Great and courteous service! The baristas know their Job well and make consistently excellent espressos.

Was my first time and there was no help from staff to explain how the service there works. Not even where eating utensils and napkins are. Extra charge for not belonging to GVR. I definitely do not regret that decision. This visit, I focused on pastries and coffee. I didn't realize they also have a full food menu until after I ordered, so that will be for next time. I picked up the Dubai chocolate muffins, a pumpkin scone, and a blueberry white chocolate mocha pastry (which was incredible). For drinks, I tried the Sweet Lavender Espresso (hot) and the Cherry Love Bomb (iced). The Cherry Love Bomb was my favorite, refreshing, balanced, and just unique. Everything I tasted was delicious. Every pastry I sampled had great flavor and texture, and the drinks were thoughtful and fun without being overly sweet. While I was there, I noticed they offer a sourdough avocado toast, and the staff member who helped me described it so well that I already know I'll be returning specifically for that. If you're into unique and intentional flavor combinations, this is absolutely worth the stop, even if you're not already in the Sahuarita/Green Valley area. Everything I tried was genuinely enjoyable. Its a cute coffee place with great views actually! I'll definitely coming back!

It was seat yourself, so we sat and it may have been a heavy part of the day but we were greeted eventually. We were asked for drinks orders, I asked for a coffee and water, my partner also ordered coffee and water, the rest of them ordered waters. After disbursing they then took our food order. Breakfast burrito for me, eggs Benedict for my partner, my kid had Valencia French toast, my other kid had the breakfast croissant sandwich, my in law had half order of biscuits and gravy with egg. The food came out, my in law went to cut into their biscuit and it was rock hard. My breakfast burrito was lacking flavor. The eggs Benedict was not homemade hollandaise sauce. The Valencia French toast was good but not very tangy or orange flavored unlike the description. The egg croissant was okay but the eggs looked like they were rubber. When I checked out, I asked for a blueberry muffin, bear claw, a blueberry danish and raspberry turnover. I assume it was the owner ringing me out because they seemed to act the owner but when they went to put the items in the bag, they had to excuse themselves to blow their nose. I am watching this all happen, but instead of washing his hands first, he reaches into the case with a parchment sheet hand no gloves to grab my blueberry muffin. Now why didn't I say no thank you after that, I didn't want to be rude. Maybe I should have, but either way I'm thinking that will be the last time I go here. Food was less than mid, the service was not stellar, I would try somewhere else if you're looking for good food. But if you're okay with what I listed above, go for it!!

This cafe could be really good but there is a tremendous lack of organization with it. They have a pretty impressive menu posted on the wall behind the counter but she told me right away that she didn't have a lot of the things on that menu available. There was a sign that said please ask me about my breakfast specials and when I did she said they had scrambled eggs - that's it - and after going back-and-forth with me trying again and again to get specifics of what could be added we eventually we're able to come up with a type of scramble with cheese and vegetables. She told me there were 2 orders ahead of me but for some reason it took about an hour to finally receive my food. That's unacceptable. When the food did finally arrive it was very good and the price was reasonable. I can see the potential here. She is a very nice person and I do understand she's running this cafe all by herself. It would really be a great idea to have someone help her out so the food could be prepared more quickly and organize a breakfast menu with a greater variety of options. I would gladly come back if they can fix the issues I mentioned.
