This location seems to be very popular. Every time I try to run through the drive-thru it's always very full. Glad I have the Starbuck's app and generally order ahead so my drink is waiting for me. I'm usually on my way home to Phoenix, need caffeine for the 2 1/2 hour drive and want to get in and out quickly. My orders have always been correct and when I've ordered ahead it's always been ready and waiting form. It's a spacious newer location with indoor and outdoor seating although as of this writing the indoor seating is closed due to COVID. Can't ask for much more than that. read more

My wife order 2 drinks for us. My drink was a Java chip frappe. First off the container or cup was dripping with liquid! One messy cup. I must of used 10-15 napkins to clean the cup. As we exited the coffee shop, I finally got a chance to take a drink. This was not the drink that was ordered. It was a cookie crumble drink. This is this second time I got a drink I don't even like!!! I will definitely take this up with management next visit! Not a happy camper! read more

Starbucks - Incorrect drink!!! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Green Valley, Arizona

My complaint with Starbucks is universal to almost all their stores. I read where corporate wanted to make them more of a coffee house. I completely agree with this premise. However the only way they can do this is get rid of the Internet cafe mentality. I am so tired of people doing business at a Starbucks because of free internet. My solution is not preventing Internet usage, but putting a time limit on usage such as one hour per drink. Need more time? Buy another drink. Secondly no charging of your device use your own electricity. In this way, students can still study, general patron can connect. Finally, an observation, I was in a Starbucks recently it had ten tables and a large table for internet use with plugs. 8 of the tables were used by individuals with computers while no one was sitting at the large computer table. Why not remove it and add five new tables so those of us who wish to visit can? So that you understand that I have a history with Starbucks, I visit stores seven days a week. I am a reserve rewards member and have been a rewards member for over 17 years. I have added this information so you will appreciate that I have witnessed this situation often and am not complaining over one or two incidents. Thank You read more

Absolutely incredible lack of responsibility on the part of the management perhaps it's not their fault in some ways because corporate refuses to give them any authority but I was all excited because it was my birthday and I got a coupon from Starbucks for a free drink or meal item I had already ordered I go there everyday so I wanted to find out if it was good until the end of the month or whatever the deal was so I googled it and the results clearly show that it was good for 30 days. So today I go back there and the coupon is gone and they refuse to make good on it I showed them where the Google search showed it was 30 days however they said that they changed the policy to one week and then they changed it to just the day I said yeah but in good faith I did do a search on it and it's not my fault that every place on the internet says it's good for 30 days. They said we don't have the authority to do anything here this was Veronica talking she said you would have to contact corporate. So I contacted corporate and got a call center in the Philippines The gentleman Steve I spoke with had a heavy Tagalog accent and it was hard to understand him but I explained the situation to him and he kept misunderstanding it and getting it wrong because of the language barrier I finally prevailed and he said he'd give me a coupon that would be good until tomorrow I said I come here almost everyday I don't know if I'll be here tomorrow can you just give me a couple more days he said no I can only give you one right now and I said come on be reasonable I've already ordered today look at my purchase history I spend hundreds of dollars every month at Starbucks in any rate he was unmoved and I kept trying to find a way to reason with him but I was unsuccessful and then all of a sudden the line was disconnected I went and talked to the store manager who was very unsympathetic she said it's not anything that they have control over it's all done by corporate and you'd have to talk to them and she would not budge I said even if I wanted a $4 coupon could you do that she said no they could not if it was a physical coupon they could but they have no interaction at all with the electronic stuff anyway I literally spent thousands of dollars a year at Starbucks because I also give out certificates to my customers I don't want to be that crank that sits here and complains about a $5 coupon but it just seems wrong that a giant corporation like Starbucks can't even give their store managers the ability to fix an issue I jump through flaming hoops for our customers as do my employees and this is what we're supposed to do we're supposed to establish a connection we're supposed to leave the customer with a good feeling and it's not about the money trust me it's just a principle of the thing people hiding behind a giant system that they have no control over This is all by design read more

I've been coming here for over a year now, especially since being in school. All the workers are great and so friendly, never had an issue, the drinks are always delicious, the store is clean. Lately my usual order has been made wrong multiple times in all sorts of ways. Is there new staff? It's not a difficult order, it's on the menu. Today 6/7 approx 5-5:30 pm there was 1 car in front of me in the drive thru. It took 15 mins for that car to place an order, my order was mobile pick up. Then it took another 15 mins for the car in front to get her order which consisted of coffee and a cake pop. What in the world took so long? ! Causing me to be extremely late for work. And having to not have the time anymore to go back and correct this NASTY drink I was given. TASTED LIKE JUST WATER AND COFFEE. BITTER. these drinks are too expensive for employees to get wrong, especially when we pay extra for an extra shot. I THREW THE DRINK AWAY. read more

Starbucks - No label, no wonder it was made wrong. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Green Valley, Arizona

So I had went through the drive thru and asked for a large mango dragonfruit lemonade blended. when I ordered the worker was super kind, as was the worker who handed me my drink. when I got my drink the blend was already completely separate / liquidy and not blended so I went inside and asked them politely if they could remake it so it doesn't separate so quickly. The worker, he had asked me if he could add more ice. I said sure, and sat down. I could hear him and one of his coworkers mocking me. The coworker, she had said "Yeah add extra extra extra ice so it doesn't seperate" in a mocking tone. Additionally, when she poured my drink into the cup from the blender, there was overflow, and she just pressed it with an ungloved hand and put the lid on. I don't think my remake request was unreasonable and I was suprised how rude this interaction was considering usually the workers are very kind. read more

Starbucks - a cold drink on a table in a coffee shop - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Green Valley, Arizona

PLEASE clean and service your bathrooms! This is a basic concept and should be part of your opening and daily routine.

Normally great service. Been using Starbucks app to order drive thru pickup. Was recently blamed for "just putting my order in" when it showed my pickup time was at that exact moment - order was placed 15 min prior. Please don't blame the customer if your staff isn't paying attention to app orders - or just turn the app order service off for the day. I feel like today was just a really bad day for this Starbucks - it wasn't overall busy on a Monday at 10am either. Maybe new hires were on staff?? Never had to wait this long before, been in drive thru for 10 min. Didn't have my order right - forgot cold foam and cinnamon. read more

Great place, lovely staff, wonderful drinks! The ambiance is appropriate for a coffee chain and there seems to be plenty of seating inside and out. Drive through is good too. read more

My experience was terrible here. To say I was baffled would be an understatement. I understand it's Christmas Eve and probably super busy. The lady at register could not hear me..: which is fine so I spoke up louder and made sure the order was said and repeated correctly. I ordered a peppermint white mocha which was made as a regular mocha.... could not taste the peppermint and it was filled like 3/4 of the cup. My tea bag was all over the place. The only drink from my 4 orders that was ok was my nitro cold brew which I would have been even more shocked as it would be hard to mess up a simple drink like that. I tried calling back a few times but no one answered and their was no room for a voicemail. I LOVE Starbucks and this particular store usually does a good job at the drinks but today was just EXTREMELY disappointing to say the least. I hope I can get a refund for these drinks. read more

So we have been here 2 days in a row. This Starbucks is very clean. The staff taking orders is very pleasant. Bathrooms are a bit messy, but with the time it takes to get drinks, there must not be any time for anyone to clean the bathrooms. It honestly takes ages to get a drink. It took less time to get a drink at the extremely crowded Starbucks Reserve on Christmas day in Palm Springs than it does to get simple orders at this location. Again, if you are going for a pleasant interaction with a staff member and a clean seating area this is your location. BUT if you need to go in and use a clean bathroom and get your drink quick, you may want to reconsider your choice and go to a different Starbucks location. read more

As happy as I am to finally have a Starbucks drive thru after 3 days in a row of getting my drink made wrong I'll be going back to the Fry's Starbucks. Drinks are to expensive to have them wrong and the staff a little rude when you ask them to please get it right today. Too bad but it will save me money in the long run! read more

Customer service is alive and well at this Starbucks location. I had a problem with my Starbucks reward card and went to speak to the manager on site, Felicia. Products generally extremely consistent. Staff is friendly and service is not too slow. Enjoy that they have places to sit as well.

Drinks are always excellent here... Just don't ever go inside if you're in a hurry. It takes ages to get a single drink if you walk in versus going through the drive thru. read more

This is the 1st starbucks that I have ever walked out off... it was basically empty, around 4:00 pm, 1 car in the drive trough and one client asking for 2 bags of coffee to grind... 3 people on the drive through/ drinks 1 guy at cashier who has to leave to learn how to grind And 1 person around. 10 min later nobody gets my order I left read more

The place is clean, the service was awesome- some of the nicest baristas I've ever had, they were fast, the drinks were perfect and I was pleased. I feel like I'm betraying my normal baristas at the Frys location who are awesome-but these ladies need some recognition! Great job! read more

Clean and roomy dining room and friendly service and music was fun. However our drink was messed up twice. When asked for light cream, it was made heavy. This is now my go to Starbucks. They have improved significantly since they opened. They are always super friendly

I stopped at Starbucks this morning at 5am before work and ordered a grande skinny caramel machiatto and a venti pumpkin cream cold brew. I started drinking the caramel machiatto and it was horrible. There was no caramel in the coffee at all. It basically tasted like watered down coffee with milk. Then when I got to work I tried the Pumpkin cream cold brew and it was just as bad, it was bitter and tasted watery. It's so disappointing when you spend $5 or more on a cup of coffee and it it so bad. I had to throw them out. It's so strange to me, if they follow recipes, why are coffees sometimes amazing and sometimes this bad. read more

I was hoping i could change my 4 star rating to a 5 but i have to lower it to a 3. The staff is friendly and its a nice place, but we have seen a pattern of a lack of attention to detail over and over. Today my breakfast order was totally "forgotten" until i asked where it was. And for about the third visit in a row there were no stir sticks until i asked for one. Every time we come here unless Lisa is our server we have no confidence our order will be correctly filled. We expect more from Starbucks. read more

Although having the convenience of the drive thru is nice and most of the staff is friendly, drinks aren't made right. Modifications aren't given attention and get completely forgotten. I can completely understand missing something once in a while but it's happened a handful of times. Most of the staff is friendly and more than willing to help but I have had an issue with an older woman who I've seen working the drive thru window a few times, has had an attitude the last 3 times I've seen her there. read more
