Sharetea is located next to the ice rink. Luckily, there's some seating around the ice rink so you're able to enjoy your drink. This company is consistent with the prices, flavors, and consistency. I always get the classic - black milk tea with boba; 50% sweetener; light ice. It never disappoints. If it's busy, the line usually goes by quickly. It seems that everyone gets the order (and correct!). I look forward to visiting Sharetea when I'm walking the mall. My only critic is that I wish the ice cubes were smaller.. like nuggets, but that's a personal preference. read more

Unprofessional and misleading. I got charged a $1.15 service fee I didn't agree to. And for bad service at that, being that I had to place my own order and the employees laughed and joked with themselves the whole time they were making my order. Inevitably, at the end of a Galleria visit, I make a stop at Sharetea before driving home. Loving the fact that the taste of their beautifully brewed teas comes on through in their drinks. The WORST BOBA EXPERIENCE in my life! I was super thirsty and made the unfortunate mistake of buying a Green Matcha Tea with coconut milk + strawberry drink with boba at this place. I should have walked away after seeing the large red & white sign that read: NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES! That was a clue they did not care. I asked for 50% SUGAR and LESS ICE. What I got was a SICKY SWEET drink that made my teeth ache after one sip! No one spoke - just rolled their eyes and looked disdainfully at me. I then pulled out a $5 bill to tip them to PLEASE remake my drink! So they silently did; a gal took over and made it with WATER - TONS of ICE and barely any strawberry this time. It basically tasted like WATERED down Green Matcha. I thanked them and walked off - feeling like a heel - still unsatisfied. After looking at my receipt days later I realize now I paid over $14 for a terribly overpriced drink! Overall, they have many customization options to make your drink just the way you like. Unfortunately, since they are located in a mall, their pricing is a tad more expensive, but not too significant. They also don't participate in the stamp card the Carrollton and Plano locations have, but they do have a B3G1 offer! Will likely return for more drinks when I'm in the mall! read more

This is a really cute place to get bubble tea. They have a huge selection that lets you pick from green teas, black teas, frozen/iced teas (made with ice, like a slushy) and milk teas. They have a lot of great flavors to pick from and toppings that you can add. The staff here is very nice, this was my first time here and the girl at the register was very friendly and welcoming. She explained the menu choices to me and I also like that you can pick how much sugar is put into your drink. They ask you if you would like the regular amount, or less. I picked the regular since I love things to be sweet but I think it's fantastic that they have options for those that like less sugar. I got the mango frozen tea with tapioca balls. It was amazing!!! It's amazing how staff with terrible attitude can really hurt the reputation of a business. I requested no ice in my drink and the worker had an attitude because I brought the drink back for it to be remade. Like you've been handling money and then you go right into making drinks? Unhygienic and she had a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE!! This was on Sunday, May 2 around 2:30 PM. I'm not sure what her name was but she was short, with black glasses, a little heavy, with short black hair. Not nice at all! The last time I was here with my family we purchased five drinks and none of them were sweet enough. Maybe they just forgot to add the sweeteners to them or they just had a bad day. This time I was advised that I would need to pay an additional .75 for BoBa, which I have no problem doing except I've never had to pay extra before. So I requested a refund. I also asked the cashier for her name to ensure that if I didn't receive the refund I would know who to reference. She refused to give me her name and was very condescending. She told me that the manager will know who worked. I explained that as a customer service representative, representing a company, her name should be given. She then told me that they have cameras and can look back to see who worked. As I was leaving she said "have a nice day" with a smirk and condescending tone.
