I started coming here through a promotion with T-Mobile; get a free medium latte. However since they only have almond milk and it's not my favorite non-dairy milk, I asked if I could just get the shots of espresso in my personal cup. They were okay with that and I went on my way. The next week, I came in asking for the same thing, but not only would they not give me the espresso, but they wouldn't put the drink in my personal cup! I'm not sure if it's because it was a Starbucks cup, but I can't think of any other reason why they wouldn't accept my personal cup. If you're trying to transition away from Starbucks and try another brand of coffee, I don't recommend Dunkin. They don't seem to accommodate customized orders like Starbucks does. read more

I'm so happy Dunkin' finally made it's way to Pasadena. I've been here twice and always get the same thing (lemon and coconut donuts). They were really fresh and not overly sweet. I've also had their tater tots but they were a little soggy. If you're craving a sweet treat for cheap, this is the place! I like to taste what am drinking ..I had the opportunity to stop by This Dunkin donuts. I have to tell you the staff was working in such great harmony together nice clean environment. Got a cup of coffee as I was waiting for the bank to open next door and I was so impressed. The coffee tasted so rich so smooth I had to stop and speak to the manager and tell him what a wonderful experience it was to finally enjoy a real cup of coffee. Every time I come here the service is great, they even give me a free donut sometimes. Park either on the street and put a quarter or two in the ticket meter or just use the parking structure directly behind Dunkin. They run out of French cruelers a lot but I guess nbd. read more

I work upstairs so parking is not an issue. The parking is actually not bad if you park in the stricture behind Dunkin'; They validate and entrances are on Del Mar or Hudson. Aside from their good regular coffee and chai lattes there is nothing great about this place. The food is NEVER good, I gave them a few tries when they opened but I refuse to buy food from them to eat. How do you mess up a toasted plain bagel?? Another thing, The smell in there is horrendous. Rotten eggs or sewer to give you an idea and supposedly it has something to do with the vents. It's just bad! I usually order online so I'm inside the location for a few brief seconds, but the times I've had to order inside and wait, I just can't do it. I need to step outside. read more

It's good. The donuts are good but average. I'd say they're more on the sweeter side that can be a bit overbearing but that's not uncommon for the majority of donut shops. The coffee is alright but not my favorite. I think their refreshers are better. The costumer service however is great. I came with my boyfriend and let me be honest I expected a lot more from DD! The sandwich of bacon,egg an cheese was 2 for 5 and me and my boyfriend didn't like it at all!! The egg taste fake and the cheese wasn't good. Honestly your better off buying the MD breakfast. I got an ice coffee of Pumpkin spice it was good and a vanilla latte was really good and the donut was good too. You absolutely cannot make this stuff up...OMG! Loved this place and have been coming almost daily!!! Forget Sbks, this coffee is superior. That part is true. I entered this last Saturday, June 2nd after ordering on the app. That order did not go through, so I did it the old fashioned way! I then went to pay for my drink using the app that states I have a $5.89 balance! Great....except for cashier says I owe her money as there is none on my account. Manager (or someone else) comes over and makes a HUGE humiliating scene. She tells me it does not matter what the app says, the app is wrong and I owe them for my drink. Mind you I only have my phone and not my wallet. And this same manager lady waits on others after me, before she decides to scream (ok, talk LOUD) about "you can just take the drink this time, but next time know the app is not working"! It was quick, convenient and friendly. A lot of reviews on here made it seem like the only parking was in front, on Lake, which is paid street parking, but there is also free parking with validation behind the store. Just enter the apartment complex parking garage behind the store from the Del Mar Ave. entrance. Get a parking ticket, turn right and park on the far right side of the garage for store parking, walk through the apartment complex doors, and Dunkin is on the left side on Lake Ave. There is a validation machine in the Dunkin' store at the front desk. Today was not a good experience at this Dunkin Donuts. When we first walked in we were not greeted but any of the employees, I actually had to say hello first; which is my book is not ok. However, I ordered a iced coffee and a dozen donuts and was told it would be a just a minute. The cashier (name beginning with an A) proceeded to help the customers behind me. She gave them their coffee, donuts and muffins without even completing my order. This is completely unacceptable and this Dunkin Donuts needs to work out their customer service skills. I left and decided to contact the store to speak to a manager regarding my experience. The manger did mention to me that they have had some customer service issues and that she would definitely speak with the employee who helped us. Here's to hoping that will actually happen. I remember seeing dunkin' donuts on every corner on my trip to the east coast. I would always order an iced latte and it would always be so cheap! That's what I love about dunkin'. Although they are not so high quality, they taste like it and are cheaper than everything else. (I'm talking to you, Starbucks!) First of all they close at 9pm which is fairly early for a donut shop considering there is a donut shop about a block away open 24hrs. Second, I came here around 7pm on a weekday and they were no longer serving cold drinks apparently their machine "wasn't working". They shop also looked like they were going to close already. There were only a few options of donuts left too. I understand they want to go home on time but two hours before closing time is quite of bit of time to have everything cleaned up. Saw about 20 flies on the donuts. We notified the staff and they said they will get rid of the donuts so they roll the shelf of donuts to the back as if they were gonna replace them. Walking out we see them roll it back in place to sell them again. Reading previous reviews they were made aware about the unsanitary environment they are working in but nothing has improved. Came in here to buy a dozen plain glazed donuts and was told I could only get an assortment of all different kinds-- I needed to call in with 24 hour notice if I wanted a dozen of the same flavor-- WTF?!? Guess you can't walk into a donut store and buy a dozen plain donuts! I was a big fan of Dunkin Donuts when I was in the East Coast and mid-West, but the chain has not translated well to the West Coast. I was so excited when they opened stores in Santa Monica, Downtown, and now my hometown of Pasadena, but they should really delete the "donuts" from their name all together-- everyone comes in here to buy breakfast sandwiches and coffee drinks, and their donuts just sit in the display window-- but alas, they won't sell me a dozen plain glazed donuts.
