This is nice little place to hang out with family. There are two different parking areas. We parked at the main store. There is parking near the orchard. The apple rows that allow picking were clearly marked. The mill offers wagon rides, straw bail swings, and plenty of yard games. Inside the shop there is a tasting room and a viewing area. The fried cakes are delicious. All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful.

Love this farm country store and gift shop. Mainly apples and cider. Good donuts..unfortunately not as good as years ago. However still worth the trip. Staff is friendly and service efficient. Think cracker barrel meets a real farm but no restaurant.

Schutt's Apple Mill and Country Store has been a part of the local community since around 100 years. It first opened its doors in 1918 by Paul "Great Grandpa" Schutt. Located in beautiful Western New York a few minutes outside of Rochester, Our family run farm is in the heart of Webster. The store offers many varieties of apples, cider, tasting room, gifts, homemade bread, donuts and pies and much more. There is a hayride for all. Service is friendly.

A regular stop and fall tradition for our family. A festive, fall environment with samples of cider, a huge selection of apples, baked goods, gift items and delicious fry cakes! Watch out for the bees on warmer days but otherwise a great family experience.

Really cool little place. They have apples that you can pick across the street, or a huge variety of apples in the store that you can pick and choose from. The store also has baked goods, apple frost (think apple soft serve ice cream) in the summer, and tons of cool nicknacks. A lot to look at. They also have a cidery in the back with some hard cider of their own, as well as cider from other local cideries. Definitely worth a stop!

I've never been here before! There were lots of things to see, and purchase! They have a hard cider bar! An ice cream bar! AND fry cakes!! GLAZED ones!

I ordered beer and they brought a lot.

20% was immediately included in the bill, which I didn't really like. They suggested leaving a tip. I think this is too much. I think I should choose for myself. How much tip should I leave.

A little farmer market style with plenty of snacks, apple, bakery items and souvenir etc to offer. Staffs are friendly. I love that they smell spices and tea in small bag and price is reasonable. Bakery items are a bit overpriced. I picked 3 different apples, some spices and tea to try out. Will be back for some more snack and apple

The strawberry / rhubarb cider is so refreshing and the fried cake is great! The cider donuts are pretty good! I go all over the northeast looking for the best AC donuts! These did not disappoint. My dad ordered a peach pie from here to pick up in a couple days. Looking forward to that. The apples are outstanding and the candy and spices are great! So is the tea (loose leaf and bag)! I will go back again if I'm ever in the area. I'm also going to get some cider when I pick up the pie.

I'd been here before, but it had been a really long time. I decided to stop here and check it out…read more I was surprised how busy it was! Lots of cars going in and out, and they have a pretty large lot, and most of the spaces were full. I really wasn't looking for anything in particular, and I was surprised to see they had Yankee candles and a selection of sauces. It is kind of like a market/gift shop. I had walked around and was about ready to leave when I saw homemade fudge! There aren't many places around here that have fudge, and they also had samples, and it was very good! It was fairly pricey, but I got the cookies and cream and chocolate peanut butter. I had sampled the mint chocolate, which was really good. The cookies and cream could have been creamier, but it was still good. While I was outside the front of the store, I noticed a pallet of bagged cow manure for sale. I assume this is probably a regular gardening/farming material (mowing the lawn is about the extent of my yardwork skills), but I found it pretty off putting that there was a pallet of it right outside when they sell so much food. Since they're a market, couldn't they maybe keep it out back and get some when someone requests it or something? I don't know, but it was gross enough to me that I don't think I'll be back.

The CSA features produce from local farms, many are organic too. They break it out in seasons and now offering year-round options. For the spring share, I paid in full to reserve a weekly share with pick up at Three Heads Brewing - $64 for 4 weeks ($16 per week). They have several other pick up locations, days, times, and even delivery. I opted for the small share, which is good for 1-2 people for a week. So far I've enjoyed making recipes with a few ingredients I've never worked with before like green garlic, rhubarb, beets, etc. That's the most enjoyable part for me - the challenge of cooking with something new and going outside my comfort zone in the kitchen with new veggies and getting creative. In their weekly emails, they'll break down what types of veggies you'll be getting that week as well as recipes they've compiled on Pinterest, which is handy! In addition to the veggie shares, they have several other options you can add one, including eggs, meats (chicken, beef, pork, duck), fruits, veggie burgers, bread, yogurt, and coffee (they partner with Fuego and Joe Bean). I haven't opted in for any of these yet, but am intrigued and may consider it down the road to try more local meats, eggs, etc.

I am really excited about the fall selection. Our first fall delivery had a great variety of (mostly) vegetables and some fruit. Everything was so fresh, and the portions were perfect. The price is well worth what you get. They have a number of pick up locations that service the Rochester area, and a variety of private and open-to-public pre-box drop off sites. I think it's a great opportunity to really support local growers, and I'm excited that the food is coming to me for the next few weeks.

It is beyond obvious the amount of time he has spent (and spends) cooking to make his already delicious food even more so using only traditional ingredients from Belgium. I also greatly appreciate all of the attention to detail; especially the quality of the fruit even when it's not in season. Thank you. Furthermore, I love that it's a house. It's quaint and brilliant to start small when starting a new venture. All of the staff was kind and gracious. Thank you again. On a separate note...I am utterly disgusted by the amount of negativity and ugliness in some of these reviews. Yes, we are are all entitled to our opinions. However, when you walk through someone else's front door you are entering the heart and soul of them. It is just sad that some have nothing else to do with their time than to just be negative. I, for one cannot fathom how brave and challenging it is to own a restaurant. I wish that some of the gloomy pessimistic unfavorable weak internet bullies would give it a try.
