I was hesitant to stop by this location because of the reviews. But I gave it a chance because I needed my coffee fix quickly so I could hop right back on the Highway. The gentleman who took my order the woman who gave me my order was also very very kind. My food was correct and prepared very quickly. I was under the impression that this was an actual Dunkin when looking for a place to stop off the highway on the way to Tampa. My GPS brought me around the back of the building, and it was super shady. I pulled up and realize this was a Dunkin inside of a Circle K. I really needed to use the restroom so I ran in despite it feeling like an unsafe area. I literally ran in the bathroom and the stalls were disgusting. There was also no door on the women's bathroom. There were stalls on the doors of course, but no actual bathroom door. As I headed back toward the bathrooms the whole convenient store smelled bad. I was probably in there a total of 2 minutes. There was a line for the actual dunkin part and I didn't even think about stopping to get a coffee like I originally planned. This should be marked more clearly on google that it's not really a dunkin. I drove down the road to Wawa which was very nice to fill up on gas and stretch my legs for a minute. Made a quick stop to use the restroom and then get some donuts on our way to Orlando from Atlanta. Dunkin' is located inside a Circle K store that has a very busy gas station. The restroom was clean. My Boston cream donut was good! R's old fashioned donuts were old and stale. Good thing we started eating the donuts before leaving the parking lot. Dropped in this morning for a cappuccino and donut on the way to work. Thought it was going to be a quick process so I went inside vs drive thru, BOY was I wrong! I waited at the counter for about 5 min while 3 workers were scrabbling around behind the counter. One person has already had his order taken and was waiting for his order to be filled. Finally a young man came to take my order, "Sorry sir but we don't have cappuccino"... and another worked says "the machine is broke." Ok, I'll take a medium coffee black and a donut. He gave me my donut and I paid for the order... I sat waiting over 10 minutes with the guy who was waiting before I even ordered. At the 15 minute mark, I walked out... IT WAS A SIMPLE BLACK COFFEE FOR CHRIST SAKE!! How long does it take to pour a cup of coffee! And of course the gas station this Dunkin is in doesn't sell coffee. So I proceeded down to Arby's and got a coffee in less then 2 minutes!!! Needless to say, I will NOT be going back in on this Dunkin. You have 3 workers and you still can keep up with orders? The store manager made sure that he fixed the previous bad experience. This store is very busy because of location and honestly my new go to for my daily coffee fix. What an absolute horrible place! I came here with my friends ordered three coffees couple sandwiches and hashbrowns. We're waiting for 10 minutes before we even got our coffee. We sit down while we wait for and all you can hear is someone puking in the back. So we're still waiting 25 minutes for our food. I asked the lady when our food would be out. We've been waiting almost 35 minutes already altogether she goes oh I don't know they backed up on food. Yeah you can clearly see them passing out a bunch of food in the drive-through. What about the customers upfront that are waiting so I ask her I say I want to refund, I don't wanna eat food after I hear someone puking their guts out back there and waiting almost an hour I want to refund I don't know how to do a refund so I asked for the manager you'll have to wait she's not here right now. What the fuck who's managers not on the floor at 9 o'clock in the morning. ask her who's in charge because Marissa she's a shift lead so I asked to speak to her. She said she's making the food so I see three people running around and then all of a sudden you hear puking. You obviously know this Marissa chick is the one that's puking if you see all the other coworkers working they work and have an attitude and stuff whatever but I want my refund I spent $30 for me and my friends, Marissa will be with you in a moment. I'm sorry I have to go make these drinks now I said forget keep my $30 but would not recommend this place whatsoever. The coffee is disgusting. Absolutely appalled by store manager Luis Lugo. I witnessed a someone driving a UHaul hit the awning at the drive through window. She was incredibly cooperative, polite, and visibly shaken up by her mishap. Luis was yelling in her face, threatening to call the cops, and telling her she'd owe more than $20,000 in damage (There's no way the damage was more than $2,000-$3,000). Sweet cold foam is atrocious- fake cream taste and it tastes old. Not good- just another over processed item that keeps Dunkin' down in the ranks. They just can't get quality ingredients down. Avoid this and other sweetened drinks as they all taste artificial. Stuck to bee or maybe a cappuccino- which is still subpar to standard coffee shops but is better thank their other cook and hot drinks with the sweetened syrups added. read more
