While traveling to Dallas and we need to head out to other city. We got so tired and need some coffee. My friend searched and decided to try this place. This place is huge big seating area and I was surprised that so quite. A lot of people was there but really quite and clean place. Nice interior design. I wish I have time for seating there and enjoyed this place. Ordered two iced americano but my one was need to really sweet because I love sweet. Coffee was amazing. I don't enjoy coffee with a burnt taste, but this place had a slightly sour and fruity taste, which is my style. Not a cheap price but quality coffee. Definitely recommend this place. Nice view and if you are in this area, should try. I will go back this place again when I'm traveling to Dallas!!

Stopped by Watermark Coffee which is located in the Watermark church. When you arrive there is plenty of parking in front of the church. The church is also very pretty with lots of floor to ceiling windows, wood accent ceilings, stone floors and string lights running across the ceiling. The coffee bar is located on the first floor, more near the right side of the church. I ordered a caramel latte which was excellent. Also this church is huge and would be a great spot to work remotely. I can't for my next trip back to Watermark coffee.

Had the iced mocha coffee & blueberry muffin! I most definitely would recommend coming if you need to get some work done or even socializing. The service is great as well!

A coffee shop spread out across the lobby of a church. This is definitely a Texas-sized coffee shop if there ever was one. Spiced chai was a tad sweeter than I expected but still pretty good. Plenty of seating is available spread out across multiple floors. The sofas are very comfortable. If you're looking to work from a cafe in Dallas this is definitely the place to do it!

Study area! Large open area concept with couches, tables and chairs, some floor outlets here and there but a little difficult to find. Chatter can be louder than a coffee shop. There are a few large tables (~6-8) with hard benches for bigger study groups. There are some 2-person tables on the second floor. Clean bathrooms. Coffee shop is quick and fairly priced. Staff was friendly! Decent parking lot.

Simply the best coffee in the city. If you haven't tried it, you should. Like today. you'll love it.

Iced lavender latte with oatmilk and summer breeze.. perfect on a warm humid day today.

Our go to place for great coffee that won't hurt your pocket for a simple indulgence. Lots of seating and tables in the lobby for work and conversations too. What I enjoy and appreciate the most are their baristas who knows you by your name when you arrive... Myra is wonderful and we will miss her dearly, but I'm sure the culture hasn't changed. At least, I hope it doesn't.

A coffee shop inside a mega church, so there's plenty of space, tables, and comfy couches! Since they're not relying on coffee sales to pay rent, the price to coffee ratio is hard to beat. Their coffee is not that special, but outstanding coffee quality isn't their main goal, so it's totally understandable. Great place to work, relax, or meet people, but parking may be difficult if you arrive while a church event is going on.

Amazing atmosphere, the coffee was awesome. I tried a vegan muffin and it was okay but it wasn't my fav. The options are limited but straight to the point and I love that bc I'm very indecisive. I was in and out and happy with my coffee choice. I was up the street at a hotel and I'm so happy I found them over Starbucks.

Hidden workplace that's friendly for standing - by the windows, behind the plants!

Getting inside was a tiny bit confusing since it's part of a larger complex and not immediately obvious where to go, but once I figured it out, everything was smooth sailing. The staff was friendly and respectful, and service was impressively fast. My mom and I stepped outside for literally a minute after ordering, and when we came back, our drinks were already ready. That said, it did taste a bit like a rush order. Drinks: * Coffee: solid and enjoyable--no complaints there. * Matcha: unfortunately mediocre. Dallas isn't exactly a matcha city, and this one confirmed it. Very lip-smacking and not something I'd order again. Vibe: Where this place really shines. Super cute ambiance, great music playing, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. There were plenty of people working behind the counter--even during a slower moment--so it feels like they could easily handle a crowd. Food: Didn't try it this time, but everything looked great and there was a nice variety. Overall, I'd 100% come back, especially to work or relax. I'd just skip the matcha next time and stick to coffee. Fantastic ambiance, good service, and a space that makes you want to stay awhile

That said, once we arrived, it was absolutely packed to the brim. Every table was full, including a private conference room, and the space itself isn't small at all. I imagine it's a bit easier to find seating when the weather is nicer, but today was freezing, which made their six outdoor tables completely unusable. My mom ordered the chocolate croissant and said it was the best she's had at any coffee shop I've taken her to. We had it warmed, and it was incredibly rich and indulgent. The coffee was fine--nothing memorable--but the matcha was to die for. They had about six people working in a very small space, and despite that, service held up well considering how busy it was. The crowd skewed younger, with lots of people posted up working for long stretches. Definitely a long-haul seating kind of place. The vibe was great: louder music, energetic atmosphere, and it somehow all worked. There's also a stuffy (quiet) room available for rent if you need it. Matcha rating: 8/10. Second best matcha I've had in Dallas so far--better than La La Land, but still not topping Tried & True Stellar, which remains my #1. This place has real character--very local, very lived-in. I'd come back 100%, probably earlier in the day to snag better seating, since once people sit down here, they really settle in.

This coffee shop has quietly become my Dallas work-week crush…read more It's conveniently close to the office I'm using while I'm here, but the real draw is the vibe. Beautiful sunshine pours through big windows, there's a lovely park right outside, and the light is so good it feels like the café equivalent of a good hair day. Dallas weather helps, obviously--but this place knows how to use it. The space is lively without being chaotic. Plenty of outdoor seating, lots of indoor seating, and a very reasonable three-hour Wi-Fi window that keeps people working instead of camping. It feels intentional. People come here to stay, not hover in line. Speaking of which--there's never a line. They're clearly well staffed, everyone's efficient, and everyone is genuinely nice. Now, pastries. This is where they shine. A lot of unique options you don't see everywhere, and everything I tried was excellent. The almond croissant? Fantastic. The blueberry cake? A must-get. I went two days in a row (because obviously), and on day one they told me it was their most popular item. Day two, by 11 a.m., it was completely gone and kept selling out as soon as they tried to restock. That alone tells you what you need to know. The matcha is good--made from scratch, which I appreciate. Is it the best matcha I've ever had? No. It's better than Local Johnny's, but not quite on the level of Marin Coffee Roasters or Ralph & Rose. Still very drinkable and enjoyable, especially if you're settling in to work. What really sets this place apart is its personality. It doesn't feel like a cookie-cutter café or "insert minimalist coffee brand here." There's charm. Character. A little whiteboard with a joke about New Year's resolutions that made me smile. Small details, but they matter. Would I come back? Absolutely. I already did--twice. I'd recommend it especially for locals looking for a solid work spot, co-working with a friend, or anyone who wants to be productive without being bothered. If you're visiting Dallas briefly, this might not be a destination café--but if you're here for a bit and want a reliable, pleasant, sunny place to work and snack, this one's a yes.
