My wife order 2 drinks for us. My drink was a Java chip frappe. First off the container or cup was dripping with liquid! One messy cup. I must of used 10-15 napkins to clean the cup. As we exited the coffee shop, I finally got a chance to take a drink. This was not the drink that was ordered. It was a cookie crumble drink. Absolutely incredible lack of responsibility on the part of the management perhaps it's not their fault in some ways because corporate refuses to give them any authority but I was all excited because it was my birthday and I got a coupon from Starbucks for a free drink or meal item I had already ordered I go there everyday so I wanted to find out if it was good until the end of the month or whatever the deal was so I googled it and the results clearly show that it was good for 30 days. So today I go back there and the coupon is gone and they refuse to make good on it I showed them where the Google search showed it was 30 days however they said that they changed the policy to one week and then they changed it to just the day I said yeah but in good faith I did do a search on it and it's not my fault that every place on the internet says it's good for 30 days. They said we don't have the authority to do anything here this was Veronica talking she said you would have to contact corporate. So I contacted corporate and got a call center in the Philippines The gentleman Steve I spoke with had a heavy Tagalog accent and it was hard to understand him but I explained the situation to him and he kept misunderstanding it and getting it wrong because of the language barrier I finally prevailed and he said he'd give me a coupon that would be good until tomorrow I said I come here almost everyday I don't know if I'll be here tomorrow can you just give me a couple more days he said no I can only give you one right now and I said come on be reasonable I've already ordered today look at my purchase history I spend hundreds of dollars every month at Starbucks in any rate he was unmoved and I kept trying to find a way to reason with him but I was unsuccessful and then all of a sudden the line was disconnected I went and talked to the store manager who was very unsympathetic she said it's not anything that they have control over it's all done by corporate and you'd have to talk to them and she would not budge I said even if I wanted a $4 coupon could you do that she said no they could not if it was a physical coupon they could but they have no interaction at all with the electronic stuff anyway I literally spent thousands of dollars a year at Starbucks because I also give out certificates to my customers I don't want to be that crank that sits here and complains about a $5 coupon but it just seems wrong that a giant corporation like Starbucks can't even give their store managers the ability to fix an issue I jump through flaming hoops for our customers as do my employees and this is what we're supposed to do we're supposed to establish a connection we're supposed to leave the customer with a good feeling and it's not about the money trust me it's just a principle of the thing people hiding behind a giant system that they have no control over This is all by design read more

I've been coming here for over a year now, especially since being in school. All the workers are great and so friendly, never had an issue, the drinks are always delicious, the store is clean. So I had went through the drive thru and asked for a large mango dragonfruit lemonade blended. when I ordered the worker was super kind, as was the worker who handed me my drink. when I got my drink the blend was already completely separate / liquidy and not blended so I went inside and asked them politely if they could remake it so it doesn't separate so quickly. The worker, he had asked me if he could add more ice. I said sure, and sat down. I could hear him and one of his coworkers mocking me. The coworker, she had said "Yeah add extra extra extra ice so it doesn't seperate" in a mocking tone. Additionally, when she poured my drink into the cup from the blender, there was overflow, and she just pressed it with an ungloved hand and put the lid on. Lately my usual order has been made wrong multiple times in all sorts of ways. Is there new staff? It's not a difficult order, it's on the menu. Today 6/7 approx 5-5:30 pm there was 1 car in front of me in the drive thru. It took 15 mins for that car to place an order, my order was mobile pick up. Then it took another 15 mins for the car in front to get her order which consisted of coffee and a cake pop. What in the world took so long? ! Causing me to be extremely late for work. And having to not have the time anymore to go back and correct this NASTY drink I was given. TASTED LIKE JUST WATER AND COFFEE. Normally great service. Been using Starbucks app to order drive thru pickup. Was recently blamed for "just putting my order in" when it showed my pickup time was at that exact moment - order was placed 15 min prior. Please don't blame the customer if your staff isn't paying attention to app orders - or just turn the app order service off for the day. I feel like today was just a really bad day for this Starbucks - it wasn't overall busy on a Monday at 10am either. Maybe new hires were on staff?? This location seems to be very popular. Every time I try to run through the drive-thru it's always very full. Glad I have the Starbuck's app and generally order ahead so my drink is waiting for me. I'm usually on my way home to Phoenix, need caffeine for the 2 1/2 hour drive and want to get in and out quickly. My orders have always been correct and when I've ordered ahead it's always been ready and waiting form. It's a spacious newer location with indoor and outdoor seating although as of this writing the indoor seating is closed due to COVID. Can't ask for much more than that. read more

My experience was terrible here. To say I was baffled would be an understatement. I understand it's Christmas Eve and probably super busy. The lady at register could not hear me..: which is fine so I spoke up louder and made sure the order was said and repeated correctly. I ordered a peppermint white mocha which was made as a regular mocha.... could not taste the peppermint and it was filled like 3/4 of the cup. My tea bag was all over the place. The only drink from my 4 orders that was ok was my nitro cold brew which I would have been even more shocked as it would be hard to mess up a simple drink like that. I tried calling back a few times but no one answered and their was no room for a voicemail. I LOVE Starbucks and this particular store usually does a good job at the drinks but today was just EXTREMELY disappointing to say the least. I hope I can get a refund for these drinks. read more

So we have been here 2 days in a row. This Starbucks is very clean. The staff taking orders is very pleasant. Bathrooms are a bit messy, but with the time it takes to get drinks, there must not be any time for anyone to clean the bathrooms. It honestly takes ages to get a drink. It took less time to get a drink at the extremely crowded Starbucks Reserve on Christmas day in Palm Springs than it does to get simple orders at this location. Again, if you are going for a pleasant interaction with a staff member and a clean seating area this is your location. BUT if you need to go in and use a clean bathroom and get your drink quick, you may want to reconsider your choice and go to a different Starbucks location. read more

Clean and roomy dining room and friendly service and music was fun. However our drink was messed up twice. When asked for light cream, it was made heavy. I was hoping i could change my 4 star rating to a 5 but i have to lower it to a 3. The staff is friendly and its a nice place, but we have seen a pattern of a lack of attention to detail over and over. Today my breakfast order was totally "forgotten" until i asked where it was. I stopped at Starbucks this morning at 5am before work and ordered a grande skinny caramel machiatto and a venti pumpkin cream cold brew. I started drinking the caramel machiatto and it was horrible. There was no caramel in the coffee at all. It basically tasted like watered down coffee with milk. Then when I got to work I tried the Pumpkin cream cold brew and it was just as bad, it was bitter and tasted watery. It's so disappointing when you spend $5 or more on a cup of coffee and it it so bad. I had to throw them out. I can completely understand missing something once in a while but it's happened a handful of times. Very quick drive through and great drinks. Ive tried 2 fraps, the java chip and a caramel one. I fell in love with java chip, after having one. I cant stop getting one whenever I pass by.
