November 2025 Ordered through the drive through. Waited 14 minutes to get to window once there I handed the employee a $50 bill . She refused to accept US currency! I asked to speak to the manager OR someone in charge She stated there's NO ONE in charge! Maple Dounts is right down the road . I went there instead they have fresher dounts, the will take U S currency and give you one more extra donut if you purchase a dozen. ( ITS FREE ) . Plus very friendly employees! When the worker behind the counter verifies your order to make sure you get what you want instead of making a mistake, that's customer service! (Hot or cold brew is an important difference when ordering!) Coffees were as ordered and breakfast sandwiches came out quick and were exactly what you expect when "Dunkin.'" Tasty avocado toast and a delicious egg and cheese croissant. We went inside because the drive-thru line was packed at 7:15 am. The staff here is always so lovely and sweet! Today was no exception, but the male manager was a total jerk. I was talking with one of the employees at the drive thru window about something related to my order, and he interrupted us and told her to do something else! She tried to explain that I had asked a question but he dismissed her and didn't even acknowledge that I had been talking to her. I used to work at Dunkin so I understand drive thru times and all that, but he was straight up rude! And then the other employees did not know what was going on so they got frazzled and confused. Britt and Jess are the best! There are two other Dunkins within five minutes of our house, and we always choose to come to this location because of them! They are both so friendly and always keep the drive thru running smoothly. My kids (my daughter especially) love coming to Dunkin to see them and say hi everyday. They are just wonderful! read more

While in your store. I was called a weirdo for asking that the employee taking orders maintain social distancing which is a health department state directive. No gloves on any employee. How sickening. When I asked the manager about it he ignored me allowed the employee to continue what she was doing and let her touch her two face piercings while handling food. I have contacted the state health department. I'm not going to support a company who can not be concerned with my health. I threw the donuts away. If they can't serve food safely they can't make it safely. This is my last visit. read more

I'll keep it short and sweet. I thought I felt something in my mouth while drinking my coffee, I dumped it out to find this ball of hair in the bottom of my cup. It wasn't just one or two little pieces, it was a whole clump. Not sure how it got in there, or how it was missed while making it. I haven't been back there since. read more

I like Dunkin Donuts, but the best thing about this location is there is a Baskin Robbins in the same store. Dunkin coffee is one of my favorites, as far as fast food coffee goes. The donuts are nothing to write home about, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with them. The ice cream is standard Baskin Robbins, which I do happen to like. The customer service is generally fast, although the drive thru can get backed up in the morning. read more

This location is an all around disappointment. I have had horrible customer experiences inside this location but figured the drive thru could not be worse. And man I was wrong. I was told if I wanted a sausage egg and cheese instead of bacon that I would be charged five dollars extra??? That's a new one. When I questioned the lady about this she just twisted my words and I just ended up not getting what I wanted. The staff are super rude and unfriendly and even had the nerve to mutter something to any other employee and laugh amongst one another, claiming I was an a**h*** for whatever reason, probably because of my breakfast sandwiches. I used to love coming here for my morning coffee. The two women in the morning, (one is Indian the other an older white female) are incredibly rude and condescending. This was a stop I always made while driving from NY to MD, or back, but that'll change now. I bought a reusable mug from here, and have had it filled for a refill price at every other location I've visited, but not here (where I bought it in the first place!). Also, when I last stopped here, the server had me wash out my mug in the bathroom sink after scolding me. I'd only filled it that morning for my drive down (so it wasn't full of curdled milk or anything) and was unable to rinse it out beforehand since I don't have a sink in my car. I was taken aback because, as a former barista, I never had a problem rinsing out a customer's mug. I think it was expected of me. I'll head to Maple Donuts from now on, which is right across the street, and has far friendlier employees. read more

They got our order wrong, charged us for it, then complained about their mistake, blaming it on us. One employee had to tell another to "calm down," so I guess she could not handle the fact that she made a mistake. Another visit, no employees were behind the counter. We avoid using this Dunkin even though it's the closest to us. Never good service and always if not rude curt at best. We make the extra drive through the traffic and congestion to Mt. Rose. Don't use this Dunkin Donuts. They are rude and don't care about the customer. I brought in a refillable dunkin mug which should have been .99 because if the special printed right in the cup itself. No where in the store did it say they can't honor that. She didnt tell me before she tom my cup or even while filling it that she couldn't do it. She gave me an attitude when she opened my cup because I had rinsed it out with water before hand. I have been to dunkins in 3 different states and they have given the special to me. She brought back my coffee and then told me it was $3.17 for it! What?!?! This cup probably is not even a medium size, and I paid way too much for it. Plus she put way too much flavoring in it, didn't mix it, and it was way too sweet. She was rude, unkind, and obviously did not care about customer service. If she would have told me before filling my cup that she couldn't honor it and was not rude to me this would be totally different situation. read more

If it were possible to give zero stars I definitely would give zero. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever visited... it states here it is usually not busy.... It's no wonder. I visited this place on Tuesday night at 9 pm... the woman who took my order read it back to me and when i pulled up to the window she was making something i had not ordered and asked me about things i wanted in it. when i pointed out to her that i had NOT ordered what she was working on she proceeded to dump it and throw the cup across the room to the trash can with such an attitude i was almost afraid to drink what she eventually gave me for fear she had done something to it. I didn't even wait for my receipt. This woman was the MOST disgraceful acting person i have ever seen in a food chain. They're RUDE! I've been a regular customer since this store has opened. I've spent a lot of money here & they continue to act as if I owe THEM something. I get attitudes when I want to use coupons as if I'm taking money out of their pocket. I've also taken notice their prices are higher than other local locations, since I've changed the location that I now use. I actually go out of my way in the opposite direction I need to go to get my coffee to the newest Dunkin on Market Street. Everyone there has always been kind, my order is always correct & they don't try to argue with me about how I order and/or pay for my coffee. My ONLY complaint about the Market street location are their hours of operation. They close too early which forces me to go home & brew my own coffee (which I don't mind doing) because I refuse to give the Queen St. location my business anymore, as well as the Mt. Rose Location & Red Lion, as I know the same person owns all three of those. read more
