The line was all the way to the second menu's and not a single person outside to take orders. Sat in line for over half an hour. This place has really gone down hill in past year. Do better. read more

I was disappointed that this location was not honoring the free Veterans Day coffee as advertised on the corporate web site. Not only did they not honor the free coffee, they were rude about it. Not a good way to honor veterans in this community. read more

I find myself visiting this location wayyyy too much the employees here are very kind and Have made my day so much better on multiple occasions, there was one night I got dumped and the girl had written a nice note on my drink. I have rarely had an order wrong and if they are they will gladly fix it or I end up liking whatever I got anyway. It does get busy on sticker days and impatient people can make a sucky line but they genuinely do an amazing job at getting everyone in and out fast. I'm so glad we have this location so I don't have to go to Starbucks anymore. Would definitely recommend!!!! read more

Friendly Staff. Messed up location as they compete with Culver's, with heavy vehicle traffic causing a back up in the main artery road of the mall. This is the first Dutch Bros location I have ever been to and figured I would check it out after hearing everyone rave about it and seeing over a dozen Instagram stories of people taking pictures of their iced lattes/sugary red/blue drinks. Sorry to say that I don't get what all they hype is about. While they have an extensive menu, everything is overly sweet and I find this place to be more of a stop I'd make if I had all my nieces and nephews with me. The service was okay but it took way too long for one drink and it was afternoon-time. I probably wouldn't be back for myself but I would if I had the kids with me. Nothing too special. Came here for a pick me up in the afternoon and tried their white chocolate mocha smoothie for the first time and it was amazing! Loved every ounce of my drink! The staff here are always super nice and the service here was a lot faster than other locations I've been to. The parking lot is shared with other business but you are still able to find parking. This place is kind of amazing. A great mixture of hot and cold drinks are available and not all of them are coffee based. My non-sugar Dutch Soda with Laser Cat flavoring (raspberry, coconut) was perfect for a hot day. It's also kind of amazing that they have actual people out in the drive-thru line taking the orders rather than talking to a box. That personal touch is a great touch. read more

Location just opened recently. It has been very busy. Ordered at the walk up window, to sit outside on the benches. The service was a little slow though but hopefully they will work our the kinks since it is still so new and the staff is still learning the ropes. We have been faithful customers since moving here, but had the worse experience today. We were waiting in line as the manager and a trainee were talking and talking and talking to the person ahead of us. At first we thought they were taking an order. We love the friendliness of Dutch Bros, but today as we sat and sat waiting for them to finish, we realized they didn't have their pad out and weren't taking any orders, they were just conversing and laughing including the manager. We finally asked the manager who was out there with the trainee if we could go around to the window and he said l in a very uncaring way "I guess so". So we went to the window and said to the girl that we understand taking orders can take time, but they were in a full blown conversation and we had waited an extensive amount of time. She said its the store style and that's just how it is. I asked to speak to the manger and that's when she told me the guy out there was the manager. She was arrogant and offered no apology. So we decided to leave and will take our business to Eegees as it opens. read more

Went back 2X this week with my grandchildren. The drink menu options are limitless and contain more sugar in one drink than a teen should have in a week. But hey, the kids are on vacation so a treat or two was on the schedule. The young man taking the orders was very helpful with a big smile. The music is too loud (as I mentioned in my original review) and I really need to watch when my coffee drink is being made and that isn't possible at Dutch Brothers.
