This Dunkin' is almost embarrassingly bad. Like the kind of bad where it almost makes you chuckle with how predictably bad it is every single time. Without a doubt, there's always something in my order they don't have so I have to substitute it. Or I mobile order and it's so obvious they didn't start making my drink until I get there. Like, come on, what is the point of mobile order?? 2 stars because the drinks and food are solid for what you'd expect at Dunkin' when I do finally get them. There's a few seats in here too but it's not really the place to stay a while and get comfy. Unfortunately, it is the only good coffee spot on the way to the freeway when I'm staying in Sahuarita so I'm sure I'll be back. read more

I'm beyond disappointed with the service that I received from this Dunkin' Donuts on a constant basis. This picture shows the incompetences... no one there can count or read. Clearly on the receipt it says six assorted munchkins well not 6 but 5 and all chocolate.. no one informed me that there was only chocolate. So I would assume that this is just careless, not caring what the customer ordered. This isn't my first time having a bad experience. This is just my first time that I'm truly fed up with going to this Dunkin' Donuts and would love to leave a review. Anytime that I have gone inside to have my order corrected. I have been made to feel like an inconvenience because they are busy. This Dunkin is TRASH a waste of money you're better off drinking toilet water with cream and don't having your heart set on what you order cause the bag is always a mystery.. so if you like horrible coffee, that never tastes the same... if you like ordering and not receiving the correct order and made to feel bad about it by the employees this is your place to come.. DUNKIN I HOPE YOU SEE THIS AND FIX THE ONLY "FAST" COFFEE SPOT IN SAHUARITA! read more

Waited 20 minutes for a sandwich and then forgot about my order in drive through. Asked for hot sauce. Never came back to give me any.

The manager, Christina personally made my order right after staff made me feel guilty for trying to get my order correct. Cheers to Christina and her efforts to turn things around. The efforts are noticeable! read more

They honestly should just shut this dump down. They can not get an order right, ever! They are always out of 80% of the menu. Don't even get me started on the employees. This place is a disgrace. read more

It bothers me that a company will only provide an item if you are a rewards member. I already have a member's loyalty card, but unless one has the app on a smartphone and orders ahead of time, the customer will not be served certain limited-time beverages such as those in March. I think this is an unethical practice as not everyone has a smartphone, and not everyone wants to be tracked electronically or have numerous apps on their phones. I'll just frequent independent coffee stores that simply serve customers what is on their menu, as been the practice for decades. read more

Do not come here. Managers are soulless, putting their overworked workers safety on the back burner to cover themselves. During an incident with drugs being smoked in the restroom which was presumed to be fentanyl at first, because staff was having OD symptoms from the smell, managers response was to NOT call the cops and to just go in there and check. Disgusting behavior. No wonder any of the staff hate working here, their managers are pigs. read more

The staff was quite rude. We asked for easy ice in our drinks, but they filled the cups completely with ice. When we politely asked at the window if they could remake them with less ice, they gave us drinks that were barely half full. We went inside to address the issue, and they still seemed upset. It really wasn't a big deal, they could have just made them correctly the first time. I was honestly shocked when she handed me back a half-full drink just because we asked for easy ice. read more

They forgot my hash browns. A very sad, sad moment! Only because these hash browns are amazing. I had to exit the drive thru and get off to get my order. The staff apologized and I got my hash browns. I always used to come to this Dunkin but I haven't been pleased with their staff. IDK if it's just me but they don't sound happy to take my order when I'm in the drive thru. read more

Customer service sucks from the young girl. The older lady was super nice and helpful. We come here all the time, the girl that served us was rude and just stared at us when we asked a question about why they only have 4 flavors at 8:45 on Saturday night. Thank goodness the older lady came up to us and explained to us or you would have gotten one star. read more

notorious for being terrible in the area. bad service and they cant even make a drink right

You know.... Idk.. lol there's a lot to be said about this place. I don't work there, but from observation, I think this place isn't managed well. I've encountered maybe two friendly employees. The rest are just a collection of ppl who don't wanna work. Not nice at all. They are always out of something and you know what? That's completely fine, it's not the workers fault, but they need to learn how to TURN OFF those items on the mobile app and food ordering service sites. It can be done. I've been a dasher there multiple times and each time I've had to call customer because on their app it says available and it's not when I get there. It's embarrassing lol. This place has so much potential. read more

Normally, I prefer Dunkin' Donuts over McDonald's in my area, any day... But today they really screwed up our order. We ordered two sourdough bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, two sweet pepper bacon croissants, Two donuts, snackin' bacon, and hash browns. We were so looking forward to bringing home food for the family. But we got the two sweet pepper bacon croissant, donuts, snackin' bacon, hashbrowns, and one sourdough sandwich. The hashbrowns are the mushiest I have ever had from Dunkin' Donuts. They were greasy and all smashed and torn apart inside the bag. One of my family members didn't get to eat because they didn't give us our complete order and we didn't notice it until we got home. I guess that wholesale prices are going so high for the food industry Because the bacon on the sandwiches was so thin you could see through it. I hope this is a one time occasion for Dunkin' Donuts and that they can fix the problem. Because truthfully I would rather go to Dunkin donuts then the local McDonald's. Please do better Dunkin' Donuts. read more

I love how this Dunkin is so nice and smells great, there coffee is delicious and there donuts are irresistible. one of the best places to go, I would totally come back here and get my regular hot coffee keep up the great work! read more

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Staff were somewhat nice once they noticed that I had walked in, however my gripe is with a cake I ordered. Was this someone's first day?! The whole thing started to melt instantly and looked like a ripoff version of the picture, didn't even attempt to write on it either. Very disappointing. Do not order cakes from here if you don't want to be disappointed. Don't even attempt the coffee from the Dunkin side either. You'll get poorly made hot dog water or find random food floaties in there. Overall terrible. Get your coffee and cake from frys next door read more

Donuts and ice cream parlor, great combo. When I have gone the variety is a bit limited. Could be my timing. The staff appears to be limited and could use help to make things move along. Aside from that, I always like to go. read more

If it was possible to rate this location zero stars I would. I placed a mobile order and I went through the drive thru to pick it up. They suck here tbh. The workers. Not the products. They move super slow. I have time to write this while I'm sitting at the drive-thru window. It's a 5min drive to this location and I've been in line for 29min now for 2 coffees and 2 food items. No communication at the window either. read more

This place has really bad customer service. The people are really rude. Also, they get your order wrong. Today 05/07/2020 I ordered two multigrain bagel breakfast sandwich, English muffin and a beyond breakfast sandwich. Asked them to not add cheese to all of them. Once I got home there was no egg on all of those items. We just asked for no cheese not no eggs. Called the place to let them know because it's ridiculous how they keep doing this kind of thing. They have done that multiple times to me. They did offer me a coupon or to go back but why do I need to let them know when they messed up when they have done it multiple times. I'll try to get a higher up to fix this issue. read more

I put one star because I had no other choice. I went there yesterday (drive through) and ordered a banana banana split traditional with the nuts on the side because my wife has an allergy. When they gave me the banana split it had nuts on it, I gave it back and said I can't take this because my wife has a nut allergy can I get one with the nuts on the side. I got the banana split they gave me the nuts on the side I went home my wife and I started sharing the banana split and she got a mouth full of nuts. It was the same banana split they served me they just scraped off the whip cream and put new whip cream on top. I had to call 911 for my wife and use her EpiPen. When I called the store the young kids started laughing. I will call the manager this morning. They need to stop hiring punks read more

Drive in line is a 20"" wait. They are always out of iced coffee "the machine is broken". I always get frustrated with the long wIt times.

Not the best location! Always a long line at the drive thru. I decided to place an order via the app & pick-up inside. Huge mistake!! I order two drinks and only one was on the counter. I walked over to the register (no one was in line) I was told someone would be with me in a moment. 5-7 minutes later, I was told that freeze coffee cold not be made today. They offered me other options. That was fine. My main issue is having to wait when I was the only customer standing in front of the register & the attitude of the employee waiting on me. Customer Service training is desperately needed at this location. read more

The worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I waited in the drive through for almost an hour last time with a baby in the car and couldn't leave since there were cars behind me as well. Decided to give them another try today and walked inside the store. Still waited 10+ minutes for her to make a milkshake and I was the only customer? When I ordered a cookies and crème milkshake she said "I think we still have some." and made a milkshake that was 90% milk and 10% cookies and crème. I think this place needs to be shut down and employees to be trained again on their jobs because they can never seem to be working efficiently. Absolutely never going here again lol read more

Antonio is the worst . He gave me cold coffee and and says oh well we don't have any coffee and if you want fresh coffee you have to wait 20-25 min. What a crock because it only takes 3-5 to brew . Then he says what do you want . I can warm up your coffee I said I want fresh coffee hot coffee. He continues to give attitude . Adriana the night manger was nice . And said she would upsize my drink. I didn't want her to do that . I just want her to talk to Antonio . You don't treat people like that. read more

The last two times I've been here it's been ridiculous!!! The first time the guy behind the counter was new and asked his coworker if she could help him and completely ignored him. Mind you she was a couple of feet from him, so I know she had to have heard him. Eventually the kid figured it out but not before throwing a clear tantrum. Then just yesterday I went with my daughter and granddaughter to get some ice cream, we went thru the drive-thru and ordered 2 sundaes and there was barely any strawberry topping on them, when I asked if I could get some more the same girl popped her head out and told me that's all you get on a sundae. I offered to pay but she declined and that was that. WORST customer service experience in this place. read more

Besides being incredibly slow, I've never had a big issue with this location until today. I ordered a cold brew with cream, she handed it to me and it was literally the color of milk. I asked to have it remade, and it tasted like straight water! I've never had a cold brew this bad from there or anywhere in my life. I went inside to avoid the long line in the drive through and they are still so slow. Extra training needed ASAP. read more

Seriously, three times this week the wait in the drivethru line has lasted longer than 15 min. The little girl with long brown hair and pretty green eyes needs to not only stay in school but she needs to probably find another job that doesn't require much from her. She had messed up 2 of my orders this week even after having me repeat them to her more than once. Not sure where her head is, or maybe it's her comprehension and reading skills that are lacking which would explain why she simply can't operate pushing buttons with words on them. It's Dunkin Donuts it shouldn't be so hard to get an order right. I've been spending money daily at this establishment for the last 3 years. They can't seem to keep good employees. As for the tall guy Leo, next time a customer comes in with a valid and genuine complaint, I suggest you don't tell them to go stand in the parking lot until they get over it. Young man, you should maybe get yourself a job out in the field. Customer service is not your fortay. read more

Ordered plain donuts to go. When I got home they tasted like they were cooked in old oil or oil that was turning rancid. Could not eat them and threw them out for fear I would get sick by eating them. Contacted the owner, who turns out is actually some financial group back East. So they have no real interest in every day operations of this business over 2,000 miles away. Person who contacted me promised to send me a coupon for 20% off my next purchase. NEVER got it!! Also found out the donuts are trucked in from somewhere else. I thought they would have been cooked locally at this store. I thought wrong. If you're reading this, bet you thought the donuts were cooked there. Haven't been back since and have no plans to ever return, even for ice cream. read more

My son and I were celebrating tonight. He asked for Baskin Robbins. We ordered a Sunday and a milk shake. The Sunday had so much hot fudge on the package it was everywhere. The milk shake took so long to get after the Sunday the Sunday was melting. They over blended the milk shake to where it was really runny with no thickness at all. By the time we got home his Sunday was a pile of melted mess and the milkshake not worth drinking. We spent $10 and 45 min for nothing. Next time we'll run up to Dairy Queen. read more
