Price for both was a little steep but given size, quality, and being at WEC it really wasn't bad. Coffee was also pretty good with the price surprisingly reasonable be given its location. Place was fairly busy but the line moved quickly so it wasn't an issue. If you're looking for a nice pastry and coffee I would definitely repeat if you're at or near WEC.

This time, we also tried the Takoyaki and it was on point, tender and juicy on the inside! The broth of the black garlic tonkotsu is well worth the price of this dish. It's hearty and flavorful. My only setback, as a person that cooks this dish at home as well as orders it whenever possible, is that the Chashu, this time around was a little on the drier side and the cut is also on the thinner side. However, getting a Chashu to that right tender texture is really not easy to do, and since it was very tender on the first time we went to eat here, I don't fault it that much. Unfortunately, there are a few issues with this location that can be worked out with a little extra attention from management. This location is located in the middle of Hwy 200 and receives several visitors and is regularly packed. I am excited that the location does well, but the layout of the drive-thru and parking lot make it difficult to access. If you want to swing through for a coffee before a meeting you better leave with ~30-45 minutes to spare. The staff turnover rate is unreal. Week to week you will see new team members working. They are all extremely nice, but there have been issues with the inconsistency of the product. I became a big fan of the Sweet Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew (I know it is a mouthful) when it released. I would order this drink on a regular basis (every other day) and I would receive a different tasting drink every time. I even received one with Whipped Cream in place of the Cold Foam! I will continue to visit this location and update my review regularly as it is on my path to work. Let's hope for the best!

I didn't even initially assume it was a hate campaign until my sister mentioned it's an anti-pride month initiative. It's sad because the staff seems well intentioned and the coffee/food was fine. I just can't recommend this place as being an open-minded and respectful place for lgbtq+ people.
