Well...seeing as I totally slammed this location and gave them a 1 start review I obviously had to go back. Ha. Not really...I accidentally ended up here picking up an order for someone after swearing to never step food inside again. I think I probably walked in with a nasty look on my face even;) Right away I noticed a difference when I walked in. The staff was actually moving around, doing things, like their jobs, and I was greeted right away. The girl who helped me was a doll. She got my order correct on the first try! Ha that never happened before ;) She was friendly, chatty and doing her job all at the same time, I made a crack that they must be under new management and she confirmed this and brought the new manager over to me. I was told that there are going to be LOTS of changes moving forward. I told them about my last experiences and they said they are now here prevent that from happening again. My food came out in about 1 minute. Again, it was actually what I ordered and didn't take 45 minutes! The staff all managed to greet each customer as they walked in, take orders, serve food, and say thank you to those departing. Awesome. This Dunkin' Donuts KNOCKED IT out of the park!!! I walked in at 7:00 AM on a Monday morning (this morning). The place was crowded and I heard Claudia, the manager, say they were down one person. They were scrambling. When I made it up to the counter, she asked, "How may I help you?" I told her I wanted 4 dozen donuts and enough coffee for 40 people. Her response: "NO PROBLEM! Will there be anything else?" I was floored. This was a large order. She got someone from the back to start packing my donuts, got my coffee containers going and SLAYED IT. She made sure I had the right amount for my meeting, she packed me up nicely with all the materials I needed for the coffee and she did it all with a smile, even though she was operating at breakneck speed. They all did. Smiles and happiness all around. Her whole crew was ON FLEEK. Even her customers were nice. I was in an out of there in less than 15 minutes. I have no doubt that if I was to send another person home from her crew, drive up with a bus full of hungry tourists, ask her to bake me a soufflé while blindfolded or walk in and chain up an angry, hungry dragon to the front counter, she and her crew would SLAY IT ALL. I ordered a sugar-free French vanilla ice coffee with whole milk. The girl that took my order forgot to make my coffee. I ended up having to ask another girl about it. When I got my coffee, I took my first sip, it was so bitter! It tasted as if no type of flavoring was added. I went back to the counter and told the girl it tasted bitter. She asked if I wanted it remade. The second one tasted just as bitter! I then asked if she could add more flavoring, she did, but it was STILL bitter. I could tell she was getting irritated with me. I just ended up throwing the coffee away! If you want a GOOD ice coffee, don't waste your time coming here! read more

For what it is its "ok" Service was pleasant but slow. The "regular' coffee had enough sugar in it to keep 3 dental clinics happy. I asked for a "redo" and put my own sugar in. I was completely blown away by what happened in the drive through this morning (7/30/15). I drove through around 6:15ish this morning and ordered a small coffee with cream and sugar. I'd been up all night grieving over the loss of my dog and needed a small pick me up before I continued on with my day. When I pulled up to the window to hand the cashier my payment, the gentleman at the window must have noticed my distraught look (or my need for caffeine) and gave me the coffee for free. I know in the long run, it isn't much of a big deal for the corporation, nor did I arrive with the expectation of receiving something for free, but it's the thought that counts and it helped brighten my day. read more

The staff here is very friendly, but they need a lot more training. My normal order is black iced coffee, and they do a good job with it. But anything more than a black coffee is regularly incorrect. Piles of sugar on the bottom of iced coffee, even when asked for melted sugar. Also the fact the donuts arent made fresh and are delivered, usually already stale, is a big turn off. Again, the staff is wicked nice, but this Dunks wouldnt last 2 days back in New England. Also, for other customers, dont use the drive thru when ordering the whole damn menu. read more

A coworker went to Starbucks to order a "coffee traveler" carton for a boardroom meeting. In typical snooty fashion, they scoffed at the request and told her she needed to pre-order this carton a day in advance. After seeing her desperation, they offered to do her a favor and only make her wait an hour before filling her order. She left. I went to Dunkin' Donuts, who filled my equivalent order for their Box O' Joe in five minutes. Couple that with the ability to buy bagels and donuts in bulk at the same time, and Dunkin' trumps Starbucks heartily. If I want to discuss race relations, I'll go to Starbucks. First I want to start by saying that this location has some very nice and hard working staff. Everyone is very positive and my wife and I are always impressed by them. This review falls directly on the franchise owner. For months, most Saturdays my wife and I wake up extra early to either run or workout at the gym. Our routine is always to stop by Dunkin Donuts for an Iced coffee with Hazel Nut, no cream and sugar. There is ZERO problems with this locations coffee. However, almost like clockwork, no matter if we come at 8am or 5 pm, they are ALWAYS out of breakfast burritos or most specialty bagels. After the 10th time of this occurring, I finally said something to management. She looked like she was maybe 18 years old and informed me that she has no control over the stock or what they sell. The owner of the location takes care of all of that. So I then asked her if I could have the owner's contact information. She told me that she wasn't allowed to do that and that she would take my information down and he/she would contact me. This has never happened. No matter how many times I raise an issue with them advertising products that they NEVER have in stock, I never get so much as a courtesy call. So I've finally reached out to corporate and hopefully this will result in some changes. I can't imagine how much revenue this location is missing out on by not taking note of demand and supplying accordingly. There are very few places to eat in Sahuarita in the morning, particularly in Rancho Sahuarita. You have your choice of Starbucks in the Fry's Marketplace, Subway, McDonalds or Dunkin' Donuts. When I'm home on the weekend, the Starbucks is normally our go-to spot since the staff there is amazing and always make our drinks well. However, variety is nice and we have tried Dunkin' about a dozen times. First of all, the donuts aren't great, but I rarely eat donuts and have little comparison. But they always seem a little stale. After reading other Yelp reviews, it seems like the donuts are shipped into the Sahuarita franchise...it explains a lot of my confusion. Second, they are always out of something. Today, I walked in and they had no donuts. It was 8 a.m. How does a place with the word "Donuts" in its name not have donuts in the morning? My choices were bagels or Munchkins. I chose to walk out instead. But today wasn't the only instance where they have been out of something. They have to make a new pot of coffee to give me a cup, they are out of boxes and shove all the donuts in a bag...and this is becoming more common. After realizing donuts at Dunkin' Donuts weren't happening today, I drove up to Donut Wheel on Valencia Rd. The donuts there were phenomenal. Friendly service with no wait. If you live in Sahuarita, I suggest that if you need a donut fix. Here's the worst part. I called Dunkin' Donuts' corporate office to complain about the lack of boxes back in December. They said because most of their stores are franchises that decisions are on the owners, however they would put in a note to the owner and ask that he/she call me. I never heard from anybody at the store. I guess that's what the franchise owners think about Sahuarita residents who frequent their business. I just love this location. Honestly didn't think I was that big a fan of Dunkin Donuts. Since they opened right in my neighborhood, at first I felt like I had to support. And really, they have a drive thru, so how lazy of me not to at least try. Coffee is awesome...I've become particularly addicted to the hot mocha macchiato. Yes you heard me...addicted!!!! I justify the need for the sugar, chocolate, caffeine jolt and no one argues with me. But I think at the end of the day it's as much the friendly, helpful, caring, hey you are a great customer attitude that wins me. Service is hit or miss. Some days my order isn't right but the next it's perfect and excellent service. I love donuts and ice cream so I'm happy DD is close by. I wish the decor was more cozy and comfortable. Sertino's is missed. It had comfy seating & warm ambience. This store is located in a bedroom community with a lot of families and students. I assume DD is limited in how they must be designed and decorated. If this is a single owner, they should market to our community more. read more

Tonight my sister and I visited this dunkin (we love dunkin) we sat at the drive thru for about 10 minutes and nothing my sister said hello a few times and nothing we weren't mad about anything at this point just enjoying the time we were having and after about 15 minutes my sister commented that they needed to hurry the ONLY kid in the building then came on the drive thru speaker and said "this was on the whole time" (talking about his headset?) cars were backed up behind us and after he said that he said nothing else? very unprofessional how he could hear us and our personal conversation and never took our order then made his presence known and still didn't take our order someone needs to train this kid read more

Horrible service and stale donuts. I have been there a handful of times when not wanting to drive to tucson and every time I ordered a Bavarian cream I have actually gotten a diffrent type donut each time! Around noon all the donuts are stale and bad the little selection they have left. Sometimes the service is friendly but if I am ever unlucky enough to get Nickole S (getting the info from the receipt) she is always unpleasant snotty and needs to learn some manners. Every single time I have been here the workers are rude to me for no reason, today I stopped by to order ice cream for my mother and I, I tried ordering a double scoop for each of us and the girl seemed to have no clue what I was asking for after I explained MULTIPLE times, and they still gave me one scoop. I'd wager this is the worst Dunkin' Donuts in existence. The staff is horrible. They are rude, immature, slow, and inappropriate. I waited in the drive through for ONE DRINK for at least 20 minutes while I watched the girls joke around and mess around inside. And I still didn't receive my order, so I pulled around and parked and went in and there was a girl in the back who said "what a bitch" loud enough for me to hear, to her coworker. My drink was made horribly, it was a mess and come to find out from the website prices, I was overcharged for my small drink.
