I just want to say thank you to the young lady that helped me today. My morning was crappy and I had to go to my grandpas funeral in Dixon. There was a big accident with bumper to bumper traffic and I tried to speed but I didn't make it in time for the ceremony. Disappointed and sad I turned around to go home. I stopped at Dutch bros because I needed my daily coffee. When the worker got to my car and asked what I wanted, I couldn't hold it in any longer and just cried. She didn't know what was wrong and I didn't say but she was so kind. We spoke briefly but I want to say thank you for your kindness and compassion. Again, the interaction was brief but she made a lasting impact. So if she's reading this I appreciate you and thanks for my coffee. I didn't get her name but she has blonde hair. Thanks you. read more

Dutch Bros has THE best customer service out of ALL the coffee shops I've visited. I've been here 3-4 times in the past two weeks already! If you are not satisfied with your drink, you are not forced to drive away and drink it. In fact, they offer to make you a drink that you end up happy with! Most of the time, they do tend to get the drinks on point. On one occasion, I didn't like the peach milkshake as it tasted too artificial to me, so they ended up making a peach smoothie - which was MUCH better. You can't go wrong with the drinks here, and they definitely want you leaving happy. My favorite place to go on a hot day whenever I'm in Davis. Will definitely return! read more

Location sucks, stopped by on Sunday and one of the drive thrus was closed making the line a bit wired to navigate. HOWEVER, drinks are on point, staff is great, fast and friendly. They always put a smile on the pups with the puppuccinos and treats. My go to is the vampire slayer with watermelon "on the rocks". So good! read more

I don't get the hype. FABULOUS customer service, but I don't get the hype. I ordered the kicker, which was an Irish cream breve latte. It tasted like all milk.. they probably put like 2 espresso shots and a whole lot of half and half. I thought it was going to be a creamy iced coffee with Irish cream - it was my fault for not understanding that this was a breve latte.. Their sizes for iced drinks are 16oz, 24oz, and 32oz. when I got home, I was curious to see how many calories was my medium drink, and it's 440 calories!! And 220 calories from fat! Holy crap. The girls who work here are so nice. I drove away to get dinner tried my drink, and it wasn't sweet enough. I got it a quarter sweet, which was silly of me since this was a breve latte. The half and half would dilute all the sweetness obviously. I came around the drive through to ask if they could add more sweetener, prepared to hand her my cup and she said "no worries, we can make you a new one". She came back with my new half sweet kicker, and it was still not sweet enough. I asked her if she could make it a little sweeter, and she was ready to make me a new one, but I told her I didn't want her to make me an entirely new drink because I didn't want her to waste materials. GREAT customer service. Thank you to girls who helped me, and being patient will my indecisiveness. You really went above and beyond. Wish I could grade this for the service but I'm talking about the coffee If I'm ever in the Davis area, I would go back and try the kicker cold brew. It's fewer calories and more coffee forward. read more

For the first time trying Dutch bros, I really enjoyed it! I'm used to Starbucks but was always curious about the DB! Many individuals tell me Dutch bros is so much sweeter than Starbucks so I was really excited! First thing I noticed was that the employees are so much nicer and seem so much happier working for DB! Taylor and Sarah were so cool and their customer service was top notch! Since it was my first time, they told me the drinks are free!!! WHOA!! That was real cool! I also told them that I want the best vanilla iced drink and they suggested the Golden Eagle which was a caramel vanilla coffee so I went with that! The drink was very sweet and had just enough caramel where it wasn't over powering. The drink was also smooth and rich which is always a plus. It has a different taste from starbucks... and I look forward to my next visit. I really like the drive through and customer service... however, the line can get very busy. Overall, I will return and try something new! read more

Long wait time for nothing special at all, all drinks made with syrup, they have zero fresh fruit on their premises. Never again.

My absolute favorite coffee place! This coffee place got me through so many late nights during my college days and now I always have to stop by whenever I visit Davis to reminisce those days! The staff is always so friendly and upbeat no matter what time you go! Either at 6am in the morning or 3am, they always give you a smile and some bumpin jams in their little hut! My go to drinks is the kicker or the annihilator. I usually switch between the two. I've developed a mild case of lactose intolerance over the years so I usually ask for soy milk. Usually when you ask for soy milk at other place, the taste is compromised but not at Dutch Bros! Make sure to get a stamp card, 10 stamps get you 1 free drink! read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Small holiday cup! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Davis, California

This place seems to be a chain in the Sacramento area, therefore, as a coffee addict, I needed to try it. The good about this place is they open 24/7, so a coffee fix can be tamed at any time of the day. The worker recommended the grasshopper drink to me. It was basically mint coffee mocha. However, the mint taste was too weak, and the coffee did not seem strong at all. Prices were fair, cheaper than Starbucks. However, I was not really impressed. I would give this place another try, but I would order a drink that has more coffee. This place is really popular. I do not know if all locations get super packed. When I get in line at 730am, there was only 2 cars in front of me, but they were done as I approached. However, by the time I finished ordering and received my drink, the line went all the way down the street. Would I come back? Like I said, I am willing to give this place another try. I do not know if I ordered the right coffee drink for me. I need a drink that has a much higher coffee ratio. read more

The first time we came here was a couple months ago. We were in town for a UC Davis campus event and had heard good things about Dutch Bros so my son and I stopped by. We mentioned it was our first time there to the person taking our order. Imagine our surprise when we were told our order was on the house because it was our first visit! I liked this place already! Today we stopped by en route to the Bay Area. The staff, like last time, was extremely cheerful! My daughter and I both got the Picture Perfect, a blended freeze coffee drink with chocolate and caramel syrups. Yes- we got caffeinated and sugared up! After getting our drinks, we were offered a strawberry smoothie for free because there was a mistake with someone else's order. Nice of them! Dutch Bros is not the cheapest coffee in town but it is yummy and has super positive employees. Don't forget to ask for a stamp card- buy 10 drinks and get your 11th free! read more

I've been here a couple of times and every single time I've had an excellent experience! But my most recent visit made me want to write a review. On my most recent visit, I went through the drive in with 5 other friends. Many of us were ordering 2 drinks each, which made it understandable why the person who took our order failed to put my order down. Not realizing this, we continued to the window and got all of our orders except mine. When we asked them about my order, it was realized that my order wasn't recorded. What I appreciated was that they took my order at the window and gave it to me for free. This positive interaction made my day and attests to the wonderful service this location gives. Plus, the drinks are made in the perfect temperature and always tastes so delicious. Thank you Dutch Bros! read more

Absolutely love Dutch Bros! I wish we had them in the Bay Area, that's how fantastic this place is. Whenever I go here, I always ask the barista what they recommend, because they're actually pretty passionate about what they serve, which is something I find lacking in other coffee places! Love how it's open 24 hrs and perfect for late night studying. There's a huge menu selection and the drinks taste amazing and customizable! Tip: The turn into the drive thru is a little tight because you have to go to to the end of the court to turn around. read more

This place is hit or miss. I like lite ice because it's super hot outside. This is considered lite ice, which is still a lot. Went to try the cookies butter latte. Iced and large. Well I got home and took the ice out because there was a lot of ice in it. Curious to see how much coffee. Well almost half of it was ice. And this one flavor was not great. Didn't taste like cookie butter at all, but just like a regular iced latte. First time I have been disappointed here. 8 bucks down the drain. read more

80% ice in the blended drink, and it isnt even blended I got a block of ice and some concentrated coffee at bottom. Why rush if you can't make a $6 drink worth it to customers. And no sweetness at all. Maybe you have to add in whatever eclectic flavor mix-in they have off endless menu of choices. Should have told me that's necessary for anything remotely in league of Starbucks. But no excuse for horrible ice block w drippings of caffeine in a cup. Costs more than Starbucks, has less satisfaction unless you enjoy a caffeine drenched headache for following 2 hours. Not the hype! read more

I love these guys!! only complaints: 1. manager should have more people on shift. I've seen one person working by themselves late at night around 10pm. That SUCKS if there are a few cars in the line at a time. 2. They should make an online account/stamp card. I have almost 2 filled out but can't use them because they stopped taking the paper ones. It makes sense but I've spent over $200 here with no benefits. read more

Y'all come to this lyft driver's rescue each and every time! I get legit excited when I have a pick up in Davis because it means I can stop for Dutch and it will be open no matter how insanely late it is. I'm greeted with happy smiles and sweet beats every time I roll through. They were bumping The Sound of Music soundtrack one time at 1 am. Yeah. My kind of party. This is the first time I was introduced to the late night stamp card: five stamps during cray late hours, and you get a free medium sized coffee on the house! They've even given it to me on the fifth stamp, instead of making me wait to return with my five stamps, if ya feel me. Love you guys so much. I like my coffee black...like my men. That's a line from my favorite movie "Airplane" that I've been dying to use in a review. I don't really prefer plain black coffee. I need a little flavor, some Splenda, or at the very least, some cream to sweeten it up. What I do appreciate, though, is a strong, smooth cup of coffee, and Dutch Bros. delivered. I ordered an Annihilator, a hazelnut-flavored coffee ($3.40/med). I like their simple menu, about 6 items which can be customized hot, iced, or blended, sugar-free, fat-free, with soy or coconut milk. There are 2 drive-thru windows (1 each direction) and a walk-up window. The staff was sweet and friendly, fast and efficient. Great service! Love the fact that it is easy access off the freeway and is open 24 hours. Why wasn't Dutch Bros. around when I went to UCD?!! read more

Excellent coffee, excellent customer service, and conveniently located right off the freeway (off Richards Blvd.). Every time I've stopped by Dutch Bros drive thru coffee stand, I've left feeling very happy, with a delicious drink in my hand (or you can say car cup holder). Although they have many delicious choices, my favorites are the caramel macchiato and Annihilator (which has chocolate macadamia nut). Staff is always very friendly and always make sure I love my drink before I leave. I always look forward to stopping at this Dutch Bros for coffee. Random facts 1. They are open 24 hours 2. Your first drink is FREE 3. They have a secret menu 4. The drive thru is 2-way 5. You can also park and walk up to order 6. They have a stamp card. Buy 10, get 11th free 7. Holy crap this is good stuff. This place is open 24 hours, and in a college town, that's perfect. There's two sides to the drive-thru and a window so you can walk up and order. At night, the building becomes a mini-club with lasers and house music. This place opened close to finals week, and it was super packed that week. Another thing about this place is that they offer deals really often. There was a deal every day of the week during finals week from $2 dollar drinks to BOGO. All the drinks I've tried so far were hot, but there's an option to get it cold (and I think blended as well). The expressos here are super flavorful, but it might be a little to sweet for some. I've tried the Caramelizer and I absolutely loved it, but my mom thought it was way too sweet for her. I've also tried the Candy Cane Mocha which had way more peppermint flavor than a Starbucks drink and their Chai Latte which is also really good. Their Annihilators are good hot, but I've heard that it's better served cold. I'll have to try it next time. The prices are really good for what you get. A small or a medium is a double-shot of expresso and a large is 4 shots (according to the menu). Prices go from $3.25-4.50. Service here is really awesome. Everyone is upbeat and is always smiling. One guy handled a large crowd (maybe 60 people) all by himself at midnight during finals week and he was all smiles and all about customer service. I'll definitely be coming here often, especially during midterm and final season. read more

Finally tried this place. yay! DECOR: I love how it is right off the freeway. However, its pretty hard to drive in if there is a long line. FOOD: I had a Watermelon green tea. It was really good...tons of watermelon flavor. SERVICE: I asked the server what I should get bc this was my first visit. He helped me make a choice then told me that my first drink is free. What a hipster, corner spot for coffee on the go! Friendly staffing and great coffee flavors, such as the Annihilator. If you order your drink iced, they only offer the large size. By all means, when the weather is hot, do get that! Davis weather during the dry, heat, summer days can peak up to 100+ degrees Fahrenheit! Whew, you would need that super sized to keep your cool! Drive-thru feature is surely convenient and Dutch Bros would be brewing up some refreshing coffee, which will be ready for you in a jiffy! read more

I'm no expert and I really couldn't care less - Starbucks, Pete's, Philz etc are all the same to me. Anyway, we drove through this Dutch Bros location twice, to and fro our visit to Truckee & Tahoe, and the young staff here was pretty exceptional. The drinks were pretty decent too! read more

I would be a regular, or even duchess, if I lived closer to a Dutch Bros... sadly I don't :( So of course I had to stop by here on my way home from the SF airport! I wanted to try something new so I went with an iced Kicker...a mix with Irish cream... then I had my drink made with soy milk. I took a sip before I left the driveway and it tasted so watery! I know a watery coffee drink and how it tastes after I let it sit on my desk while I'm in class. But a drink shouldn't taste like that right after I order it! It only leads me to believe it wasn't completely fresh.. I will still be back to try something else, but today's experience definitely made me less eager to make my next visit. read more

24 hours? Perfect for college town Davis. During the grand opening I got a free drink. I got the annihilatior and it was really yum. I came here again about 2 hours ago. Amy recommended the caramelizer. I got a medium for $2 (yay for finals discounts). Whoohoo for finals discounts. Service is amazing but my drink not so much. 1. It wasn't hot 2. Too much milk 3. I'm very sleepy which is no good :( I'm sure I just got unlucky this time. I'm so down to go back to try all their other drinks. Update: Came here 2 nights in a row. Dutch Bros Coffee is pretty big deal around Davis and am sure other parts of California. My cousin went to school at UC-Davis knows all about Dutch Bros Coffee. What college student doesn't need a caffeine kick at some point during the day?? Plus talk about the mother load of large. Thinking large be like vent Starbucks or large at coffee bean and tea. I was blown away like dam am going be wired for hours after drinking my coffee. It soooo good. At this location only drive-thru. Different for me. Talk about busy thankfully not that bad of wait. My cousins telling me school in session the line can be ten times worst. I ordered the Annihilator. The names for the drinks enjoy going through for the first time. On the flip side waiting in drive-thru trying to get close enough see the menu and make up your mind with cars behind pressure. Not only coffee they also sell blended and smoothies. The service was on it. They even had someone out taking orders not just once you get to the window. Maybe cause this is busy location due to fact close to campus. It really helps make the line move along faster. Make sure tell them if its your first time visit!!!! You get your order for ......FREE.....! We had no idea. The guy handed us our drinks like here you go. We like okay how much and guy like it free first timers. Both workers super friendly, all smiles, and positive vibes love it. The coffee would say is solid. I fell like some of the bigger mass chains prefer more but still enjoyed my coffee. Not doubt get value cause even the medium my cousin order same size as vent at Starbucks. It was the perfect caffeine break driving out to Oakland from Sacramento watch A's baseball game. Ironic. I never heard of it come back only to find Vegas just opened one. Sweet!!! read more

Why can't a Dutch Bros Coffee be located in Sacramento? I do love the Davis, Citrus Heights and Elk Grove locations. Davis is conveniently located right off the freeway and right across from an IN N OUT. It is a perfect stop when you are headed to the Vacaville outlets or the bay. Usually you can expect a wait but not a long one as someone will usually come out and take your order on their mobile device. Cheaper than Starbucks and more delicious, I highly recommend checking out Dutch Bros Coffee for their awesome little pit stop with cool employees chatting with you. read more

I love Dutch Bros coffee. We made a quick pit stop coming home from the Bay area. The entrance to this place is RIDICULOUS! You have to make a U-Turn just to get into the place, super poor planning on the Dutch Bros part. The line can get long and you have to be careful not to block certain areas. I really wish they would plan these huts out more carefully. Nonetheless, the coffee tasted good and the bro-istas were nice. read more

So here's the deal. If you like Dutch Bros you will definitely like the coffee drinks at this one. Solid. To be honest, I tend to prefer just coffee and not all of the sweet concoctions that they make. But it's not fair to ding this business for making them because that's kind of what they are all about. That would he like going to McDonald's and complaining that they serve french fries. Service is great. I don't think they could find friendlier people. I'm really serious about that. Every single time I am made to feel welcome. I just love that. Here's my beef and it's a big one. The location sucks. They bought an existing drive-through coffee place, but that place wasn't popular. Dutch Bros is. So what happens? Traffic backs up into the street. And people literally are perfectly fine holding up traffic to wait in line. That's not OK, although I don't know what they can do about it. It's also very awkward to get into line at times if you choose to do it legally. The Starbucks in South Davis has a similar problem. I don't know if this is just the planners in Davis being shortsighted and underestimating the popularity of these place, but it's kind of ridiculous at times. read more

There are several reasons why this place is awesome: 1) It is 24 hours 2) First time visit you get 5 stamps on the stamp card! 3) The coffee is bomb, a tad sweet but bomb 4) There's a secret menu 5) They play awesome music and the workers are young and nice 6) There's a 2-way drive through 7) The drinks came out speedily 8) For the medium, it was $4 so no need to find change 9) Right next to the freeway And plenty more reasons!! I got a "Pocahontas" which is half chocolate and half white mocha. It tastes like a cold "hot chocolate" infused with coffee . I also tried the "annihilator" which is a chocolate macadamia sensation. Definitely tastes like super sweet and creamy coffee. Yummy. It kinda tastes like a better McDonald's iced coffee. Total price for both 24oz (medium) drinks was $8!
