This unassuming looking little place had me second guessing my decision to go have dinner there! But once inside the place is impeccably clean and the service was instant and excellent. Pleasant people and then came the food. Melt in your mouth filet mignon with a dipping sauce that is to die for. My wife, who does not really like beef that much, surprised me by ordering the steak! And we both loved our meals! Dessert she had a Flan and I had a Strawberry cake and both were very good. If you are in Williston Florida you have to try this place and you won't regret it! We will go back!

Sometimes the right place is that one place! That one place when you are down and lonely.   That one place you crave above all else! This is "THAT ONE PLACE"!  I've been wanting to visit this restaurant for awhile now, as they were established in 2022. They have evolved into a beautiful fusion of Brazilian/American Cuisine; However, it is common to find several items on the daily menu from all around the world! BUT, they are known for their signature dish....the Churrasco! In fact, it's the one item on the ever changing daily menu that is a constant. This dish translates to party of meats! That is exactly why my husband and I ordered it and it was certainly a PARTY in my mouth! As I mentioned, the menu changes daily based on what is fresh and available locally. Which I love due to sustainability AND creativity. Its always a surprise. They also now are able to serve beer and wine. BIG PLUS! Chef Roberta, her father Guil, her mother Angela, and Mark our server, were full of passion for food and hospitality! All very kind and welcoming. Mark was super informative and one of the best servers I've had. I'm a foodie, so that says a lot.  The dinner started with delicious complementary toasted bread and a tangy but balanced Brazilian salsa! I usually skip the bread, but we tore it up!  WHAT WE ORDERED: Bluberry Bisque! Light and tantilizing maserated cold blueberry soup! It was excellent and had beautiful notes of vanilla!  That One Churrasco! We shared our meal. We chose flap steak, marinated chicken breast, and Brazilian sausage (linguica) for our meats. The steak was tender, juicy, full of flavor, and a perfect medium rare. I grew up on linguica and this was some of the best! The marinated chicken was delightful. I believe saffron and maybe turmeric were involved in the marinating amongst other spices! I don't like chicken and I demolished my half! The accompanying fried potatoes were perfectly seasoned and delish. And my other half is a fried potato snob. Im kinda that way with green beans. Again, perfectly seasoned and had just the right amount of crisp to them!  Brigadeiro! These were a delight and brought back childhood memories. What makes these rich sweet truffles different from traditional truffles is that they use sweetened condensed milk! Wow! We ordered 4. They were a flavor explosion! One was enough, and I saved one for later. So good!  In full disclosure. Our meal was $24.50 for the main and they do charge a $5.00 sharing fee. Which we felt was fair do to the fact it was Soooo much food and possibly too much for some couples. IT WAS WORTH EVERY BIT!  Please try this place. I can't say enough about the kindess, excellent service, and most importantly, the high quality of the food.  Make "That One Place" YOUR PLACE.  PS They also have themed 5 course meals and also take-home casserole type meals.

Berry soup (cold and refreshing for these hot summer days) and the best sangria!

The food was delicious! They gladly accommodated my husband's gluten intolerance and my dairy intolerance.

I've only had a couple of items from the bakery, but both were simply outstanding!!…read more I've had the croissant drizzled w/ chocolate a couple of times. If that were the only item available, they'd have a customer for life in me. I love that i can taste all of the elements without any being out of balance. This is so rare in food these days, particularly in pastries 'n' such. I also had a chocolate muffin. Again, utterly delightful; abundant chocolate flavor and appropriately sweet without being gaudy. YUM!! Staff is so very nice and friendly. They find time for gentle yack with us visiting yankees. Wunnerful place! DO pay them a visit.

I cannot describe how fabulous this bakery truly is! We were out this morning fishing and decided…read moreto walk around when we then found a little bit of heaven , just WoW! Cedar Key island Bakery is a family owned bakery where most if not all of their recipes come from previous generations ! In the early 2000's they opened in Nashville and the bakery grew very big but the family wanted to travel the country. After some time they decided to settle in Cedar Key ! Everyone who walks in to the bakery will be greeted with smiles and kindness! On Thursday's it's key lime pie day and you must go early! As the day goes on the delicious baked goods can disappear fast. The fantastic chocolate cake I've heard is a secret recipe that's been in the family for many, many years I can only imagine. It is so moist and heavenly, not too sweet and just the right flavor, texture and richness we had to go back in and grab a second to take back home! There is even ice cream if you'd like to have some on top, just yum! I picked up a caramel apple donut that was out of this world stuffed to the brim with apples so fresh and incredible. I also got a peanut butter and jelly donut that most definitely had real peanut butter and it is outrageously delicious! The chocolate covered donut was simply divine. The chocolate on top is thick and tastes almost a bit like ganache. I will be getting these again and trying others when we come back as the Cedar Key Bakery is going to be our go to when visiting. I almost forgot about my maple bacon donut that I also really liked. I would probably add more bacon but maybe that's me because it still is another delicious option. Everything in this bakery is wonderful and I can promise that you will love it! The atmosphere itself is amazing, you just have to walk in and see. It almost feels like an old country store but instead you find wonderful fresh baked goods and ice cream ! What more can anyone ask for. We will be back shortly! 315 2nd Street, Cedar Key, FL, USA (352)325-3750 Info@ckibakery.com Hours: Opening hours Saturday 7:30AM-7PM Sunday Closed Monday Closed Tuesday Closed Wednesday 7:30AM-2PM Thursday 7:30AM-7PM Friday 7:30AM-7PM
