We go to Dunkin every morning! There is some consistency. The price is usually the same, the coffee and refresher is the same, but if you order food it is typically different. Sometimes it's perfect and sometimes it's not. Today was one of those not days! The staff is always friendly and nice so I choose not to complain:) they are typically pretty quick with the service too except when they are bombarded with the kids from the high school. But they are working HARD to get everything done! There are a few potholes on the way in. And once you are in the drive through line it's impossible to get out. We absolutely love to see the cats too. My dog loves going to Dunkin because they do provide him with a small plain munchkin for free or you can pay $1.00+ for a pup cup which is cream in a cup with a munchkin. read more

I have to say that I am a huge fan of Dunkin'. This particular location also has a Baskin-Robbins attached to it. I only stopped in to grab something to drink, Billy Donuts, bagels and everything else look good. The next time I am in this area I will have to stop by and grab something. Service was friendly and prompt. I was in and out in a relatively quick amount of time. Berlin Wall, I would definitely recommend a visit here. It is on East Silver Springs Road hi, which is a main road through Ocala. It is also very convenient to the Veteran's Memorial Park. read more

if i could give zero stars i would this was the worst dunkin ive ever been to. i ordered and paid for my food and when my loaded hashbrowns came out they were ice cold and i was very polite asking if they could just heat it up for me and the employee said her manager said no so i went in and asked for either a refund or for them to heat up the hashbrowns because i thought it was unacceptable to receive cold hashbrowns that i paid for. if you have any problem with the quality of this dunkin it's no surprise and they make no effort to fix it at all especially the manager. this location has lost a lot of customers due to the lack of management skills and poor food quality. read more

Today, March 13, 2024 had the worst workers ever! I ordered a sweet tea which was sweet and tasted like old moldy tea. I also ordered food with my family and all of our food was cold. To also add salt to the wounds, there was an elderly woman who had fallen and not once did the workers come and check up on her or help. She was wounded pretty badly. Definitely had some cuts and scraps. My family and I help the woman and her family get her up, which she was thankful for. So disappointed. I wouldn't recommend going there. Called in an order for a box of Joe yesterday at 2:20pm for 6:30am. I got there 10 minutes after because they never have it ready on time. Once I ordered the cashier Kaylei was trying to pass off the box to her coworkers who were clearly busy. After taking way too long to make, I asked for a few extra cups (only needed 3 more) she said she needed to charge me. I've worked at CFA, I understand you can't just give out free products but after not having my order 20 minutes after it should have been ready it's just good customer service. Then Kaylei said "it's not my fault you're late" she should be fired just for speaking to a customer like that. They made me late by not having me order ready and then her having no urgency, trying to pass off her work and speaking to me like that. Will not be coming back to this location. read more

Rude, disrespectful and will scream and yell at you over a mask. I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing them and her response was unprofessional to say the least. She lost 4 other customers that were wearing them due to how she responded to me and my dad. My dad is in his 70s with a breathing issue and is on oxygen and refused to take our order over a mask. Today we stopped by the dunkin donuts in Gainesville Florida at 3411 SW Archer Rd Ste. B At approximately 3:50pm and ordered 2 vanilla cream donuts and 2 chocolate frosted donuts with a coca cola. We could barely understand what the person was saying, but after a few inquiries, we got the order placed. After leaving the store, we each ate a donut and then began the other as we entered interstate 75 south to head back to Ocala. Just as we merged onto I75 my wife made a noise and a weird face and pulled a piece of thin but firm, white piece of plastic out of her mouth that had been inside the vanilla cream donut we just purchased. I have been visiting dunkin donuts since I was a child in it's home state of Massachusetts, but I have NEVER, EVER found anything like that in my donuts. A great Dunkin that also serves as a Baskin Robbins. Who wouldn't love some ice cream after you've scuffed down sweet doughnuts? Honestly though, the servers here are always polite and efficient. There's also usually a decent variety of doughnuts as long as you don't come at night when there's few left. They expanded the area several years back and the space has served them well. It's always clean and you can't beat the free Wi-Fi while you're chilling with a cup of Joe and a donut. read more

While we were in line ordering our adult hot coffee, our child was looking at the ice cream options on our phone. The cashier told us we were not allowed to look at the menu while waiting in the drive-through line. There was not a single car in front of us or behind us. We were the only people in line, and there was not a list of ice cream flavors posted in drive-thru menu board. I went to this location earlier today and asked for a "peppermint mocha shake." This is an item listed on the menu. The drive thru cashier replied "ma'am I don't know what that is. We have peppermint ice cream." I then told her to go ahead and make a peppermint mocha iced latte, to which she also didn't make. She made an original black iced coffee. I'm not sure how you don't know what's listed on your menu but. This isn't even the first time this has happened. To say I'm sick of this places lack of attention to detail is an understatement. I consider myself a fairly frequent customer. Not after todays experience I will never grace the drive thru or this particular DD if they paid me. I start out as always with my drink order which the girl can never get right. 2 Iced Coffees aren't that complicated, but you would think she was trying to process algorithms for space flight. I then asked for a few things which surprise surprise they never have!! Nice place to open up a dunkin donuts. So we settle on two blueberry muffins and 4 mini dogs. Get to the window the App won't work so she uses the card and then says pull forward while holding onto my iced coffees. Nope not going to pull forward and sit there half the day while they screw up the order. She keeps insisting that I pull forward. No at this point refund the money on the card I have places to go and give me the blueberry muffins. "Oh you ordered Blueberry Muffins?" That's it Iced Coffees become Hot coffees, Muffins become other things completely this location has the lack of intelligence to even resemble a Dunkin Donuts. I'm done news years resolution is to never return. But it is Dunkin donuts so like dieting who knows how that will go. read more

I love dunkin and get coffee there almost every day. However there is one MAJOR issue with dunkin, their beverage quality is very inconsistent. One day my coffee will be great, the next day its horribly bitter and overall just not good coffee. Today I went to get a drink and there was not enough cream, so I went back in to complain and ask for more cream put in, and they remade the whole coffee and when they handed it back to me, it was worse off than before. It was as if I was drinking straight creamer and all I had asked for was a little more cream. Overall I enjoy dunkin but just make sure you know what to order And keep in mind it isn't always going to taste the same read more
