What a cute little shop. We were greeted right as we entered and everyone is so friendly. It's always a great idea to shop small and support a local business. This one was very well maintained and the coffee and food were great! We had a pumpkin spice latte and a double fudge brownie. Both were fresh and priced just right. They had a few options, like the frittatas that made me want to come again. I also loved the outdoor space that features beautiful seating and flowers.

Delicious treats before or after your bike ride.

We were camped at Paynes Prairie SP and finally decided to get a morning treat along with a cup of coffee. My husband had a thick slice of banana walnut bread and I enjoyed the cherry turnover. My latte was perfect. The coffee was so delicious, I bought a bag of beans and had him grind it for me. I can hardly wait to try my morning pour over with this grind. There is also a nice little shopping area inside the authentic Cracker House. We ate our baked goodies and drank our coffee outside on the front porch. Sitting and drinking in the small town view, ancient oaks with branches reaching across the road was the best start to our day's bike ride. This beats Starbucks any day!

Cute little store with baked brownies and cookies. He also sold all kinds of jelly jams and honey. Jelly was expensive $14 for a small jar. I kicked myself for not getting one of the brownies cuz they looked awesome. Great little story check out when you're in this area.

My hubby enjoying his gourmet latte.

Delicious desserts and the coffee was amazing also! It was nice to get a cup and sit on the porch reading my book and enjoying the quiet.

Sweetwater coffee beans for sale, you can have them ground at the counter of course if you need it. Amazing stuff

This place is as delightful as ever! Baked goods that will blow your mind, and locally roasted Sweetwater Coffee. Gift items too. Such a great old Florida patio up front and more space out back. A must visit when you come through Micanopy.

I went with a lingonberry custard pastry (I forgot what the actual name was) and it was absolutely delicious! The tart lingonberries, creamy custard, flaky pastry, and sweet glaze all complemented each other so well. I do wish there was a lot more filling and that it was more evenly distributed, as I only got a few bites with the filling and the rest were just plain pastry with glaze (still yummy though). The service was very quick and the people behind the counter were helpful and friendly.

The lady at the front was so kind and welcoming, even though it was clear they'd had a rush (it was Easter weekend, so totally understandable that people came early and stocked up!). Everything is super reasonably priced, all items are $3, and you can get a half dozen for just $12. That's wild for the quality you're getting! They have an amazing variety: danishes, cookies, pound cakes, and more. We ended up with a vanilla glazed cinnamon bun, lemon pound cake, cinnamon danish crunch, almond cloud cookie, karma cookie, and a pecan pie bar to split with one of my close friends, and every single bite was absolutely delicious. I wish I had known there was a line forming right at 7am. I would've rolled out of bed sooner. Thankfully, they told us you can call ahead and reserve, which we might just do next time because I'm already thinking about going back. I highly recommend the danishes & vanilla cinnamon glaze glazed bun and the pecan pie bar! This place is one of those spots you'll want to visit again and again, just get there early or call ahead to snag the goods!

I purchased two loaves of the sourdough and two loaves of the seeded bread. I cannot wait to go back up and purchase sourdough again! They offer pastries as well and different coffees. In the same plaza, they have a fish market that has great fish dip that went perfectly with the sourdough. The service was great and friendly. There is a raised area on the floor where if you're not looking, you can trip easily. I recommended that they put a bright orange piece of tape on it to get people's eye to notice there's a ledge. The ambience of the place feels like a bakery with all the different selections that you would see in France. If you are in the area go check it out! Enjoy!

I was so glad to see they were open as the few times I had visited before they were closed. With that said, I recommend to call beforehand as my understanding is that the bakery has odd hours sometimes. The staff was friendly and helped me choose a selection of goods to take home with me. I ended up with their very last snickerdoodle cookie, two spinach quiches, and their peanut butter chocolate cheesecake with an Oreo crust. Yum, yum, and yum! All of it. We finally explored the square due to one of the art walk events. Since it we visited twice here on Friday evenings, we decided to have espresso. During the events in the square, the businesses usually stay open later than usual. This also means they are busy. I have yet to visit during normal business hours so I am not sure how the traffic is usually. Our first visit was just to check it out and get whatever on a spontaneous decision. I did not know they serve beer and wine so I opted for wine our first time. I picked out some French white wine, which wound up being over $20 for a tiny bottle! The staff member warned me she was unsure of the price and we were both shocked when she scanned it lol. I then switched it for a sparkling wine, which was half the price. The espresso hubs and I split was as good as it gets. We love our espressos and coffee bold and strong so we were happy. The staff member also gave me a teacher's discount, which I appreciate so much because therapists don't usually get discounts! The next time we visited, we ordered another espresso, as well as a cinnamon bun and an Andes cake. OMFG how orgasmic!! I love mint chocolate anything so I was sooooo excited! We saved it for later and it was just amazing! Hubs loves cinnamon buns and he approved as well. Both times we sat for a while, sipped our coffee, and talked. I am definitely interested in checking Soleil out when it is less busy to soak it in. The place was clean and the staff were personable and friendly. They serve a lot of vegan products and honestly, they are so good, you probably could not tell the difference which is vegan or not. They have comfy seating and it does feel very cozy in there.
