Just like being back in Paris, a cute little coffee shop that you can have dates with your spouse or besties. The location is gorgeous and I've always loved their original but this one is even better. I ordered a loaf of rosemary bread sliced for the week at home. It's always so delicious. I also ordered a Nutella croissant and a raspberry custard pastry that was perfect. But I want to try more next time. The service is always great and the baristas are so sweet. The food is the same, very tasty as always, though I believe there is a smaller selection at this location. The service was great and very quick. What makes this one better (in my opinion) is that there is much more space to sit down and it is a very cute place! Petit Uppercrust has my heart! They made it into cookie form! Their business hours are from 7:30am-6pm everyday but they can close early if they start to run out of merchandise since their pastries are fresh made everyday.That's how you know their customers love them because they sell out often! So get there early if you want to try everything! From the first bite of my croissant, with its crunchy,flaky exterior to the buttery interior it is by far the best croissant I've ever had. The cookies were excellent and latte had great body and flavor. Their seating is very adorable with options to buy wine or trinkets as well. Overall: If you want a cute place to sit with a friend and eat some baked goodies, come here! Ambiance: Compared to the main location this place feels lighter and just cute. There isn't as much parking immediately available but if you don't mind a little walking there is plenty of street parking. It's very homey when you walk in. There isn't much available compared to the main location so if you're someone who gets easily overwhelmed I say come here instead. You can order to eat there and they will serve on real plates (sometime). Then, sit outside. Warning there aren't many places to sit. It's more of a grab and go sit outside in nature elsewhere. However, if you're able to find a table I recommend sitting especially when it's cooler in the mornings. Service: Polite, quick, and friendly. You will have to get your order if you sit outside so just a fair warning. Although, a few times if they are not super busy they are kind enough to bring it to you. Food: Great! A lot of options. I love their quiches to eat there in the mornings. I only eat their vegetarian ones but if you eat ham or anything pork they have that option too. My friend always gets one of the roses. I will say it feels a tad expensive now compared to some other bakeries I've gone to. I had a friend visit from Tampa and she said it was kinda pricey compared to Tampa bakeries and that is saying something! It's easy when things go perfectly to write a great review. But I think you can learn more about a business by how they react when things go wrong. I placed an order for pickup the night before and prepaid. In the morning I arrived about 10 minutes early to pick up. The person at the counter went back to check, I could see her talking to another employee (I'm guessing the manager) they walked back and forth a few times and then I could see the manager on the phone. She came out an apologized. I guess she read the order wrong and they had 7/12 cinnamon rolls I ordered available. She had already called the main store and the rest of the order was on the way. She also filled a box with other treats on the house to apologize. It ended up taking about 15-20 minutes for the rest of my order to get there. Everyone was so kind, and apologetic. In the end the small cafe was busy, and made for great people watching while I waited. The cinnamon rolls were more than worth the wait! And it was wonderful to get to sample some other great treats. My wife and I love the original uppercrust. This location has some kinks to work out and isn't quite as good, but we have faith they'll figure it out. The selection is significantly smaller and there is no amazing wine section. However, we can walk to it! My wife and I look forward to walking over to have a small treat and a glass of wine in the evenings. The staff has been exceptionally kind every time we've gone and the location seems to get nicer with each visit. I admit I wasn't sold on this place when I first visited about 8 months ago, but I've been back several times since then and I think this place is as good as the original uppercrust, if not better. I'm not sure why this place doesn't have more reviews. Everyone here is so friendly. The baristas make you feel at home.
