I walked in and OMG, It's way bigger than I thought and so stunning! The booths and chandeliers were very classy. The bartender Mel assisted me and she was very pleasant. She let me know that while they have coffee drinks, she's not much of a barista...they have an experienced barista on staff but they only work there from about 7am to 1pm and I was there approx 1:30pm. She stated she could make simple lattes but nothing all that fancy from the coffee menu as cocktails are her actual specialty so I decided to go with alcoholic libations since that's what she knows how to make. One that stood out to me was called the "Figgy Fizz" which is made with a fig syrup and I was excited as for breakfast yesterday I had the best Greek yogurt I've ever had which was honey and fig flavored so I was definitely in a fig mood lol she whipped up the drink but unfortunately after she handed it to me, she let me know she couldn't find the fig syrup they put in it so she substituted that with pumpkin spice. I was kind of bummed about that and wished she would have asked me first if that substitution was okay with me or if I'd want to try something else because now it's not a "figgy fizz" but a pumpkin spice fizz but I still drank it and it was decent. I decided to try one more drink which was a pomegranate rosemary lemon drop and it was beautiful and very tasty ! It's a nice spot to have a drink, the staff is quite friendly and they have some unique flavors so i can see myself frequenting this establishment. I want to come back soon and give their coffee drinks a try when I can stop by earlier!

We came to this cozy shop and we weren't sure if we could bring our dog in. We stood outside trying to figure out what we should do with the dog but a gentlemen came out and told us they were dog friendly. He was very kind and welcoming. When you walk in, it overwhelmingly smells like old urine, damp and dank. They also have tons of Torani syrups so basically commercial flavors, nothing house made. The mexican mocha is not even made with mexican mocha cubes but "powder." They say have nitro but it's not on tap, it's with ISI canisters. It's also not budget friendly. They do have lots of seating options and the outside patio is great. Terrible parking lot and even harder to get in an out but that's par for the course given how hard it is to drive in Star with so much traffic and not enough street lights. Their sign even blocks left turns out of the lot so seems easy to get into an accident. The lot is a huge dip. Although I was there on a weekday afternoon for a few hours, I observed it's moderately popular and people were on Teams calls. Given the limited options, I guess thats why? For now, it's terrible coffee with a bad smell and annoying parking lot. I'd rather drink the burnt stuff down the street at Starbucks which is clean or the burnt coffee at Sea Salt which at least comes with great desserts.
