There was a chocolate with pecan pie that was the best out of the 3 we tried. Very friendly staff. Will make the 30 Drive from the interstate to get to this place. Next time I hope to try their food. Our first visit back to That One Place in Williston after the holidays and what a delight! As always, the dining room was spotless, we were immediately seated and our drink order was taken. We saw the filet mignon offering earlier in the week and we agreed if it was on Friday's menu, we were heading there for dinner. My wife and I came here to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary last week. We showed up at like 6pm on a Fri evening and were the only table there. Usually that would be slightly concerning but their phone was ringing a lot for orders, the ambiance was clean/chill, and the service was hospitable so we were totally good with it. I missed taking pics off the apps but I had a side salad which was really good and my wife had a curry soup that she liked. Bread also came out with a dipping vinagarette of some sort that I liked. The entrees were solid/very good but we were really there cus we'd heard about their desserts. The lady that owns this place bakes cakes with pies inside! Yes, you heard what I said- FREAKING CAKES WITH PIES INSIDE OF THEM. For that reason and if for even that reason only, this one place is That One Place you should try 1000%. This unassuming looking little place had me second guessing my decision to go have dinner there! But once inside the place is impeccably clean and the service was instant and excellent. Pleasant people and then came the food. Melt in your mouth filet mignon with a dipping sauce that is to die for. My wife, who does not really like beef that much, surprised me by ordering the steak! And we both loved our meals! Dessert she had a Flan and I had a Strawberry cake and both were very good. If you are in Williston Florida you have to try this place and you won't regret it! Sometimes the right place is that one place! That one place when you are down and lonely.   That one place you crave above all else! This is "THAT ONE PLACE"!  I've been wanting to visit this restaurant for awhile now, as they were established in 2022. They have evolved into a beautiful fusion of Brazilian/American Cuisine; However, it is common to find several items on the daily menu from all around the world! BUT, they are known for their signature dish....the Churrasco! In fact, it's the one item on the ever changing daily menu that is a constant. This dish translates to party of meats! That is exactly why my husband and I ordered it and it was certainly a PARTY in my mouth! As I mentioned, the menu changes daily based on what is fresh and available locally. Which I love due to sustainability AND creativity. Its always a surprise. They also now are able to serve beer and wine. BIG PLUS! Chef Roberta, her father Guil, her mother Angela, and Mark our server, were full of passion for food and hospitality! All very kind and welcoming. Mark was super informative and one of the best servers I've had. I'm a foodie, so that says a lot.  The dinner started with delicious complementary toasted bread and a tangy but balanced Brazilian salsa! I usually skip the bread, but we tore it up!  WHAT WE ORDERED: Bluberry Bisque! Light and tantilizing maserated cold blueberry soup! It was excellent and had beautiful notes of vanilla!  That One Churrasco! We shared our meal. We chose flap steak, marinated chicken breast, and Brazilian sausage (linguica) for our meats. The steak was tender, juicy, full of flavor, and a perfect medium rare. I grew up on linguica and this was some of the best! The marinated chicken was delightful. I believe saffron and maybe turmeric were involved in the marinating amongst other spices! I don't like chicken and I demolished my half! The accompanying fried potatoes were perfectly seasoned and delish. And my other half is a fried potato snob. Im kinda that way with green beans. Again, perfectly seasoned and had just the right amount of crisp to them!  Brigadeiro! These were a delight and brought back childhood memories. What makes these rich sweet truffles different from traditional truffles is that they use sweetened condensed milk! Wow! We ordered 4. They were a flavor explosion! One was enough, and I saved one for later. So good!  In full disclosure. Our meal was $24.50 for the main and they do charge a $5.00 sharing fee. Which we felt was fair do to the fact it was Soooo much food and possibly too much for some couples. IT WAS WORTH EVERY BIT!  Please try this place. This place is amazing. Former New Yorker on an adventure with my girlfriend and her kids and I needed a place for her birthday dinner. Found this place and it was perfect. The menu is small meaning the chef cooks the best ingredients available and creates great dishes. And, options for the kids. Such a wonderful place. It's so rare to find a restaurant with such a passionate and creative chef - who even frequently changes the menu to unexpected and absolutely delicious items!!!! There is also a bakery counter that has truly life-changing (and large-portioned) Pakes (pies mixed with cakes) and often has keto and gluten free options!!! The food was delicious! They gladly accommodated my husband's gluten intolerance and my dairy intolerance.

I so wanted to love this place and promote Williston small business, but I just couldn't because everything we had except the bread at the start was pretty bad. No liquor license, i.e. no dinner wine is a huge limitation. The lemonade and water we had to drink were unbelievably served in thin, disposable plastic cups. The tiny bowls of "salad" were some sort of mayonnaise covered slaw with carrots and kale. It tasted all right, but not great. My husband ordered the Berry Pork Tenderloin. The berry sauce was passable, but the pork turned out to be an extremely tough three quarters of an inch thick boneless pork chop, not pork tenderloin. I had the Ahi tuna and shrimp. I have never had a piece of fish so overdone, tough, and dry. It was completely unseasoned, but seasoning wouldn't have saved it anyway. The five small skewered grilled shrimp were reasonably good, but nothing special. Accompanying sautéed peppers were nice, but the rice was dry and tasteless. On to dessert. I had mediocre, odd textured flan. My husband had some sort of peach pie stuffed inside crumbly, dry cinnamon cake. This attempt at originality doesn't work. Also, it was nearly impossible to fork through the hard buried pie crust. My husband commented that it might have been passable had it been warm or room temperature, but it was refrigerator cold and barely palatable. We smiled and were polite and took boxes home quite literally for our doggie. We didn't complain about our disappointment. I also didn't tip because our server was the restaurant owner. Of course, we won't return, and I predict, unfortunately, that if what we experienced is typical, this restaurant won't make it for much longer. We were the only sit-down customers for tonight's first hour of operation. Admittedly, it's Wednesday, maybe not a big day for dining out in Williston. read more

Probably the friendliest place I have ever eaten in. First the food is next level! If you can make the veggies taste good, you are awesome and this place is very awesome. Then the entree came and it was even more amazing. The prices are a little high for Williston, but the food is worth it. I will be going back as much as possible. The service was quick and very efficient, our waiter made recommendations and they were perfect. I do like the remodel it looks great.
