I ordered my drink through uber eats. The cream I asked for wasn't in my drink. I have called this Starbucks 3 times in 30 minutes and it goes straight to voicemail every time. I rarely use uber eats and the one time I do my order is wrong. I feel very disappointed and let down in the customer service area. Hopefully someone answers!!

I like how you don't have to be overly specific with what you want when it comes to a concoction. The baristas are very sweet and helpful. The food is very good, personally I really enjoy the cheesy bacon egg bites. The ambience is welcoming, I like how they greet everyone who comes and say bye to those who leave.

I've ordered the mango dragonfruit lemonade many times and it's always darker than this and definitely tastes better than the one I just paid for. It's disappointing how they don't keep up their standards up as they should. I love getting this drink when it's properly made and I'm very sad that it didn't come out correctly. I wonder how many other people have actually ordered this for their first time and be disappointed is not good, obviously not knowing how it's supposed to be made.

This has always been my least favorite location of SB for some reason and my recent visit confirmed that. I ordered an iced matcha latte in the morning before work and drank half at work before I discovered a blue jug rim floating in my drink. It was unsettling to say the least. I'm pretty easy going in most situations but I was not happy. I contacted SB and they emailed me back apologizing and credited me $8 (odd amount). I tried justifying that at least it wasn't a hair or something sharp but it didn't make it better. I don't think I can go here again.

I visit this location quite often as it's on my way to work. Twice in the last 2 weeks, I've ordered a honey citrus mint as pictured. Twice I've received a cup of jade citrus mint. Now if you're out of something, wouldn't you inform the customer you're out so they can choose to get something else? I phoned them. She said "oh. Sorry". That's it. No offer to try and fix the situation or remedy it. I'm pretty sure there's a make it right policy at the store.... ? Also this morning I ordered the egg and cheese protein box, also pictured. You can clearly see the rotten apple in my box. The rest of the apples weren't rotten, but they were mushy and disgusting. Is this what you want to give to your customers?? I'll continue to frequent the store but today just wasn't my day apparently.

Today was a great day for this Starbucks store. Dining area clean. Check! Bathrooms clean. Check! Greeted and warmly. Check! Back hallway clear and not loaded with boxes and stuff. Check! Restocking displays during lull in traffic. Check! Trent greeted me at the counter and he is superior in people skills and service. Watched the drive through line and it's running smoothly. The Baristas are establishing a good relationship even when processing mobile orders. Way to go! Highly Recommended store. Great customer communications. KEEP IT UP PLEASE!!!!

I stopped here today to meet a friend for studying. This location has a drive thru and a large space inside for studying. There are numerous outlets scattered throughout which makes it nice when you are using your laptop. The barista who took my order was beyond sweet and extremely personable. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. I ordered a bacon and gouda breakfast sandwich and a tall iced caramel coffee. Because I am a gold member I receive free refills on iced or drip coffee. When you study in the cafe, this makes it completely worth it. I'll be back!

Drive thru centric Starbucks here. Makes sense as the location just past the corner of Beltline and Coit makes it a commuter hub go to. Tollway just west. 75 just east 635 south and Bush North- the location makes this place sing in the morning. For us walkin or mobile order folk- well they are still figuring out how to apply their stellar drive thru management systems to those of us non wheeling types. Everyone is friendly but understandably Focused w heads either down or looking out the drive thru window or staring at order screens. Wifi here is an inside only luxury. The below average ambiance patio gets NO wifi signal emanating from Starbucks instead its the fake free time warner crossing over from next door Chipolte. Inside Wifi is typical Starbucks solid. This is not a tune driven Starbucks. More often than not they have forgotten to turn on the Starbucks music network. If you need a quiet place to work- this of course works (lol) in your favor. Summary: need a drive and go- this spot will send you off with goods and a smile. Us mobile order addicts well just be patient. Smiles shared quickly and the goods- well a bit after.

That said, it did taste a bit like a rush order. Drinks: * Coffee: solid and enjoyable--no complaints there. * Matcha: unfortunately mediocre. Dallas isn't exactly a matcha city, and this one confirmed it. Very lip-smacking and not something I'd order again. Vibe: Where this place really shines. Super cute ambiance, great music playing, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. There were plenty of people working behind the counter--even during a slower moment--so it feels like they could easily handle a crowd. Food: Didn't try it this time, but everything looked great and there was a nice variety. Overall, I'd 100% come back, especially to work or relax. I'd just skip the matcha next time and stick to coffee. Fantastic ambiance, good service, and a space that makes you want to stay awhile

That said, once we arrived, it was absolutely packed to the brim. Every table was full, including a private conference room, and the space itself isn't small at all. I imagine it's a bit easier to find seating when the weather is nicer, but today was freezing, which made their six outdoor tables completely unusable. My mom ordered the chocolate croissant and said it was the best she's had at any coffee shop I've taken her to. We had it warmed, and it was incredibly rich and indulgent. The coffee was fine--nothing memorable--but the matcha was to die for. They had about six people working in a very small space, and despite that, service held up well considering how busy it was. The crowd skewed younger, with lots of people posted up working for long stretches. Definitely a long-haul seating kind of place. The vibe was great: louder music, energetic atmosphere, and it somehow all worked. There's also a stuffy (quiet) room available for rent if you need it. Matcha rating: 8/10. Second best matcha I've had in Dallas so far--better than La La Land, but still not topping Tried & True Stellar, which remains my #1. This place has real character--very local, very lived-in. I'd come back 100%, probably earlier in the day to snag better seating, since once people sit down here, they really settle in.

This coffee shop has quietly become my Dallas work-week crush…read more It's conveniently close to the office I'm using while I'm here, but the real draw is the vibe. Beautiful sunshine pours through big windows, there's a lovely park right outside, and the light is so good it feels like the café equivalent of a good hair day. Dallas weather helps, obviously--but this place knows how to use it. The space is lively without being chaotic. Plenty of outdoor seating, lots of indoor seating, and a very reasonable three-hour Wi-Fi window that keeps people working instead of camping. It feels intentional. People come here to stay, not hover in line. Speaking of which--there's never a line. They're clearly well staffed, everyone's efficient, and everyone is genuinely nice. Now, pastries. This is where they shine. A lot of unique options you don't see everywhere, and everything I tried was excellent. The almond croissant? Fantastic. The blueberry cake? A must-get. I went two days in a row (because obviously), and on day one they told me it was their most popular item. Day two, by 11 a.m., it was completely gone and kept selling out as soon as they tried to restock. That alone tells you what you need to know. The matcha is good--made from scratch, which I appreciate. Is it the best matcha I've ever had? No. It's better than Local Johnny's, but not quite on the level of Marin Coffee Roasters or Ralph & Rose. Still very drinkable and enjoyable, especially if you're settling in to work. What really sets this place apart is its personality. It doesn't feel like a cookie-cutter café or "insert minimalist coffee brand here." There's charm. Character. A little whiteboard with a joke about New Year's resolutions that made me smile. Small details, but they matter. Would I come back? Absolutely. I already did--twice. I'd recommend it especially for locals looking for a solid work spot, co-working with a friend, or anyone who wants to be productive without being bothered. If you're visiting Dallas briefly, this might not be a destination café--but if you're here for a bit and want a reliable, pleasant, sunny place to work and snack, this one's a yes.
