This Dunkin' is almost embarrassingly bad. Like the kind of bad where it almost makes you chuckle with how predictably bad it is every single time. Without a doubt, there's always something in my order they don't have so I have to substitute it. Or I mobile order and it's so obvious they didn't start making my drink until I get there. Like, come on, what is the point of mobile order?? 2 stars because the drinks and food are solid for what you'd expect at Dunkin' when I do finally get them. There's a few seats in here too but it's not really the place to stay a while and get comfy. Do not come here. Managers are soulless, putting their overworked workers safety on the back burner to cover themselves. During an incident with drugs being smoked in the restroom which was presumed to be fentanyl at first, because staff was having OD symptoms from the smell, managers response was to NOT call the cops and to just go in there and check. It bothers me that a company will only provide an item if you are a rewards member. I already have a member's loyalty card, but unless one has the app on a smartphone and orders ahead of time, the customer will not be served certain limited-time beverages such as those in March. I think this is an unethical practice as not everyone has a smartphone, and not everyone wants to be tracked electronically or have numerous apps on their phones. The staff was quite rude. We asked for easy ice in our drinks, but they filled the cups completely with ice. When we politely asked at the window if they could remake them with less ice, they gave us drinks that were barely half full. We went inside to address the issue, and they still seemed upset. Normally, I prefer Dunkin' Donuts over McDonald's in my area, any day... But today they really screwed up our order. We ordered two sourdough bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, two sweet pepper bacon croissants, Two donuts, snackin' bacon, and hash browns. We were so looking forward to bringing home food for the family. But we got the two sweet pepper bacon croissant, donuts, snackin' bacon, hashbrowns, and one sourdough sandwich. The hashbrowns are the mushiest I have ever had from Dunkin' Donuts. They were greasy and all smashed and torn apart inside the bag. One of my family members didn't get to eat because they didn't give us our complete order and we didn't notice it until we got home. I guess that wholesale prices are going so high for the food industry Because the bacon on the sandwiches was so thin you could see through it. I hope this is a one time occasion for Dunkin' Donuts and that they can fix the problem. Because truthfully I would rather go to Dunkin donuts then the local McDonald's. This place has really bad customer service. The people are really rude. Also, they get your order wrong. Today 05/07/2020 I ordered two multigrain bagel breakfast sandwich, English muffin and a beyond breakfast sandwich. Asked them to not add cheese to all of them. Once I got home there was no egg on all of those items. We just asked for no cheese not no eggs. Called the place to let them know because it's ridiculous how they keep doing this kind of thing. They have done that multiple times to me. They did offer me a coupon or to go back but why do I need to let them know when they messed up when they have done it multiple times. When they gave me the banana split it had nuts on it, I gave it back and said I can't take this because my wife has a nut allergy can I get one with the nuts on the side. I got the banana split they gave me the nuts on the side I went home my wife and I started sharing the banana split and she got a mouth full of nuts. It was the same banana split they served me they just scraped off the whip cream and put new whip cream on top. I had to call 911 for my wife and use her EpiPen. Not the best location! Always a long line at the drive thru. I decided to place an order via the app & pick-up inside. Huge mistake!! I order two drinks and only one was on the counter. I walked over to the register (no one was in line) I was told someone would be with me in a moment. 5-7 minutes later, I was told that freeze coffee cold not be made today. They offered me other options. That was fine. My main issue is having to wait when I was the only customer standing in front of the register & the attitude of the employee waiting on me. The worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I waited in the drive through for almost an hour last time with a baby in the car and couldn't leave since there were cars behind me as well. Decided to give them another try today and walked inside the store. Still waited 10+ minutes for her to make a milkshake and I was the only customer? When I ordered a cookies and crème milkshake she said "I think we still have some." and made a milkshake that was 90% milk and 10% cookies and crème. The little girl with long brown hair and pretty green eyes needs to not only stay in school but she needs to probably find another job that doesn't require much from her. Ordered plain donuts to go. When I got home they tasted like they were cooked in old oil or oil that was turning rancid. Could not eat them and threw them out for fear I would get sick by eating them. Contacted the owner, who turns out is actually some financial group back East. So they have no real interest in every day operations of this business over 2,000 miles away. Person who contacted me promised to send me a coupon for 20% off my next purchase. NEVER got it!! Also found out the donuts are trucked in from somewhere else. I thought they would have been cooked locally at this store. I thought wrong. My son and I were celebrating tonight. He asked for Baskin Robbins. We ordered a Sunday and a milk shake. The Sunday had so much hot fudge on the package it was everywhere. The milk shake took so long to get after the Sunday the Sunday was melting. They over blended the milk shake to where it was really runny with no thickness at all. This Dunkin' Donuts is the absolute worst. The ONLY reason that I ever come here is because quick breakfast choices are almost nonexistent in Sahuarita. They cannot get an order right to save their lives. And the worst part is that it's so simple to get it right too. It's coffee and donuts, it's not very difficult. I don't place complicated orders either. To give you an idea, in my 8+ months of going here off and on: I've been given cream cheese that expired months prior. I've been given countless incorrect orders, including an incident where I was given over a dozen orders of hash browns instead of three. On my last order, I was given my sandwich on a plain bagel instead of an everything bagel, and my cappuccino was sweetened with either sugar or caramel when I didn't ask for it, and they didn't ask me either! Who puts flavoring in a cappuccino by default?! They constantly run out of things. Just the other day I asked to order an Everything bagel; they were out. I asked to order some glazed Munchkins; they only had chocolate and jelly. I asked to order a chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles; they only had them without sprinkles. So I was left with an order that consisted of my second and third choices. This place is an absolute mess, I just wish there were more places to get breakfast in Sahuarita. read more
