Stopped in after PT and got a treat at Dutch Bros. Their coffee is delicious! I got snickerdoodle, has notes of cinnamon and chocolate, white chocolate and macadamias and cinnamon sprinkles on top. It's really good..no bitterness like you get in other coffees. I really enjoyed it and will be going again. I forgot to mention, I've never seen a sweeter group of of young ladies. They all spoke, and had big, beautiful smiles! Thanks you ladies! I'll see y'all again, soon!! read more

So the man at the window today around 11:45am was super kind to me while helping me choose a drink! He ordered and chose the sugar free rainbow drink I believe! All I had to tell him was no caffeine and no sugar and he chose for me. The drink taste was fresh and I was able to finish it on my walk home. The ice was decent but I was supposed to ask for no ice so I can have more drink inside my cup! I forgot to ask for no ice! It's a thing my mom taught me long ago! Anyways it was 90 degrees outside and I walked to get some exercise. Lots of customers coming to get a drink! Thanks for the good first time experience! read more

Quick and friendly service like always. The quality of the drink was below average. Got the new seasonal cereal drink, Magic Dutch Crunch Rebel (blended) and Shake but it came with no marshmallows on either drink and a small dollop of soft top on both. (I tried the shake prior to the photo so the soft top looks more than what really was there.) I wouldn't suggest to try this flavor, has a sticky and weird after taste. Typically a 5 star visit but today just didn't seem like their day. read more

I live in central TX and most often stop at Dutch Bros in Cedar Park or Round Rock. This was my first visit to a northern TX shop and I can tell you the Dutch Bros' motto of "Be Kind" exists everywhere because my expertise was awesome. The line buster knew how to specialize my order in just the way I wanted it and was ultra friendly (I should have gotten her name!). The drink itself was perfect as I have come to expect from Dutch Bros. The broista at the window was all smiles and friendly too. This was the perfect was for me to start my trip back south to central TX. Thank you Dutch Bros for being so great wherever you are! read more

There are several Dutch Brothers to stop at but something higher up brought me to this location and god knows I needed this. I never thought I'd open up to anyone let alone to someone I just met. I am so glad Liv was there today to not only take my order but took the time to listen when she noticed me upset. Her words of wisdom and encouragement along with the awesome note on my coffee lid changed my day. So Liv, I hope you read this and thank you for being you. read more

Love Dutch Bros !!!! Drinks are sunshine in a cup. After drinking more Dutch Bros than I care to admit was disappointed in the taste of our drinks as the tea was weak and watered down and not the usual favor a bit light on syrup. Friendly service as we have come to expect from Dutch Bros Relatively new location and look forward to going back next time I am in Dallas read more

3/27/25 at the Marsh and Spring Valley location. Went to walk up window to order my usual. Easy one! A large Breve. I have the app and pay with the app. I reached out with my phone so he could scan and the young bearded guy does his thing and I step back a foot as he was punching in what ever on that I pad and then he says "Do you want to leave the preferred tip very loud. I said what do you mean proffered? He said a predetermined tip.....I then motioned for that screen and I hit 1.00. This tip thing has really gotten rude and out of hand. The norm with them after they punch in the order and scan your QR code on your app is that they turn they Ipad to your face and say "it's gonna ask you a question" meaning do you want to leave a tip. But this guy to loudly say it the way he did caused the 2 people waiting on their drinks to say something to me about it "that was rude'; "I can't be leave he did that" ! Then to top off the whole visit........my easy drink of Large Breve lite ice was not that, I think they just gave me regular iced coffee as it was dark, watery and nasty. Threw it out and did not even bother going back. Normally my same coffees are always great, the staff is usually always so friendly, but this visit sucked. That guy needs training big time and the tip thing is getting out of hand. read more

Upon arriving at the Dutch bros Addison location I was immediately greeted by a man in a hot pink hat. He swiftly took my order of a simple white coffee 911 carburetor parfait style with strawberry. He then promptly cartwheeled into the establishment and got to work right away on said simple white coffee 911 carburetor parfait style with strawberry. In a flash, I was at the window receiving my drink from a woman with extremely long black hair and a beautiful smile. When I reached for my drink, I heard crying in the distance and turned only to find an infant child in the road! Upon seeing this, the woman dropped my white coffee 911 carburetor parfait with strawberry from her hands, soared out of the window, grabbed the infant child in the middle of the road, and swiftly carried said child to safety, all in time to return and catch my drink mid air and serve it to me. read more

This location seems to always be in a rush. Made a mobile order here one time for walk up pickup. I checked in at the window. they made the order , then set it aside for 10 minutes without calling out the name. They also don't relay instructions from the order taker, to order maker. We've made the same request for our drinks every-time we order and they never make it how instructed even though we pay extra for our request. Even when asking them to their face if they did it, while we can visibly can see they didn't. Lied to our face and said they did. I wouldn't recommend this location if you want order accuracy. No accountability read more

I went to this Dutch Bros because it was the closest location to Dallas Lovefield. I needed to fly in Dallas to pick up a rental car from Houston. After losing my mind with airport delays in Houston, I needed a nice hot Toasted Mellow Oat Milk Latte to make my day better. I was here during Christmas Eve. There wasn't even a line when I pulled up, just one car ahead of me. I did wish they turned down the volume of the music because I had to shout my order. Other then that, the same friendly and happy service I get from other dutch bros locations. Defiantly come here if your just getting into town from lovefield. read more

Dutch bros has become a favorite for sure! Everyone is sooo friendly and quick to offer a suggestion on what flavor to add to your drink. I usually go for the energy drink and haven't tried any of the coffee yet. I would suggest downloading the app to see all the different flavor combos they have but of course you can add in whatever you like. Usually the staff sees my pups in the car and without even having to ask, one of the staff is always asking if they want pup cups. They are too cute and even come with a couple treats to top it off. As far as i am aware, there is still no way to order ahead in the app (i think it's probably in the works). You can add funds to the app and pay through the app when you get in line. There has been maybe 1 time that i came here and there was no line to wait at all, otherwise it's usually wrapped around the corner! Staff is outside taking orders at your car and is usually a quick process to get through the line. read more

Their coffee is strong and delicious. Some of them are a little too sweet for my liking but they have some great sugar free options as well. Get the cold brew foam - it's not dairy free it's so worth it!! read more

Great team and the drinks are always great, however of all the DutchBros I've been to this is the slowest in the mornings. If you're here before 7am it takes awhile and usually a pretty good line of cars. Not sure if they are staffed accordingly in the morning but damn. Otherwise everything else is great! read more

good coffee, fun experience, i really recommend a electric berry rebel with sour shot inside

Not a terrible place, just not for me. Almost all the drinks are sugar city (some have over 100g of sugar!). I just want coffee. I decide to go for the Nitro Cold Brew. I ask the employee what the size difference was between a medium and large... She says 'it comes out of a 12oz can... For a large, I just put more ice in the cup.'. Yep... Not getting a large. That's not impressive for an almost $6 medium drink. Also, there's no indoor seating, just a few tables outside. Staff was nice though, and maybe the beyond high sugar drinks appeal to people that have a nice line of credit with their dentist... But that's not me. read more
