This place is managed poorly and un staffed. I order on the app in advance to save time and everytime I'm waiting for longer than 20 mins since I placed the order. Today I waited for my drink for 15 mins only to find out that they put the wrong sticker name on the drink so I was just standing there waiting for no reason And I found out from the customer who took my drink not the staff. The staff is unhelpful. I also paid for a donut I never got. I'm late to work everyday because of this place so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Do better. read more

I normally do not like to post bad reviews because I would rather share positive experiences but if I can save someone some time, please avoid this location. I do not frequent this location because every time I have come here, whether I go through the drive thru or go inside, it takes FOREVER. Today, I decided to give it one more chance. I ordered ahead on the mobile app, pulled in at 8:03am (yes I know this is a busy time of the day), there were about 10 cars ahead of me and 2-3 cars in the parking lot. I did not pull out of their parking lot until 8:29am....now I understand that everyone is short staffed right now which is why this isn't a one star review but they had about 6-7 people working. I could have gone to a sit down diner and been served in that amount of time. Absolutely unacceptable. If you can, do not waste your time at this location. read more

This is my first visit to the Webster location. I use the drive thru. The line moves very quickly. Looking inside it appears to be.clean and the staff was very friendly. They also got my order correct and it was ready as soon as I drove up. The cashier greeted me with a cheerful smile and I was on my way with my coffee and donuts. read more

Always greeted with a smile. Fast, prompt service. I've been to this locations dozens a times with no issues whatsoever. Coffee is always made perfectly, drive thru is efficient (however, customers can be pokey/slow/indecisive). Sometimes, as every fast food place, people lack knowledge on how to order promptly/properly. This location is clean inside as well. Well maintained and modern. After waiting I kid you not 30 minutes for a cold brew coffee and a doughnut, my coffee arrives and it is the color of milk maybe a little tan. When I asked to have more coffee put in He brings it back and I kid you not again it is the same color, I ask again and again he brings it back. and I think it's got more milk in it this time. This is after a half hour wait for a stinkin coffee. I love Dunkin' Donuts but this location needs to get more help and more efficient staff members. Good God I am frustrated!!! I agree with Nicole, I come here very frequently (too often) and order the same thing every morning. It seems to throw their while system out of whack when you order something lunch related at 6:30am. Not impressed by either of the managers I have seen in the morning. Not enough people working the morning shift. One person taking orders at the counter and trying to make coffee for people. Long line 10 people deep and orders are quickly made but then you stand there for 10 minutes waiting for a coffee. Took 15 minutes to get in and out of there. Won't be back until they have more staff. read more

I wish I could give it zero stars if I could. To start off I went there yesterday and I went at 5pm. There was barley any selection of donuts. I went there tonight and called to save some donuts. Good thing I did. When I go there it took me 10 minuets to get through the door because there was a Christmas party going on tand children were blocking the door way and no parent did anything till my dad yelled. When I got to The he counter I was planning to get a dozen donuts, I called to save as many Boston crime donuts they had. Which was 6. So I was planning on getting another 6, there were only a couple of muffins and some donut holes left to chose from. i just got home from the drive through with my "medium" latte. I had only taken a couple of sips when I took the lid off and discovered the cup was only half full (I know the foam takes up room but not that much!). I come here almost every morning. They used to have female manager who knew my order by heart. She hasn't been there in quite some time. The new manager, gets my order mixed up at times and I could hear him complain about how I didn't order it correctly and he wasn't to blame. I come here every day for the past 2 years - my order hasn't changed. That left a sour taste in my mouth. But what can you expect from fast food. read more

Dunkin Donuts on 250 in Webster. On special occasions I like to stop and pickup donuts on the way to work, usually 6 dozen. The last time I was there they mentioned to me that if I called ahead they could be ready when I got there. So today, I called when leaving the house, and told them I would be there in 15 minutes, and the reply was "I am sorry but we can't do that unless you call a day in advance". Really? If two people walked in and asked for 3 dozen, they couldn't accommodate them? Or if 6 people asking for a dozen stopped in, they couldn't accommodate them? Since they don't seem to want large orders, I will accommodate them in the future by NOT giving it to them. read more

I frequent this dunkin location about 5 times a week. The staff that works during the week is phenomenal. Everyone is quick and efficient and the coffee is always good, I've never once had to ask for them to remake my coffee like some of the other locations in Rochester. Definitely my favorite dunkin spot! read more

I wish I didn't like their coffee so much or I wouldn't go any more. Here's my order....large iced hazelnut coffee with cream and 4 Splenda....can you make sure it's the unsweetened hazelnut flavor? It's pretty sad when this gets messed up 3 times within 6 days. The swirl flavor makes everything confusing so I make it a point to say "unsweetened" when I order it. Yesterday I even verified it with the cashier in the drive-thru only to get the swirl flavor instead. My receipt said swirl so it was obviously the employee who takes the order. I've been contacted by the district manager in the past because I rated them poorly. While I appreciated the coupons all I really want is what I order.
