you go". I look at the drink and notice there is ice in it. I ask the guy that placed the drink on the counter "Is this the cold brew that's supposed to have no ice"? He replies "I Don't think so". Then the lady with the yellow sunglasses comes back and says "That's your drink". I ask, with a question in my voice, "I thought I ordered it with no ice"? Lady says " oh yea". She promptly takes my drink back behind the counter somewhere, dumps the coffee from one cup to another and puts the new cup on the counter saying "there you go". I mention that the cup is only half full, only to be told " that's all that comes in a large cup". My response to that was " That's why I order a large with no ice. So I get more coffee and no ice. Because I don't want ice in any of my drinks". Honestly- it hurts my teeth. I've lived here for many years and always go the Moxie Java by Regal Edwards & Home Depot on Cassia st. They haven't messed up my order yet. Of course they can hear my order without having to scream it at them. I think I'll continue going to Moxie Java from now on. read more
