Beautiful outdoor seating
Layla A.

Petit Uppercrust has my heart! They made it into cookie form! Their business hours are from 7:30am-6pm everyday but they can close early if they start to run out of merchandise since their pastries are fresh made everyday. That's how you know their customers love them because they sell out often! So get there early if you want to try everything! From the first bite of my croissant, with its crunchy, flaky exterior to the buttery interior it is by far the best croissant I've ever had. The cookies were excellent and latte had great body and flavor. Their seating is very adorable with options to buy wine or trinkets as well. The staff seem hand picked because they ALL were excellent. Absolutely recommend this place if you're in the Gainesville area.

This is a sweet spot in Haile Plantation. The pastry was good, but messy and difficult to eat. Service was friendly and the outdoor seating was quite enjoyable.

Cozy place with delicious goodies! It's the flavor of France in Sunshine state

Delicious!! Pastries are just as good as the OG uppercrust while being a lot less busy and having more seating options.

Swamp Head Brewery in Gainesville is easily one of the best brewery experiences around. I tried a…read moreflight of four featuring Not a Flamingo, Sky Puppies, Hawk Moth, and Moundz, and it was the perfect way to see how well they execute across completely different styles. Not a Flamingo was incredibly smooth with a dessert-like flavor without being too heavy, Sky Puppies was juicy and clean, Hawk Moth had a really nice balance with a subtle sweetness, and Moundz was on another level if you enjoy rich, decadent stouts. The atmosphere is just as good as the beer, laid back, welcoming, and exactly what you want when you are hanging out and trying a few different pours. Everything felt consistent and well thought out from the menu to the quality in the glass. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Swamp Head Brewery to anyone who appreciates great craft beer.

Their beer flights are incredible and the selection is seriously mind blowing. You can tell they put a lot of care into what they brew, and they genuinely deserve every award on the wall. If we could give it a 10 star rating, we absolutely would. The staff has always been super friendly and welcoming, and we've never really had to wait long for a beer even when it's busy. We love the outdoor setup and activities, and the whole place has such a relaxed, family friendly vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. We tried quite a few different beers across both visits and everything was great, but our personal favorites were the Dole Whip, Gummy Worm, and Pink Starburst flavors. Even the bathrooms were spotless both times, which is always a nice bonus and shows how well they take care of the place overall. We really love the vibe here and we will definitely be back again soon.

Today we had a " Deep Dish Ziti" that has meatballs, Italian sausage, pepperoni, marinara, creamy alfredo, Italian herbs, lot's of creamy mozzarella & Parmesan cheese and fresh basil with a garlic knot on the side! So good and it just hits the spot. This may not be an Italian restaurant but honestly this dish was really wonderful and it tasted authentic and like the Italian food I always had from home. A fabulous combination of meats, cheeses, sauces & herbs everything just came together so nicely I would order it again! We also had the "New Orleans Jambalaya" this dish consists of blackened chickened breast, sautéed shrimp, chicken andouille-sausage, bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, a Cajun spiced broth over rice pilaf! The flavors here are done really well! It tasted nice and everything was cooked terrific. We decided to share some dessert so we ordered a "Salted Caramel Pizookie" which is a warm caramel cookie with sweet almond toffee, crunchy pretzel bites, white + Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips, topped with vanilla bean ice cream and caramel sauce! Absolutely heavenly! They have about 12 different Pizookie flavors and options including a Gluten-free option, a Dubai flavor, strawberry shortcake, monster and more! Everyone will love this place, bring the kids or don't. Whatever you decide to do this is a place that has it all. Gluten-free options, a kids menu, pasta, burgers, pizza, steak and slow roasted meals, entree salads, soups and more! Do not hesitate this place is worth stopping at and having a meal. Our party of six was ready for a great meal, and some of us got it…read more Our server was very nice, but little extras like additional salad dressing was not delivered with the salad, and after a long wait had to be asked for again. I ordered a ribeye steak, which was cooked as requested, but the sweet potato fries I'd ordered were not delivered. After a wait this and a couple of other small things was mentioned to our server, and about the time everyone else was finished eating, a small plate with regular fries was finally brought to the table. One member of our party ordered a Tri- Tip steak cooked medium rare, it came out to her practically raw. After a long wait, this was pointed out to our server who took it back to the kitchen. After a while, it was returned exactly as it had been... still nearly raw, but with some fresh sauce poured over it. Since everyone else had finished their meals by this time, I requested the meal be comped, which our server did. All in all not the enjoyable evening we'd looked forward to, unfortunately. A couple of points: all the misdelivered and undelivered items could have been avoided if the runners were aware of what had been ordered before taking it the the table. The steak issue is on the grill chef who messed it up the first time and then tried to get slick the second time - as if fresh sauce would solve the problem. The entire meal came to around $169 -after the comped uneaten steak. On the upside, the burgers and ribs were said to be tasty, and the various sides as well. Our server handled things well, so props to him... and a decent tip despite everything. I may be back for a burger and beer.

For larger parties, they will take your phone number and notify you when your table is ready so that your group can wander the shops nearby or grab a drink at The Lodge bar (part of Hollerbach's). There is a ton of seating both inside and outside, and at certain times there is live German music inside which is broadcasted outside on TV and speakers! One thing I was really impressed by was their ability to substitute sides. I substituted both of my sides for no extra charge. I highly recommend the German potato salad (warm kartoffelsalat) instead of French fries for a way more traditional schnitzel experience. The cucumber salad (gurkensalat), egg noodles with gravy (spätzle mit soße), and sauerkraut (sauerkraut) were all delightful as well! The atmosphere is lively, noisy, and fun (especially on the weekends) with people doing shotskis and passing around Das Boot!

The chicken snitzel was dry, chewy and flavorless - the same with the spatzel and gravy. The red cabbage was too vinegary, as well as the sourkrout. The first server left for an emergency, with a manager stepping in to help (sincerely apologizing), until another server (also very nice) took over - but clearly overextended. We sat inside, which meant the band was playing, which most customers enjoyed. I looked online to see where Hollerbach's WillowTree Cafe ranks in the German-American restaurant assaociation. At one time it was #1 and #2. Today, it's not even ranked - which I can see why. Since the family ownership changed hands, the food quality has significantly gone down hill, which makes me sad. This was my favorite German restaurant (still is), but now I have low expectations

There are actually 2 Auntie Anne's located inside the Orange Park Mall, but only 1 of them is listed on Yelp. Everything I've ever gotten from either stand in the OP Mall has been fresh and mighty tasty. Hubby and I go see A LOT of movies in the AMC Theatre which is attached to the OP Mall, and quite often we'll make a pit stop at Auntie Anne's and grab a couple of pretzels or pretzels dogs and take them into the theatre with us. Yes, they sell soft pretzels in the theatre, but they are gross and are like triple the cost of one of Auntie Anne's pretzels. So I buy them and shove them in my over-sized purse. Works for me! Shhhhhh!

I've tried the s'mores pretzel, the pizza pretzel, and a classic salted pretzel with queso on the side, and honestly... no misses. The salted pretzel is soft on the inside, perfectly chewy, and that queso? Dangerous. Warm, creamy, and the perfect amount of salty to make you keep dipping until it's gone. The pizza pretzel is exactly what you want when you can't decide between carbs and pizza -- fluffy pretzel dough loaded with sauce and cheese that actually tastes balanced, not greasy. But the s'mores pretzel deserves its own shoutout. Chocolate, marshmallow, graham vibes all wrapped in a warm pretzel is unreal. Sweet, melty, and 100% worth the mess. Everything is fresh, hot, and made with care, and it's become one of those booths I actively look for every weekend. If you see this truck at a market, do yourself a favor and get in line. You won't regret it.
