I am in love. Seriously. The hype is real. I came in on the grand opening day and today. Both times, amazing. Yes, the lines are long now but the grand opening took me 10 mins and then today was 5 minutes. They have employees walking up with an iPad to take your order so your drink is ready when you get up to the window. They will take the time to have an actual non forced conversation with you. It is awesome. Now on to the coffee, so smooth. I have had the caramelize and the annihilator. Both super good. The coffee is so smooth. I need to try their version of the red bull that everyone is raving about. Maybe when it is not 24 outside. Prices include tax and are so reasonable. Way cheaper than Starbucks and better coffee. Whenever I travel south for business, I usually make a stop here for an iced cocomo (coconut mocha). Always receive great service and even at really busy times, the line moves quickly! Very friendly baristas and yummy drinks. We stopped by on our way to photograph the sunset and I ordered the caramel apple drink while my oldest got the birthday cake freeze and my youngest for the birthday cake frost. The menu is a bit overwhelming as it has so many choices but that is a good thing, I suppose. I am a huge coffee lover and normally do not like the flavor of coffee drinks from coffee stands but loved the flavor of my oldest's drink. Very good coffee. I had never been to, or really even heard of Dutch Bros until one opened up in North Everett. I neglected going for months, as I don't like to just jump on the bandwagon, and have enjoyed a local coffee stand for years. My wife had been a few times since it opened, and told me I needed to try it. I finally gave in, and man, I am SO glad I did! First experience was a bit daunting, as the line was out to the street. The workers were taking orders of the cars waiting, as to expedite the service. Once it was my turn, I gave my order (I'm boring, just an iced americano). I was shocked the price was so reasonable, as I figured its popularity would allow you to overprice; boy was I wrong! I then figured, the quality must not be great, hence the price. Wrong again! Easily the best coffee drink I have ever had...and it was just an iced americano with heavy cream...no flavoring added. I don't know what you do that makes it taste so good, but keep it up! I don't know how you train your employees, but keep it up! I don't know what I would do if I ever moved to an area without one, so lets open up more! I have now been to Dutch Bros everywhere I travel, up and down the west coast. I am so happy to know that I get the same, consistent service, and quality at every location I have visited. I can't remember the last time I was compelled to write a company and say how impressed I was with their business model and product. Staff get 5 stars- they're super busy from the hype. Same for their kids' drinks. Adorable WHIP CREAM LOLLIPOP on top of the straw with a cute keeper cup... See my picture. Twice I've avoided the long drive up line and it's been a long cold wait (in the shadow of the building) for our order. On top of that even though their menu is quite small somehow it's confusing for you and the person in front of you. The staff are friendly about it but my window wait experience steals from their joy. I've tried their coffee twice and like someone else commented- this tastes like 7-11 coffee. It tastes watered down and really, really overly sweet. I am NOT a strong black coffee without sugar person either. I want cream and sugar in plain coffee or a latte/mocha as my espresso drink. Other reviewers are noticing the same. My daughter's smoothie was cute but very sugary. It reminded me of a Slurpee rather than a smoothie. read more

So I have been to this place several times since it was installed. However, I give them 3 stars because they're very inconsistent. Some days I get a really good coffee and other days I don't? And I think it's because there's new people working almost every time I go! Some of them fill the cup ALL the way up with ice and after saying light ice, I have to remind them every time when I pull up to the window that I ordered LIGHT ice because I catch them stocking it full... however... Some days they actually do light ice and it's fine... but what I found to be really annoying is they always ask the same questions over and over even after I answer. Like "what are you up too today?" And then I'll answer and we will chat and then the person will get distracted then ask that same question again.? I feel I'd enjoy my experience more If they didn't try so hard... I really like their coffee, however if I'm not getting the coffee and my husband gets it for me or a friend, they don't double check about the light ice thing.. so I end up getting like an 8oz drink when I ordered a 16oz.. you just have to be really clear about what you want. I loved stopping by Dutch Bros when I lived in Oregon for a sweet, fun drink so I love seeing them up here now! It's definitely when I want to treat myself and have something fun and sugary. The team is always cheerful and friendly (maybe a little too much when you realize how young they are!) but it's still appreciated. The only thing! PLEASE instruct your team on how to move the line. When it's busy, there's a barista outside taking orders. Great! That helps with line movement! What doesn't is when they stay in one spot and, all of a sudden, there are 3 car spaces open between them and the order window (and the line is going out into the street.) If you are in the middle of taking an order, and the line in front starts to move, just say "hey! I'll walk and keep taking your order if you want to start moving up" It'll help relieve the traffic buildup. read more

Very disappointed with this location. The employees are always rude. Last time I was here my drink was incorrect and they didn't do anything about it, they just looked at me like I was wrong about what I ordered. Ive always loved Dutch Brothers mocha freeze drink. However, I'm extremely offended at their aggressive behavior regarding tips. I defaulted my app on phone to allow $1 tip on each drink I purchase. Love this place, I only wish they closed about an hour later...... I would probably go more often. I really do love all their upbeat baristas they are always to happy, polite and efficient. I don't think I've ever experienced such enthusiastic friendly service prior to 7am on a Sunday morning. The baristas who work here are awesome! I tried to pick up some cold brew at a nearby Starbucks, but they didn't have any ready so early in the morning. I'm glad they didn't because Dutch Bros came to my rescue woot! They even offered my pup a kick start to her day with a puppuccino and she looooooved it. What a great way to start our day. A+++ customer service! read more

Hands down, our favorite coffee place. We were so excited when they opened this location in our area! We come here at least once a week, usually more. Our daughter loves their hot chocolate and smoothies, with the whipped cream on the straw! Our son loves the muffin tops, of course. We've never had a bad drink from here. They have such a huge variety of drink options, and they are always helpful if you can't decide. It was already a long line, but I figured it usually moves fast so I decided to wait in line. I finally got to the front and there was only one car in front of me and the person in the car and the skinny guy in the window wouldn't stop talking. I thought the gentleman was waiting for his second cup of coffee as they already gave him one. He was not. 3 1/2 minuets went by and the car finally drove away. I don't understand why service is so slow because at least 4 people are working. I asked for a 16oz hot latte and when I arrived at the window she tried to hand me a 12oz. This was the first time visiting the Everett location, and I was so happy to know we had one close to home! All the ones I have ever been to were in Tricities, so it's good to know that if I wanted a DB fix, it is close by. We came during the evening hours, so there was no line and no wait at all. The girls were very sweet, and patient with my daughter while she was trying to figure out what she wanted. Instead of stretching her neck to read the menu on the stand, they gave her a small menu to look at, which helped. I opted for the Midnight tea and she ended up with a Frost, I don't remember which one, but they topped it off with whip cream on the straw (what kid wouldn't like that?!). It annoys me how people think this is a local chain but it's not. It's a huge company just like Starbucks. The one in Everett is the exact same as the one in Flagstaff Arizona. When we went through the drive thru the last time I was annoyed because a worker wanted us to order our drinks before we reached the window and there was no menu for us to look at. First, let me say I tried Dutch Bros. Coffee because of all the buzz it was generating and I had never heard of them. This place is always hopping busy, so they're doing something right. Their employees are top notch: Helpful, polite, friendly - really nice folks working here. I came here wanting a cup of coffee and they don't serve that. The closest you can get is an Americano or a Latte, there is no drip coffee. I ended up trying a Molten Lava (Mexican) Mocha and it was just too sweet for me. After looking at their menu, I probably won't be back because most of their drinks are too sugary for my taste. They are big on flavored drinks, Italian Sodas, etc. - in hindsight I should have tried the Americano as it wouldn't have been sweet. If you like friendly faces and sugary drinks - you will be a big fan of Dutch Bros. read more

Usually I'm a little thrown off by Dutch Bros because of their "in your face" customer service. Not ideal for a person with anxiety like me, haha. This Dutch Bros is really genuine and I never feel uncomfortable talking to them. They get through lines really fast as well. My husband and I are usually going through the line before a hike and it's super fast. Normally we would just give up at any other stand. He gets a simple americano, and drinks them up, so I'm assuming they're good. I get a keto cold brew which is super convenient because stands/cafes still look at you like you're nuts when you ask for heavy whipping cream in your coffee. read more
