This Starbucks is by far the best I've been to in Florida. The outdoor patio being covered is a game changer! I've never seen a Starbucks with this and I hope they start renovating to add this to other locations. Drinks are always reliable and delicious. What put this location above the rest is the outdoor covered seating and the order pick up parking spots. Genius for people that order ahead and just want to park for a second to run in and grab their drink. Can't wait to come back and read a book on the patio.

I heard their 6 foot tall Jamaican sounding black manager tell two new customers that walked into the door "my You could have filled it out over there don't you see we're busy?!?" In a rude tone. He asked about an order, trying to figure out whose order it was, calling out a number and I stepped forward when we made eye contact I said "I don't remember my order number." As I fumbled through my phone looking. He said "Did you order at the register? No. I don't think so. Act like you got some sense." Embarrassed I walked to the table by the door and buried my face into my phone to avoid looking at anyone. I have only 75% hearing capacity in my ears it's been like that my whole life. It's not a big deal, I just talk a little loud which I've work d on a lot of the years and strain to hear from far away spaces...much like today. I was waiting to hear my name. Hearing is helped by listening for a specific phrase, so I was listening for my account name (Mercedes). So he goes "Who had the three caramel iced coffees?" Instantly I jump up and walk to him he goes "I called this out 5 times you need to learn to listen." In front of a group of about 10 people in the store. I had to ask 3 times for a cup carrier and the lid on one was undone and spilled on my dress. He was also very rude to others. I absolutely can not believe americas #1 food chain hires managers that treat their customers like absolute garbage. This same man has argued with me multiple times in the past and my sister says he gives her high anxiety and absolutely refuses to go into that store. 3 other people I know won't even buy from there or go thru drive thru. Your losing business because of this man and the last time we argued I was stopping by after a funeral with my kids and he said "I don't care you need to control your kids" because my autistic one was running up to the counter to say hi while he was on the register with another lady. This is a disgrace. Do better.
