My complaint with Starbucks is universal to almost all their stores. I read where corporate wanted…read moreto make them more of a coffee house. I completely agree with this premise. However the only way they can do this is get rid of the Internet cafe mentality. I am so tired of people doing business at a Starbucks because of free internet. My solution is not preventing Internet usage, but putting a time limit on usage such as one hour per drink. Need more time? Buy another drink. Secondly no charging of your device use your own electricity. In this way, students can still study, general patron can connect. Finally, an observation, I was in a Starbucks recently it had ten tables and a large table for internet use with plugs. 8 of the tables were used by individuals with computers while no one was sitting at the large computer table. Why not remove it and add five new tables so those of us who wish to visit can? So that you understand that I have a history with Starbucks, I visit stores seven days a week. I am a reserve rewards member and have been a rewards member for over 17 years. I have added this information so you will appreciate that I have witnessed this situation often and am not complaining over one or two incidents. Thank You

There's a few seats in here too but it's not really the place to stay a while and get comfy. This is just my first time that I'm truly fed up with going to this Dunkin' Donuts and would love to leave a review. Anytime that I have gone inside to have my order corrected. I have been made to feel like an inconvenience because they are busy. This Dunkin is TRASH a waste of money you're better off drinking toilet water with cream and don't having your heart set on what you order cause the bag is always a mystery.. so if you like horrible coffee, that never tastes the same... if you like ordering and not receiving the correct order and made to feel bad about it by the employees this is your place to come.. The welcoming counter is gone, prices have become silly so forget anything under $10.00, and under the newly purchased ownership of the Diaz Group, it's just become unfortunately, a hollowed out chasm to grab a meal filled with preservatives... There's no color or kids here no matter how many times we have visited, only kiosks. A blank, humanless environment with no overhead menus. The push to be an ONLY electronic interface is a total loss to me. We're losing humanity to processes like this and It's absolutely NO place to bring children anymore. Everything that Ray Croc stood for in the food and environment vision here is gone. Completely gone. - The food? Just filled with the worst of nitrates and preservatives. For a community of 50K+ of retirees, this is not a welcoming atmosphere and I've seen it only decline with this version of remodeling. Not a fan, and almost done with the 'McDonalds' way of thinking myself aside from the point that orders here have almost always been wrong and only adds to the LACK of employment standards and training...
