WORST DUNKIN DONUTS!!! If I could give zero stars I would. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star let alone 5. They are always out of donuts, and if they have donuts they are stale. They seem to never have options. The staff is rude or to too busy texting, they rush you when your placing an order, tables inside are sticky and dirty. We love DD but we dslike this place. I have no idea how this place is still open. Am thinking owners don't even care. We much rather make the drive into Tucson and visit DQ or Donut Wheel. read more

It is incredible how incompetent this location can be. I've lived in this neighborhood for 6 months now, and I think they have gotten 1 order right in that time. They're frequently out of ingredients, and when you ask for any alterations to a sandwich, they will happily agree but not produce that. The line is always long in both the restaurant and the drive through. The only thing that keeps me coming back is my dependence on their iced coffee and a lack of a Starbucks drive through in the area. read more

This dunkin donuts never has options. We ask for a boston cream, they just say "sorry we dont have those right now". Ok, we ask for a chocolate chocolate and ofcourse "sorry we dont have that right now either.... Um ok what do you have? - "glazed and strawberry". I had to give it a one star because there is no option for a zero star. This place has the worse customer service I have seen in a long time . For example and this hasn't happened once but twice to us . We order and the pull up to the window and then sit there while no one says a word to you . ( not even to say good morning and take a payment) . The first time was a couple weeks ago and we waited for 10 mins or so and I was thinking just a bad day and then again it happened this morning as we waited for 12 mins and then drove off empty handed. They never get the order right and I have had to go back ever time just to have the order corrected and the employees always have a nasty attitude. Since we all know what to expect from a normal Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins I'll keep it simple. Service is average, a couple of times I've gone after 5 pm and the donuts were stale or they've been out of ingredients. I'll visit every now and then when I have a sweet tooth or snack, but nothing out of the ordinary. read more

I enjoy their coffee, much better prices than Starbucks but......I have been in the drive-through twice this week and both times was late for work because it took SO LONG. One car will sit at the window for 5+ minutes. All I got was a coffee and 2 croissants - no making food necessary. I will hesitate to return in the future because of this. read more

The one and only time I have been to this dunkin they forgot to charge a meal in which a very rude older gentleman with a mustache called me up to the counter and yelled at the cashier. To top off the experience following the fiasco he made the wrong meal for me. I think if I return it will be strictly for coffee! read more

i come here all the time, i order on the app and they usually get my order right, there have been times when they got it wrong but it really depends on who's working at the time. overall i like this place regardless of all the bad reviews, it's convenient and cheaper than starbucks. read more

I've always loved their Hazelnut coffee. Their donuts are good too, provided you're not expecting gourmet! So much more reasonably priced than Starbucks and the coffee is better! I am so glad they opened this store because I previously could only have when I went to Tucson. read more

Well, I had hoped that after reading all the bad reviews that things had gotten better and it was 'safe to go in the water...' But alas, it was not to be. When I got there, there was one customer in front of me and none behind so I thought it would be fast. The first customer checked out and left, and I stepped up to the counter, expecting to order. Instead, the 'barista' turned and walked away, leaving me standing there waiting. I watched as she went over to the prep table and just began moving things around on the counter, with no apparent purpose. After about 5 minutes, she came back to the service counter, and without greeting, she just stood there and looked at me. I assumed she wanted me to say why I was there. So I asked her to explain the 2 for $5 ad on TV, thinking there may be options. She just said "Bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant". I asked if there were other options, she said, "no". Beginning to get annoyed at her demeanour, I just said, "OK, I will take one and a small coffee". She checked me out and said "$8.15," I thought 'this a bit high, but I know Starbuck's gets away with it, so why not Dunkin'? and I just pocketed the receipt without looking at it. She walked away asking, "Cream and sugar," "Yes please" I responded, she turned and disappeared. A few minutes later, she walked up to the pickup counter, dropped a bag on it and walked away. Not knowing if it was my order, I went over and looked in the bag. It was not mine. I waited. A few minutes later she came over to the pickup counter again, dropped a bag and looked at me and nodded and walked away. I went back to the counter, opened the bag. No coffee. I called to her, she came back. I said, "my coffee is not here" "Oh yeah," she said., to herself. She went back for the coffee and came back with 2 cups. "I only ordered one cup," I said. "Oh... I charged you for two" Totally upset now, I just said, "just give it to someone" and left. Now I know why the check was so high! No wait, it's not over. I got into my car and drove off. I opened the bag as I drove and found it was quite hot, so I removed a sandwich and let it cool. After a few miles, I picked it up and took a bite, waiting for that familiar bacon taste. It was not there. I pulled over to the side of the road and opened the sandwich. Egg, yes, cheese, yes, croissant, yes, bacon, nope! I opened the second one. There I found a small sliver of bacon, about 1/2 inch wide and 1 inch long. It looked like a dog treat. That was it. It was hanging off the edge of the croissant, giving the image of a full slice of bacon. Surprise! I took the tiny slice of bacon and placed it in the middle of the sandwich. It did not even cover the yolk! One with a bacon sliver, one without any bacon. This was the 2 for $5 'special'. I sat and finished the baconless sandwich, put the other back in the bag and went about my business, thinking about this review, that I will be more than happy to write, and finish with "I will NEVER come to this DD again!!" I think everyone was pretty excited when the local paper informed us that we were getting a Dunkin' Donuts/31 Flavors here. We tried it the first week it came out. This is an honest review from a donut and ice cream loving family...unfortunately, there are several problems with this store: 1. Poorly set up. When a customer comes through the door, they form a line directly ahead. There is no real direction as to where the line starts for the Donuts (which is on the left side of the store vs. Ice Cream (straight ahead as you come in). Along with my self, I overheard several other customers asking where the line started and if it was for the ice cream or donuts. 2. Unenthusiastic employees. Perhaps its because they are overwhelmed or the work is boring. I'm not certain. There was a line out the door the two times we have gone and only ONE person scooping ice cream. One employee worked the drive thru window and two were at the registers getting donuts, coffee, drinks and taking funds for both the ice cream AND the donuts. This leads to a bigger problem - #3. 3. If you spend 15 minutes waiting for the one server to scoop you ice cream because someone wanted a hand packed pint that was NOT in the freezer, to the right, you will be even less enthusiastic when you get to the next line to wait another 10 minutes on people wanting donuts and coffee just so you can pay for your ice cream. The entire set up is poor and laborious. 4. Lastly, I have talked to a lot of locals and they feel like the donuts are sub par. Even my hubby has said that they taste like day old (stale) donuts, which is too bad, given they cost $8 for a dozen. Am I going back? Nope. I can get donuts from Fry's just as easily and grab a coffee while I shop, from Starbucks. It's not only a little cheaper, but the parking is MUCH easier to navigate and I don't spend 15-25 minutes in lines. read more

I'm happy to have a Dunkin Donuts and a Baskin Robins together in one place and so close by. The service, the coffee and the ice cream has been really good. The donuts would obviously be better if they were actually made here instead of being shipped in, but they aren't bad. I know it's fairly new at this location but I've been here twice on Saturday mornings and the service is AWFUL!!! Friendly staff and drive-thru service is great. The issue I have is the interior is never very clean. We won't dine in anymore. Everything is grimy and sticky. It looks and feels like a dirty rag was used to clean the tables -that is if you can even find a table that was recently "cleaned." You can see streaking all over the "cleaned" ones. This place needs a serious deep cleaning/steam cleaning and not the typical half-ass job of a kid who doesn't care. We see the same sticky stains from last week. I'm amazed that the manager or owner doesn't really examine how bad it's getting. Ick!!! read more

Horrible customer service every time my family or I go here. On 1-4-17, went in for some coffee cashier gave attitude when I simply advised I moved forward because no one had taken my order on the drive through. I dropped in about 9am. It was empty- not a good sign in an area full of retirees. The help was pleasant but obviously untrained and inexperienced. My simple order of one cruller and coffee was wrong and the clerk was very flustered. He had no idea how to fix it. When I finally got it the cruller was soft and mushy and the coffee was so bad I couldn't drink it. Who keeps coffee on a burner any more? read more

When I went to Dunkin donuts in sahuarita tonight I went to get some ice cream so I wanted a layer sundae cookies and cream flavor but when I went to order they were out of most of the flavors and I was really upset so Then I asked for a brownie sundae and they were out of brownies so I had to settle for a banana royal it made me mad that they were out of lots flavors and I will not buy from them for a while. Then when I got the cup my ice cream came in it was dirty and not nice looking the Dunkin donuts needs to do a better job of making sure they can get more of the flavors that people want to have read more

The doughnuts are always stale at night! The last two times I bought doughnuts around 7pm they taste like they are from the day before. And shakes are not thoroughly mixed. Will not return. Will just get doughnuts from Frys or Circle K. Guarantee those will be more fresh. read more

Horrible service. 9 times out of 10 the order is wrong. Just ordered two toasted bagels with cream cheese. Once again got on the road and realized bagels were never toasted. Have been charged for items ordered but not put in bag and how they can screw up a simple coffee order is beyond me. This locatin needs some serious management oversight and customer service education. Totally disgusted with this establishment. Truthfully, they deserve zero stars. Last week, I ordered two donut ice cream sandwiches to go. The store was filled with flies (as usual if you visit in the afternoon). However, the donuts for the sandwiches are not out in the open like the other donuts and the ice cream is behind the glass, so I thought this order would be safe considering the uncleanliness of this store. Unfortunately, when I opened one of the ice cream sandwiches it had an entire rubber glove attached to it!!! My children and I were totally grossed out at this sight and into the trash the ice cream sandwiches went. I called the store immediately and spoke with a manager (who was very apologetic). I was told I'd receive a full refund with no issues. I went to the store a couple of days later to get my money back and was only given a gift card. The manager said that was the best she could do. I called corporate when I got home and according to them I should have received a cash refund given the circumstances. They reached out to the owner on my behalf, but he/she still hasn't called me in the 48-72 hour time span I was quoted. I called corporate again today and they apologized for the lack of consideration of the owner and said they would try to contact him/her again. I have decided to report this issue to the health department. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. THIS PLACE DOES NOT HANDLE FOOD PROPERLY. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! read more
