Huge fan of Dutch Bros since they came to Texas. Like actual coffee, not that burned bean water they charge way too much for over at SBucks? This is the place. Real lattes, served how you want them, with great service, a rewards app that hands free drinks out so often you feel guilty. And tons of sugar free choices for us diabeetus types! My favorite manager from Richardson, Boa, moved over here and soon after, so did I, so that's a bonus! She's awesome and so is this Dutch Bros. I'm there 4-5 nights a week. read more

I love Dutch Bros, & the staff is extremely friendly, but it never fails that they forget to add soft top or caramel to my drinks so I always have to give the drink back. I understand they're busy, but there's never a time where they get it right, & it's awkward to have to give the drink back for them to make it right. If the add ons were free, I wouldn't care, but they're not. The idea of the drink pictured is for it to taste like a caramel apple, but they put the tiniest drizzle of caramel & it got eaten up by the soft top. She specifically asked me right before they poured my drink into the cup, "did you want caramel just on top, or inside as well?", to which I responded, "both please, inside as well as on top along with the soft top". She said okay, & then didn't put the caramel on the inside & lightly drizzled on top. By that point, I didn't want to cause anymore hassle as the line was building & I had already handed another drink back to her because they forgot soft top & caramel on that drink as well. Not sure if anyone will see this, but it'd be cool if this could get addressed so that the experience at the window is a little less awkward. I've since gone so far as to purchase my own personal bottle of caramel to add in myself when I get home. After seeing multiple people on IG rave about how amazing this place was I figured I would give it a try. Staff is super friendly, but the wait is long. I have given this place a few tries, and to pay $7 for basically a hot cup of milk is a little much. No coffee should ever be all milk and a splash of coffee. I actually don't like the coffee here. It tastes burnt. The service is nice and they are always busy but when I have gone, there is nothing special about the drinks. They do have tons of caffeine which might be their edge. If you drink coffee for a kick this is your place to go. read more

It's just okay. I stopped by the first week this location opened. There was a line wrapped around the building so I figured I'd give it a try. I ordered a passion fruit tea for my husband and a soda with cream for me. Both were mediocre. Jarritos makes better soda and Starbucks makes better tea, which isn't saying much. I'm not sure I'd revisit because the wait was long for a place that only makes drinks. read more

I just wanted to express how my very first to one of your establishments went. I interacted Dustin and Jaedynn, they made my experience so pleasant. They were patience with me trying to figure out what I wanted to try. They provided their expertise when I told them what I was used to drinking from Starbucks. Needless to say, I have a new coffee shop and it actually opens at 5am. I did express to them how grateful I was for them making this one of the best experiences I have ever had. I can't really put this into words, but my experience with Dutch Bros is perfect in every sense. From the drinks, to the staff, the location, etc. Anything and everything about this is 100x better than Starbucks in my opinion, and to top it all off I went one day with a couple of buddies of mine and my first impression was great, from the price to the size it was already better. I realized that day I lost my wallet after a long day of doing errands, and I just couldn't find my wallet anywhere. Not even a week later I receive a package, air delivery high priority, with my wallet and everything; along with a note reading "you left this at Dutch Bros;)".
