AMAZING FREAKING PRETZELS!!! And,a fantastic little garden area in the back to take a break while you eat your pretzel. I highly recommend getting a pretzel here. Doggo's welcome & Sammie approved!

Pretzels are always something that I can take or leave, but not at this place. Every time I go to Saint Augustine, this has become a staple. Sometimes there's a 10-minute wait, and it is completely worth it. If you get the plain one, they have really good cheese to dip it into, or if you get the pepperoni one, that is just incredible by itself. As good as the pretzels are, what's even better is the secret garden in the back, complete with a hand-washing station and an extra place to buy cookies and hot chocolate this time of year. A beautiful garden with Christmas decorations, straight out of a Hallmark movie. I have loved discovering this gem and look forward to going back. It is truly a magnificent experience!

When the hunger cravings hit and you want something quick, grab a pretzel. This was a first for me but very satisfying. A pizza pretzel without the sauce. The gooey cheese and pepperoni toppings made for the perfect size slice

Staff was friendly. The pretzel was cooked perfectly, soft and doughy. I wish it were a little saltier but overall a great pretzel and I would come back.

Oh my the dough is just so delicious!!! It smells heavenly when you walk in. The make the dough fresh! There is a variety of options but I got the basic option of plain pretzel and it is so good. You can get cheese dip, mustard spicy and regular with your pretzel. The pretzels are warm, soft, flavorful and so worth the calories! The staff works hard and is constantly making fresh ones for the customers.

Fun to watch them make the pretzels.

The pretzels were hot n ready and pretty big! The service was awesome and very friendly. And they are located in the historic area that is always a great place to just walk around and check out the little shops. We always make a stop here when we visit.

I didn't even know this chain of bakery was a thing but definitely glad I stumbled upon it during my visit to St Augustine. They are Amish-inspired soft pretzels in a variety of flavors and dipping sauces. Apparently the dipping sauces are included with the order but I ordered 2 and did not get any dipping sauces. It was quite busy during my visit, including a line to even order, but I would like to try some of their other options (like the pepperoni or jalapeño/cheese) because the one I had (original/salt) was delicious. My kids and I devoured both pretzels, they were perfectly cooked and tasted yummy. Not much to say about the ambience because it's quite a small little place where you just basically order and get your food to go.

Shoutout to our local community heroes. I vote this one of the best fresh hot pretzels that I have ever had in my 53 years of life on this big blue planet! Huge portion of master craft pretzel dough! The perfect amount of salt and "have an awesome day" chewy inside!! It made my head explode with happiness! Which was very appropriate for today, the Independence Day celebration of our United States of America!! The staff is very personable, polite, and cheerful. Yummm !!!! And I was able to pick a sticker amongst the many varieties that they had in stock! I loved this venue!!! Happy Birthday, America!! God bless!!

The best pretzels! A must visit if you are in the area. We couldn't leave without getting one or two. We brag the regular salted pretzel and a cinnamon sugar to go. It as the perfect snack on our way home. They are very soft and have a very distinct flavor. I wish we had one close to us.

Tucked away on St. George Street, Ben's Soft Pretzels offers a delightful escape with its irresistibly soft pretzels, pretzel dogs, and even pretzel pizzas. The fan-favorite Buggy Bits--served in salted or cinnamon sugar varieties--pair perfectly with their addictive beer cheese dipping sauce, making it a must-try snack. Beyond the delicious food, Ben's has a secluded garden seating area that feels like a hidden gem, providing the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine or a cold beer. With live music adding to the atmosphere, this charming setting truly melts the stress away. The quick, friendly service rounds out the experience, making Ben's Soft Pretzels a highlight on St. George Street. IG: @benspretzelsstaugustine

This place is a must to visit when in historic St. Augustine. The pretzels have a wide variety of options. I love the jalapeño topped pretzel myself. Today we had the garlic parmesan pretzel. The self serve drink fountain is helpful if you bring your own water bottles. Then you can refresh your ice and water while enjoying your pretzels. Bonus: crepe shop with ice cream is attached to this place. Extra bonus: they have a military discount.

You MUST TRY the beer cheese dip. It makes all the difference. We just ordered an original pretzel and that beer cheese dip just made it better. It was soft and the size is pretty decent. There is a nice area in the back with tables and chairs where you can sit and enjoy your food. It's a hidden gem. The line does get long, but it does move fast so don't get discouraged and just wait. Trust me you will enjoy it!

New flavor!

These are kids making and serving so I give them props for what they do. This is a hot spot for two reasons. These are superior to Annie's. Other reasons, the sumptuous garden in the back. Every time I come downtown this is a spot I love and love to go. Have you seen their Christmas tree decorated with ? You cannot miss this! I got the jumbo pretzel with cheese. The cheese is great and pretzel is not overly buttered like at Annie's. Another great pretzel in the city is the beer pretzel at Prohibition Kitchen.

Good pretzel overall. Not much different than Auntie Anne's though. Got the garlic Parmesan which tasted more like cinnamon for some reason

I've tried the s'mores pretzel, the pizza pretzel, and a classic salted pretzel with queso on the side, and honestly... no misses. The salted pretzel is soft on the inside, perfectly chewy, and that queso? Dangerous. Warm, creamy, and the perfect amount of salty to make you keep dipping until it's gone. The pizza pretzel is exactly what you want when you can't decide between carbs and pizza -- fluffy pretzel dough loaded with sauce and cheese that actually tastes balanced, not greasy. But the s'mores pretzel deserves its own shoutout. Chocolate, marshmallow, graham vibes all wrapped in a warm pretzel is unreal. Sweet, melty, and 100% worth the mess. Everything is fresh, hot, and made with care, and it's become one of those booths I actively look for every weekend. If you see this truck at a market, do yourself a favor and get in line. You won't regret it.
