Pretty decent Starbucks location which I escape to when visiting parental units who live in the area. This one has a cool industrial type of decor, plenty of seating inside, and nice patio seating outside. Nice baristas and it's clean. Bathroom ok. What I like here is that there is a drive thru. It can be slow at times when there are a bunch of cars on line. It's still nice when I want to grab a drink and listen to my tunes in the car before heading back to the house. read more

Arrived 20 minutes before close, cashier claimed they did not make decaf iced coffee, I willingly accepted a decaf iced americano instead. Asked for a very berry hibiscus with light ice and requested extra berries in it. We paid in cash and afterwards we realized we did not pay with the Starbucks app, and asked to refund and simply redo the transaction, she said "Can't do that, too late". Quickly handed us our drinks and told us to have a good night in a cold tone. Americano was watery, and very berry hibiscus had full ice and no berries in it. I love that they moved just a few blocks from the previous location. Parking is a breeze at this one. Service is amazing though drive thru can be very slow at times. I love Starbucks! Their customer service is usually great, order never wrong and unless its rush hour the wait isn't too bad. This location has a drive-through which is an upgrade Vs. Where the old location was that didn't have that. You can preorder and just pick up your order. Now they have these sous vide eggs. I tried the Bacon and Gruyere cheese ones. They are perfect with a cup of Coffee/Latte. You get two with each order. They also have an Egg White and Roasted Red Pepper one, which I haven't tried yet. The staff is absolutely amazing! I'm a daily mobile order customer and the minute I walk in the door they are always so kind and with smiles on their faces (right now with bright smiling eyes because masks ) say hello to me by name and occasionally will write little notes on my cup of perfectly made every time coffee or food item bag which is such a nice way to start the day and honestly with working in healthcare during this time of craziness and sadness can be the best part of the day and a much need nice little surprise that I appreciate so much. The store is always so clean and the staff is on top of making sure everyone is safe by enforcing the mask rule and always doing it so kindly and professionally with no issue or apparent judgement that I've ever witnessed. They make conscious efforts to ensure food and drink items are kept from where risk of possible contamination is low. I've been using this Starbucks and the old location almost daily for 5 years. I'm always satisfied with my drink or they remake it with an apology and a smile. I've tried many custom drinks that I've thought up and some the baristas have made up. My only complaint is that I really miss the old location because of the Historic building and it being on the square. You can't duplicate the look or the feel of the old store. This building has an industrial decor which feels kind of cold to me. However, the parking is much better here and the drive thru is the best thing about it. Starbucks makes a fantastic hot chocolate and they are always convenient with consistent blends of flavors. The staff are mostly friendly and even got my name right! The drink was well made and arrived quickly. The bathrooms were clean and well kept. The tables are very cleanly and efficiently maintained so that no one is kept waiting too long. Came in for an afternoon pick-me-up. Didn't feel like anything fancy so ordered and iced coffee with caramel syrup and coconut milk. My friend ordered and iced green tea matcha latte. My coffee was perfectly sweet--not too sweet like I can sometimes get; this was just right! My friend loved the green tea matcha latte. She was worried about it being gritty, which can sometimes be the case with matcha. The barista recommended they blend the latte to make sure it wasn't gritty. That was the best recommendation. My friend said it was the best green tea matcha latte she's ever had. Next time, I think I may try the green tea matcha blended the same way. read more
