So the man at the window today around 11:45am was super kind to me while helping me choose a drink! He ordered and chose the sugar free rainbow drink I believe! All I had to tell him was no caffeine and no sugar and he chose for me. The drink taste was fresh and I was able to finish it on my walk home. The ice was decent but I was supposed to ask for no ice so I can have more drink inside my cup! I forgot to ask for no ice! It's a thing my mom taught me long ago! Got the new seasonal cereal drink, Magic Dutch Crunch Rebel (blended) and Shake but it came with no marshmallows on either drink and a small dollop of soft top on both. (I tried the shake prior to the photo so the soft top looks more than what really was there.) I wouldn't suggest to try this flavor, has a sticky and weird after taste. The drink itself was perfect as I have come to expect from Dutch Bros. The broista at the window was all smiles and friendly too. 3/27/25 at the Marsh and Spring Valley location. Went to walk up window to order my usual. Easy one! A large Breve. I have the app and pay with the app. I reached out with my phone so he could scan and the young bearded guy does his thing and I step back a foot as he was punching in what ever on that I pad and then he says "Do you want to leave the preferred tip very loud. I said what do you mean proffered? He said a predetermined tip.....I then motioned for that screen and I hit 1.00. This tip thing has really gotten rude and out of hand. The norm with them after they punch in the order and scan your QR code on your app is that they turn they Ipad to your face and say "it's gonna ask you a question" meaning do you want to leave a tip. But this guy to loudly say it the way he did caused the 2 people waiting on their drinks to say something to me about it "that was rude'; "I can't be leave he did that" ! Then to top off the whole visit........my easy drink of Large Breve lite ice was not that, I think they just gave me regular iced coffee as it was dark, watery and nasty. Threw it out and did not even bother going back. Normally my same coffees are always great, the staff is usually always so friendly, but this visit sucked. We've made the same request for our drinks every-time we order and they never make it how instructed even though we pay extra for our request. Dutch bros has become a favorite for sure! Everyone is sooo friendly and quick to offer a suggestion on what flavor to add to your drink. I usually go for the energy drink and haven't tried any of the coffee yet. I would suggest downloading the app to see all the different flavor combos they have but of course you can add in whatever you like. Usually the staff sees my pups in the car and without even having to ask, one of the staff is always asking if they want pup cups. They are too cute and even come with a couple treats to top it off. As far as i am aware, there is still no way to order ahead in the app (i think it's probably in the works). You can add funds to the app and pay through the app when you get in line. There has been maybe 1 time that i came here and there was no line to wait at all, otherwise it's usually wrapped around the corner! Staff is outside taking orders at your car and is usually a quick process to get through the line. read more

I went to this Dutch Bros because it was the closest location to Dallas Lovefield. I needed to fly in Dallas to pick up a rental car from Houston. After losing my mind with airport delays in Houston, I needed a nice hot Toasted Mellow Oat Milk Latte to make my day better. I was here during Christmas Eve. There wasn't even a line when I pulled up, just one car ahead of me. I did wish they turned down the volume of the music because I had to shout my order. Other then that, the same friendly and happy service I get from other dutch bros locations. Defiantly come here if your just getting into town from lovefield. read more

Not a terrible place, just not for me. Almost all the drinks are sugar city (some have over 100g of sugar!). I just want coffee. I decide to go for the Nitro Cold Brew. I ask the employee what the size difference was between a medium and large... She says 'it comes out of a 12oz can... For a large, I just put more ice in the cup.'. Yep... Not getting a large. That's not impressive for an almost $6 medium drink. Also, there's no indoor seating, just a few tables outside. Staff was nice though, and maybe the beyond high sugar drinks appeal to people that have a nice line of credit with their dentist... But that's not me. read more
