Love all sharetea locations! This one has prices slightly higher than other ones probably cause rent is so high inside the mall, but quality is consistent. Everyone who works here is very friendly and works very fast. My go-to order is always green milk tea, but i also enjoy their fruit teas for a lighter crave. I would def recommend adjusting the sweetness for those type of drinks! read more

I love Share Tea! The staff is very friendly, courteous and efficient. It makes going to the Galleria that much better!

Very good, but they did put a topping on it I don't know what it is but it was very very sweet. Still a 4 star review for good boba. I love Sharetea so when they had one here I was super exited to get boba. read more

Best bubble tea/milk tea I've found in Dallas, and the first I've found that isn't too sweet! Mine was exactly as I like it, perfect ratio of milk and tea and Pearl's. The girls working there were both super friendly and helpful. read more

I tried here twice, the classic boba tea it's not strong as it need to be. Hope next visit it's better, more tea please.

Awesome tea and friendly staff! Do your tastebuds a f(l)avor and definitely try the mango green tea creama!!

Glad to see another Sharetea in the area. One of the better boba chains around. The prices here are a bit more expensive than the other location though. It's located adjacent to the skating rink in the mall so perhaps you're paying for the mall premium. The boba at Sharetea has a more chewy quality and the teas are generally more rich tasting, which I enjoy and gives it a more authentic quality. read more

Convenient; however, more expensive than the other 2 locations I go to in Carrollton & Plano due to mall pricing.

Best boba in town. Lots of varieties of tea. Fruits tea and milk teas are the best!!!!

One of My fav boba spot. The taro ice blend w pudding and boba is bomb!! My better half likes the Thai tea w creama. Customer service is quick and friendly. read more

I really like this place because they give us the drinks quick and I've never gotten a bad drink or the wrong order. The workers are very nice. I like the aesthetic of the place and the music. read more

I love boba! It's amazing that there's a boba place inside a mall. My go to drinks are wintermelon w lemon juice , grapefruit green tea, or classic pearl milk tea. They have options where you can adjust the ice and sugar level so it's perfect for everyone and anyone. I highly recommend stopping by and checking out this place whenever you happen to be shopping at galleria mall. read more

The staff was friendly and helpful with choices. The boba was delicious and I would not mind returning to this location again.

Nobody was there and it was open. Don't recommend at all, bad service and the cashiers were rude read more

Great service they are really nice and patient! First time here and helped me make sure I got what I'd like.

Tastes exactly like a caramel coffee, but the coffee is very basic. Ordered a caramel coffee milk tea with boba. The staff is very nice, and I even took a few photos at the scenery set up. read more

Milk tea was so delicious! They do samples too so you can try! Their boba is nice and firm as well.

Great tea, smoothie and milk tea options. And sweet employees. Located in the Galleria on the bottom level.

This is the best Sharetea location by far. The workers are so fast and so friendly. I got the honey lemon with NO SUGAR and I feel like a health queen. Nothing can compare to sharetea galleria, I love the friendly staff and tasty drinks. read more

Great tea! Super friendly staff and worth the price! The cashier gave me good advice on the flavor and knocked it out the park. The wait was short. read more

One of the best sharetea in town. I love the customer service to the core. They have one of the best customer service i must say. I visit this place almost everyday as I work at Dallas Galleria. They only not offer mall associate discounts but offer free drink after 10 drinks. Huge variety of drinks but my favorite is qq happy family milk tea- less ice and no sugar. Keep up the good work guys read more

Great tasting tea after a little ice skating. They have big selection og milk teas. Very friendly sevice...

Love it! We got milk tea and fruity teas and it was amazing! Great customer service, and the wheel spin is awesome!

i bought 3 drinks got one free so 4 in total , but tbh the total cost is what I would pay for them all anyways (if that makes sense) . I don't wanna give all bad comments but the drinks were just - very bland and tasted like nothing . I truly was sad because I'm a boba lover but I didn't wanna say anything for obvious reasons. read more

Tried to grab a tea and when I walked in, was told no mask no service. They didn't even offer to provide one. The location is at the ice rink level of the galleria in which you have to traverse half the mall to get there passing stores and people not wearing masks. So it was very confusing on how much sense that makes, especially when people now are vaccinated. They had a now hiring sign up, now I know why they cannot get anyone to hire, no one will go. I know for sure my family and I will never set foot inside a sharetea at any location now. read more

Second time ordering from this store. I didn't know much about what I was choosing from so I was slow ordering and the guy who took my order was super nice and patient but I asked a question and I think he thought I needed to change my order and messed up the ticket on accident no big deal and the other worker yelled at him for messing up which it was no big deal I ordered something that I thought was something else so it was my fault and I asked very politely if she could remake it and that I was sorry and she yanked it off the counter and told me all of the differences from what I ordered to what I wanted and told me that I looked timid and that I need to know better next time very rudely. Never going here again. read more

Amazing service friendly faces! Can't wait to come again, thank y'all so much! Always have a great time when I come here! Will definitely come more read more

Update: Better experience the next time around! Definitely still needs some work but I'm overall thankful for a bubble tea shop in the galleria! I went the first Saturday after they opened and it was fantastic. My second visit today is painfully slow service. And it's not like I've never been to a share tea before; there's another one in carrolton. There's a lot of opportunity for improvement with guest service, cleanliness, and efficiency. read more

Good service and amazing drinks! I love sharetea and especially the Thai tea. Located in the mall by the ice drink so good spot. Looking forward to next time! read more

I love boba and Sharetea has always been my go to place! Very happy to see that a location in Galleria has been opened so I can drink as I shop and it's just as good as other locations! read more

My cousin spin the wheel and got free topping and the ladies didn't give it to him and I got the peach kiwi tea and tasted like rubbing alcohol do not recommend. Also don't ice skate that ice is cold read more

if i could give 0 stars i would. this was my first time at a share tea, on April 9, 2022 around 3:30pm. i was unfamiliar with the menu. a after asking a few questions the person at the register was clearly annoyed. we decided not to order as i had a picky 9 year old with me and we weren't getting any answers. as we walked away the young person putting stickers on cups next to the register made a snide comment because we decide not to order, when i confronted her she started to yell at me because i didn't let the comment pass. clearly this is a young, very immature person, that doesn't have much experience in customer service. we obviously were too un informed on the menu for their time. she was wearing glasses and was wearing several gold chained necklaces, after reading the reviews, it seems that this same employee as continued to be an issue for this location. I hope the management decides to better train their staff in customer service. This store was small, cramped, and dirty. then the staff being SO unhelpful and rude made the experience even worse. don't waste your time at this location. read more

I visited Dallas last weekend and had a chance to stop by at this milktea shop. The shop is very cute and cozy. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They use high quality ingredients for the drinks that are awesome. It's highly reccommended. I'll stop by agai when I visit Dallas, Texas. read more
