I visited two different Coffee Co. locations on back-to-back days--Lancaster and New Holland. On my first visit, I had a griddled muffin and hashbrowns, which were both decent. The next day, I tried the steel-cut oatmeal, and it was the best I've ever had. I'm a big fan of baked oatmeal and granola parfaits, but the flavor of this oatmeal and granola was a home run. Terrible service, long wait times just for coffee. Paid 20 bucks for two large 20oz coffees 3/28/2026 9:00am didn't get our drinks till 30 minutes later.... They felt very light. Opened up the coffee cup to see it's barely half full. I went back and explained we asked for a large, she looked at me confused and asked the barista about it and he said "well I can fill it with milk." I almost just left my coffee with them, I will not ever be going back to this place. Awful experience every time. This is a flavored milk shop not a coffee shop. Placed an order for pickup - the food was perfect and hot, and each coffee order was correct. The inside area was crowded, but pickup was still quick and easy. After my morning workout today, I was in the mood for an espresso. I stumbled upon Coffee Co and was beyond pleasantly surprised !! Not only was this a very, very nice coffee shop, but it was also a restaurant as well. I sat down at the counter and was greeted with smiles. Natalie was my server and she was really really nice. As a matter of fact, every single employee in there had a smile on their face and we're also extremely pleasant. Since they had a very nice food menu, I decided to order a bacon and egg toasted bagel. It was phenomenal. They were able to do the egg whites also. After that, I had my double espresso, which was very very tasty. I highly recommend this establishment. One of the hidden gems in Lancaster! On a recent visit to Lancaster, found Coffee Co very close to our hotel. What a great spot! My husband and I each had a large cappuccino (and they are quite large at 20 oz!) and they were perfect. Today I experienced what my Brother said he experienced before he walked out a couple of years ago and never went back. I was waiting at the Please Wait to be Seated Sign with my Service Dog for at least 10min while there were likely 8 open tables and 4 employees standing around having a conversation. After receiving my large Americano in a paper cup with lid, I noticed everyone else around me receiving their coffee in a nice ceramic mug. Lastly, the Americano was nothing to write home about, unlike the good one I had about a year ago. Needless to say, based on today's experience, I will not be giving them my business again. read more

What a great breakfast place in Lancaster! We stopped in over the weekend and had a lovely experience for our first time. It seems there are a few Coffee & Co's in the area but we had never been to one. There is something for everyone whether you are popping in for something to go or sitting down for a breakfast or lunch meal. Wonderful coffee- I got a specialty one- mocha latte mixed with Irish cream- perfection no need for anything added.... Now that's a good latte! Dare I say they have Starbucks way beat- well I will! If this was in CT I would be going here instead....... Hint hint. We opted to sit down and eat versus grab and go. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Kids had the pancakes which even for the child's size was quite large! Two of us got their southwest breakfast special which had a corn chorizo hash, avocado, and sunny side eggs- so good but it definitely was filling! Awesome breakfast spot and this is coming from someone who is not a big "breakfast person" so if I give it 5 stars it says a lot! read more

Coffee Company Lititz Pike used to be a favorite of ours. Since its sale, it is a shadow of the former restaurant. Today was the worst visit ever. We sat at the counter and were ignored for 10 minutes. A couple of the staff did have the time, however, to visit their cellphones. My sandwich, which I ordered toasted, was served on untoasted dry bread. No mayo, mustard or even butter. Nothing. The coffee was lukewarm. And for 2 dry sandwiches and 2 coffees we had the privilege of paying $35. No kidding. Never again. read more

It was very busy, first time here and I honestly wasn't expecting much. We just needed a breakfast spot. I was very impressed with the food options. It was mothers day so that adds to the busyness. Online, I was told my wait was 30 minutes. Good local coffee and cafe spot. Very popular. Coffees and teas are delicious. I tried their food for the first time and it was my fault for not getting breakfast. I wasn't very impressed but the soup and sandwich. The chili needed more beans and seemed a little flavorless. I also wish they served the bowl with a piece of bread since they have fresh baked goods. Usually it's packed in there and not a lot of seating. We went around 4:30pm which was a good time. The mornings are usually crazy. I'll go back for breakfast sometime which I'm sure will turn this into a 5 Star review Edit: revisited and I update my rating to 4 star! I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at your restaurant on 8/17/24 unfortunately, the service fell far below my expectations, and I felt it necessary to bring it to your attention. From the moment we arrived, the attitude of the staff was not welcoming. The host seemed disinterested and was not accommodating at all. The servers were all inattentive, and ignored us completely. Additionally, as we set at the counter area unattended to, there were two staff members just standing with their backs towards us & chitchatting while we watched and waited for service. We even asked who our server was, and a female server responded, " I don't know who your server is!" as though we were bothering and annoying her. We were appalled by her response and shocked by her tone. Body language & attitude makes a world of a difference on a customers experience and this experience right here is completely unacceptable. I believe that a key part of any dining experience is the service, and the attitudes of your staff and this experience has left a negative impression on my family and I to the point of never wanting to return. For your staff to behave in this manner so comfortably, perhaps the areas of improvement should begin with management 1st because action reflects leadership. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because I believe your restaurant has the potential to offer a much better experience if the staff is more attentive, polite, and professional. My wife and I went there for breakfast today. They had a menu change that really left us dissatisfied. They took the cream beef off of the menu, which is what my wife always gets. They also removed the three meat omlett that I have always thoroughly enjoyed. Instead my wife just got sausage, toast, and hash Browns. The toast was burnt, and the hash Browns were greasy. I got the western omlett. It wasn't even close to how it used to be. Also, it no longer includes potatoes, and only comes with one piece of toast? We won't be returning. It's too bad, this was one of my favorite breakfast spots. read more

The food and coffee were just ok but don't order cold food (like the parfait) especially when dining in. It was served to us warm. We did mention it to two workers and they did acknowledge they had a small area where food is placed before bringing to the table. This small area was for both hot and cold food and had a heating lamp. I don't know how long the parfait was under the head lamps but I don't think it good idea for food safety. read more

I got to the counter and decided maybe a table would be better. So I asked the waitress if I could sit at one of the four empty tables behind me? With a huff she said yes, then proceeded to scold me like a child on how I should've waited for the hostess who wasn't even there. I said ok and she proceeded to tell me again. She dropped a menu and went to get my water. I quickly decided I could not deal with her attitude especially if she was my server. I just left to avoid the attitude and the anxiety I was feeling. This is a tiny restaurant that squeezes in plenty of tables which impacts privacy in conversation. The door opens often and lets cold air in; I had to put my jacket back on while I ate. I love to find local small businesses to support so I always looks for a non chain place to get an iced latte. I've been 2 times to coffee co, the first time it was pretty crowded and I thought I saw the barista make my drink without any espresso but they were busy, so maybe it wasn't my drink. It didn't taste right but different beans yield different flavors. I went back again to watch the process more closely. (Only local cafe in the area I know about bc i am new to the area). Sure enough they did not use espresso and filled the cup 3/4 of the way with coffee. When I asked what was in my drink, the barista said our ice coffee. I responded with "but lattes are made with espresso". His answer was that they found that most people prefer the taste of their iced coffee. Having barista training, internally I was screaming "people expect to get what the menu says, what they paid for and how lattes are prepared, with espresso" but I'm not one to make a scene bc their staff is doing what they've been trained to do by mgmt. I paid $2 more for a drink that only exists on their menu when I could've just bought an iced coffee. If you want an iced latte from this place, make sure you specify that you want it made with espresso. **My review is based solely upon a latte not their food as I've never eaten here. I've been frequenting the Coffee Co for many years. Staff changes and business growth have not affected the service or quality of food. Quaint find in a strip center. You can always find fresh homemade soups, healthy meal options and appropriately proportioned serving sizes. Staff is consistently pleasant and prompt. Good quality coffee and espresso drinks too. Overall highly recommended. It does get full, so don't be surprised if you need to wait to a table! read more

I've been going to the coffee company for years and always enjoyed their coffee drinks- good coffee, pricing on par with other places in the area, and comes in a huge mug if you eat-in. However, most recently when I visited I ate in for lunch and was disappointed in my experience. The prices have gone up significantly, and I am certainly sensitive to the fact that inflation is affecting restaurants, but I got the sandwich and cup of soup combo for about $11, in which I was given the smallest half sandwich I have ever seen. It was a half slice of regular sandwich bread, and didn't even have a whole slice of bacon on it. I left feeling hungry and ripped off after spending about $20 for a latte, the aforementioned lunch and tip. I'll return to grab a coffee from time to time because I've always enjoyed their drinks, but I won't be sitting down to eat again. read more

Hey I appreciate your response, however let me explain, I don't believe you understand nor know the facts. the issue was not that the " the order" wasn't handled properly, picture this, I put the order in because Im totally unaware that I can't order breakfast after 11:30, the order is accepted i get confirmation , online app says nothing concerning that, so I get there to pickup my order i see the receipt and I read it, I think O Okay still I have no issues, i know now , I won't order breakfast after 11:30am got it!.. I don't have a problem with that, what made me feel this way was that it didn't end there, had it ended there with the note I would have ordered lunch today. What follows is what was absolutely unacceptable, she says hey we will not do that again, I am shocked first , i try to speak That I was unaware, she then says your Ruth right? I start to say yes but, she cuts me off and says yeah its you ,you've done before as if I had committed crime, in-front of everyone there, she was speaking to me or scolding me as if i were her child and had done something wrong.. How is that my fault?? My Crime i ordered online? tone and words were alllll wrong, and I say nothing... I walk out,leave i have a panic attack, like what just happened here.. Your manager never spoke to me , my sister was so upset she called and spoke to Dawn I believe for 2 min and said yea sorry we could have handled it better. I was a loyal customer up until today. I would order from this place nearly every day until I noticed that they cook without gloves. I come to realize this after they made it an issue for me to simply switch my rye toast to white toast. I was already turned off by the customer service, and when I had saw that they were handling food & touching everything possible in the kitchen without proper sanitation I told them to just cancel the order. Food is pretty good but as far as proper customer service & sanitation I rate 1 star. read more

I really enjoy this little spot. It has good parking and good coffee. I had a delicious iced coffee (not pictured). There are tons of flavorings to add to your coffees. A friend and I split the PB cup brownie. Get it warmed up- so good! It's very rich. My only issue with Coffee Co is the service. No matter when I'm visiting or how busy it seems they always appear to be short staffed. The employees are all busy and doing things, helping guests, etc but the level of service is mediocre. I'd prefer if it wasn't table service at all! Let me order at the counter and get a number. read more
