I saw the bad reviews but this location is so convenient I thought I'd give it a try anyway, just in case. Well, I got my answer: the bad reviews this place has received are not flukes. It really is that bad. 1. After paying the full price listed on the ticket, but only receiving 4 items (instead of the 5 listed on the ticket) and questioning the discrepancy, the person working said that the 5th item had not been dropped off. Isn't the point of a receipt to have documentation between customer and business on the number of items dropped off? The amount charged for the 5th item was then deducted from the price, but I will never trust leaving any clothing items here again. 2. I had 2 blouses that needed to be cleaned. Both were returned covered with spots. (Yet their story on why the ticket listed an additional dress was that they had returned the dress to me because it had a spot on it that they could not clean. So why did they accept the 2 blouses then?). 3. The pants that were returned had pieces of what looked like twigs on it. I can only imagine that the pants were dropped on the ground and they didn't get all of the pieces of twig off of the pants before returning the "cleaned" pants to me. I didn't think a dry cleaning business could be this bad. I had really thought the bad reviews were random one-off bad experiences, but could not possibly be indicative of a business that could still have customers after more than a few weeks of being open. The person that should be working decided to leave for lunch so they locked up and put a note on the door. I'm not trying to be insensitive. I've had to strike this difficult balance when I was the only one working a small shop too but this store is surrounded by food places. There is literally a place right next door to them. Regardless, I waited nearly thirty minutes staring at a sign that said "open" and a handwritten note on a locked door that gave no indication of when their impromptu break would be over. I usually leave Yelp reviews to rave as opposed to ranting, however the disappointment, disrespect, and unprofessionalism I experienced in this business is intolerable and through the encouragement of fellow Yelper friends, here it goes. They made a lot of sense to remind me that Yelp is an avenue to rate businesses and inform others of business standards within our community. I believe the woman's name is Regina, but she was managing the location in the two times I came - to drop off and pick up. My first problem is the quality of service. Though they pride themselves to be "green earth organic cleaning" they don't seem to have an idea as to how to provide quality dry cleaning and laundry services. Aside from ruining my duvet, the material inside all bunched up to the bottom and is now unusable, they returned it to me without being steamed or pressed, and there were parts of it that was left unclean. The collars of the work polo shirts I brought in were all left wrinkled. One of my jogging pants unraveled. I don't know what products they are using but they damaged my items. Not steaming or ironing or pressing my items is also unacceptable. They should not be providing a service that they cannot deliver. My second issue is with the work ethic of this business. The lady was absolutely condescending and disrespectful. She did not apologize for the damage done to my items and she lied to me with a straight face saying she never promised she could dry clean my duvet. And when I had asked about the creases on the shirt collars, she wanted to charge me an extra $10 for steaming. Preposterous if you ask me. I'd like to think that people are not spiteful or vengeful but this lady made fun of my pants as I was walking out of her business. I really don't like to think ill of people, I'm hoping she didn't know any better, however she either tried to defend all of her mistakes or ignore my issues with the service they provided. The combination of poor quality services and the immature attitude is very unbecoming. Especially because they are a new business, they should be building a strong customer base and solid relationship with the community. I would stay away from this place if you'd like to protect your items and yourself from having an awful encounter with a sleazy owner. Do not trust their signs. They say "same day service." But since Covid-19, they no longer offer that service. They told me I could get next day service is I paid more than double (paying $5.00 a shirt instead of $1.99). I understand that the pandemic is hurting everyone. But is has been more than a year. The least they could do is put up a written sign on the door that says that same day service is no longer available. Beyond that, this is the third time I've tried going to this cleaner. It is the second time I walked away without leaving anything because of poor customer service and very high prices. It is a shame because the store is so convenient, but I will never bother to go there again. read more

Been here several times since it's next to the metro, but seems like they recently hiked the prices to the point that I'm re-considering my business here. Also, they usually ask for a 2-3 day turnaround even if you drop off early in the morning. I never understood why, but seeing someone else's review that everything is sent off-site it now all makes sense. The service is hit or miss depending on who is working the counter. When dropping off my uniforms I pulled out the shirts and trousers and showed the employee where and how I wanted the crease to be. There were no questions asked at the time and they assured me there would be no issue. Being in the military I've been dropping off uniforms at cleaners for 12 years. The shirts were ironed incorrectly, had double creases, and trousers were wrinkled at the hem. I was met with excuses not solutions. They finally offered to have it fixed the next day but at this point I would rather try another dry cleaners with more attention to detail and professionalism. read more

They don't clean anything here it's all sent out to another location, so it seems your paying a 3rd party price and it takes that much longer to get your stuff back. I agree with the last review, I also had a bad experience with this cleaner and they are terrible when it comes to customer service and for their quality of work. When I tried to explain it to the woman who works there named Regina that I was only wanting to have my pants cleaned she laughed about how the bottoms of the trousers looked and tried to get me to agree to get both pairs of my pants hemmed for an extra $10 each and I had to tell her more than once that I was not interested and no thanks. Her attitude during my whole experience was condescending and disrespectful and when I attempted to explain to her that I needed to iron some of my clothes out myself because they were still wrinkled, she tried to excuse herself by saying I should have requested steam cleaning or brought it back to have it ironed again. If you are looking for a place that prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction I strongly recommend going to one of the other three or four cleaners in the area. I told her I would definitely will not be returning despite how close they are. It's troubling that business owners think they can operate this way.
