So I contacted corporate and got a call center in the Philippines The gentleman Steve I spoke with had a heavy Tagalog accent and it was hard to understand him but I explained the situation to him and he kept misunderstanding it and getting it wrong because of the language barrier I finally prevailed and he said he'd give me a coupon that would be good until tomorrow I said I come here almost everyday I don't know if I'll be here tomorrow can you just give me a couple more days he said no I can only give you one right now and I said come on be reasonable I've already ordered today look at my purchase history I spend hundreds of dollars every month at Starbucks in any rate he was unmoved and I kept trying to find a way to reason with him but I was unsuccessful and then all of a sudden the line was disconnected I went and talked to the store manager who was very unsympathetic she said it's not anything that they have control over it's all done by corporate and you'd have to talk to them and she would not budge I said even if I wanted a $4 coupon could you do that she said no they could not if it was a physical coupon they could but they have no interaction at all with the electronic stuff anyway I literally spent thousands of dollars a year at Starbucks because I also give out certificates to my customers I don't want to be that crank that sits here and complains about a $5 coupon but it just seems wrong that a giant corporation like Starbucks can't even give their store managers the ability to fix an issue I jump through flaming hoops for our customers as do my employees and this is what we're supposed to do we're supposed to establish a connection we're supposed to leave the customer with a good feeling and it's not about the money trust me it's just a principle of the thing people hiding behind a giant system that they have no control over This is all by design

This cafe could be really good but there is a tremendous lack of organization with it. They have a pretty impressive menu posted on the wall behind the counter but she told me right away that she didn't have a lot of the things on that menu available. There was a sign that said please ask me about my breakfast specials and when I did she said they had scrambled eggs - that's it - and after going back-and-forth with me trying again and again to get specifics of what could be added we eventually we're able to come up with a type of scramble with cheese and vegetables. She told me there were 2 orders ahead of me but for some reason it took about an hour to finally receive my food. That's unacceptable. When the food did finally arrive it was very good and the price was reasonable. I can see the potential here. She is a very nice person and I do understand she's running this cafe all by herself. It would really be a great idea to have someone help her out so the food could be prepared more quickly and organize a breakfast menu with a greater variety of options. As I was entering the store an alarm went off and one of the front wheels locked up. I was briefly stuck in the entrance but I was able to drag the cart back outside. Like, alien technology it transformed my truck kind of good. Solid place. Will be my go-to now.
