I work upstairs so parking is not an issue. The parking is actually not bad if you park in the stricture behind Dunkin'; They validate and entrances are on Del Mar or Hudson. Aside from their good regular coffee and chai lattes there is nothing great about this place. The food is NEVER good, I gave them a few tries when they opened but I refuse to buy food from them to eat. How do you mess up a toasted plain bagel?? Another thing, The smell in there is horrendous. Rotten eggs or sewer to give you an idea and supposedly it has something to do with the vents. It's just bad! I AM NOT A FAN! There are far better options than Dunkin'. I ordered a 1/2 dozen donuts, two turkey sausage breakfast sandwiches, and two hot drinks (1- hot chai tea and 1- hot chocolate) via Uber Eats for delivery around 9:45 am on a Wednesday. DONUTS Half the donuts I specified were not the donuts I received. All of the donuts were not visually appealing and looked dry. The taste was just OK not great. DRINKS Both drinks taste like flavored water and were lukewarm. The flavor of both left much to be desired so we trashed both of them feeling it was not even worth reheating them. BREAKFAST SANDWICHES Well, I never received them - instead, some sort of breakfast wrap was delivered. The wraps don't look appealing and we have no clue what meat is in them so they too were trashed. I could try to blame some of this on Uber Eats but the delivery was on time actually early and Uber Eats cannot in any way be blamed for the taste of the drinks or the status of the donuts/food. I ask for a refund but was told since I ordered on the app, I could not get a refund. so now 40 minutes of my time has been wasted and I leave with ZERO donuts but have paid for 5...Nani gives me the number that I called twice before to call and "try to get a refund"...I tell her the mailbox is full- she comes back and gives me the 1-800 number, I thank her and drive away. the 1-800 number only works monday -friday till 5pm EASTERN (it's saturday, 5:47pm) this was the worse service i've ever received. there was no manager in the store, no one knew how to help or how to offer help, my time was wasted without a solution and I will be calling my credit card to cancel the charges. maybe Nani should be a manager- she was the only one trying to help the situation. the mediocre donuts were overlooked for the convenience of a curbside pick up but the lack of respect for my time is what will keep me from returning here again. don't bother with this spot- there's far superior donuts elsewhere- even a donut shop across the street (randy's) save your time, money and sanity- try a different spot. read more

Caught a worker mopping the floors and she stops and puts the mop NEXT to the doughnuts to help me out. Asked her nicely if she can please wash her hands before touching my food as she started grabbing a bag for my order and so she went to the back and came back with so much attitude. I have been here a few times. I've never had problem or issues with the service. However, today I stopped by and was kind of surprised to see the attached sign on the counter. I'm sure people want more money in their weekly take home pay but I found the sign a bit offensive. Firstly, because if I want to tip I will. I don't want to be shamed into tipping. Not only did one of the donuts I had come with a dead gnat on them, (ordered 2 dozen) they were out of stock of the coffee beans I ordered through the mobile app. If you offer items through your mobile app and the purchase goes through, one would think that would mean the item is available at the pick up store -- this is not the case with Dunkin. This is my go-to Dunkin'. The line is usually non-existent, maybe 1 or 2 people at most. Some staff members are friendlier than others, as is the case with most places. The donuts are very consistent here. Having been to other Dunkin' stores, this is important to note as other locations lack consistency and quality like thislocation. The donuts, hot food and drinks all come out quickly. I will occasionally get my drink made incorrectly, but it's only about 5-10% of the time, and usually my fault for not speaking loud enough. If something comes out wrong, just speak up and they'll remake it for you, no big deal. I also enjoy the dog-friendly covered patio seating. It's a comfy place to chill or work on a nice day. Having this new location in Pasadena will really bring a new place for people to grab coffee at a good price, I like Starbucks but they don't offer combos like DD does.
