Come in on a rainy morning and it's exactly what was needed. The coffee shop space is cozy with the most welcoming staff, and it's open to the large sports bar type area for additional seating. The stuffed biscuit caught my eye and I can not recommend it enough. Gravy could use a slight bit more black pepper for my taste, but the biscuit was tender while still holding up to the flavorful sausage and egg in the middle.

Unique spot! The ability to order from different inside restaurants with a full bar in the middle. A live band was playing today and you gave the option to sit outside or inside. Dog friendly! The watermelon witfinite ale was refreshing and the Mac and cheese hush puppies were yummy! Great atmosphere, don't judge the outside-go in!!!!!

They finally opened! Infinite Ale Works has been working for years getting this place opened! We are super happy because this is way closer to home than the original location. Not only is Infinite the main attraction but there are several food options as well. There is a parking lot in the back that fits about 15-20 cars. I do think there should be more paths though leading from the lot to the door of the building (there was only one). As we entered from the back door, there were two restaurant options upon entering- Pinsa and Chicken Spit. After passing those, you enter the main hall, where Infinite's huge bar stands in the middle. Off to the side, there is Sippin Grounds and Spagato. There are kiosks located throughout the venue where you can order food. Then at the front of the building, located outdoors, is a huge seated patio. There were dogs out there so it is pet friendly but I am not sure about indoors. We sat at the bar and decided to have only drinks. Since they were still in soft opening mode, there were only 6 beers on tap. There are plenty of cocktails and wines to choose from as well. Hubs had 3 beers and I had 2 glasses of wine and a White Claw. The bill was $53, which is not really that bad but I think the prices are a little higher here than the original Infinite. There are televisions on the walls, along with tables and chairs throughout the area. There is also an event room. We are definitely going to frequent this place more in the future. Big Lees has a spot waiting for them as well but I did not see a date as to when they are opening.

So I went to this establishment for what was advertised as an Oyster festival. Needless to say…read morewhen I arrived at 6pm I was told the festival sold out at 2pm that day even though the event was advertised as being from 11-9pm. so I decided to sit at the bar and have a drink. First I was in line behind someone being help at the register on the other end of the bar. The waitress helped the gentleman and then left the register as if she was handling some other things behind the bar, never returning to take my order, even passing by me several times. Taking orders around the bar. Then A young couple walked up behind me and were helped by the gentleman behind the bar, I assumed he had been helping them before because they were discussing how much alcohol was in a particular beer and weather or not the underage young women could legal drink it based on the alcohol , Now I'm still standing there, yet no one asked to take my order or if I needed anything! Two people finish eating and left so I took one of the seats at the end of the bar beside where I was standing . I watched while the lady lady bartender finished her shift and left and another bartender took her place, upon staring her shift she went straight to help the large group of gentleman at the bar with drinks, so I told myself maybe they have been waiting just as long as I have , yet when she finished with their drinks she walked right past me sitting there with a menu in hand! The final straw was seeing the gentleman with the beard come and take orders from two groups of people standing right beside me , where I previously was and he never attempted to take my order! I won't even mention me looking up and catching a a gentleman staring at me, like literally hard staring at me!! I don't like to make assumptions however I can only assume I was not a welcome sight in this establishment due to me being a black woman!!! I'm in Ocala for a travel assignment and I can say experiencing something like I did at this place yesterday tells me all I need to know about this area! To all my brown people stay clear of this establishment I've included pictures so there is no confusion about the individuals!

I love the vibe, what a great place to meet friends and hang out. The huge hall also offers food while the brewery is the center point with the bar wrapping all the way around the tabs in the center. There's a beautiful outdoor deck with a view of a lake. The only drawback for me was that I love to enjoy my tasty craft beer, and it was hard to dodge the cigarette smoke. Even though the patio is huge, it is covered so the smoke gets trapped. One smoker polluted the entire patio. It was a beautiful day, but we had to go inside. As a non-smoker I do wish the patio was smoke-free.

They have a bar area, inside seating and a beer garden. Part of the beer garden is under cover so it worked for us. There were Thursday specials and the beer menu could be viewed through a code on your phone. Our server quickly took our drink order, which for me was the $5 margarita special. The menu has interesting choices of a variety of empanadas, salads, burgers, bowls, entrees and sandwiches. I opted for a bowl with Mac and cheese and beef. Food arrived quickly and for me it was the perfect portion. For my husband, it wouldn't have been. The Mac and cheese was good, and the meats which were ground beef, brisket and short ribs cooked in a sauce were excellent. Our server was efficient and helpful. We were too full for dessert, but they looked interesting.

The road (S Highland St.) can be busy. There are adjacent parking lots across the streets in front and on the brewery side (Liberty Ave and S Highland St.). It seems easier to park there and can help make entering the roadway much easier. Kat took care of us. She answered any questions we had. She was knowledgeable about the menu and even made food and drink recommendations. We had shareable appetizers and also ordered individual meals. I sampled the Kettle Chips and the Abbey Nachos. The Kettle Chips were absolutely delicious. They wee fresh and beautifully seasoned. I ordered the Sanctum Steak & Egg from the Brunch menu. Brunch is available Saturday and Sunday from 12-4pm. Side options included Tater Tots or Fruit. I opted for the Tater Tots. The Sanctum Steak & Egg was assembled on a Brioche Bun with a generous serving of Bellringer Aioli. The sandwich was flavorful and very filling. The Tater Tots too were fresh and perfectly seasoned. They were hot, crispy and delicious. I indulged in the Lavender Dream Drop seasonal cocktail. My only complaint was that the glass it was served in was not big enough. There was a good balance and taste of the vodka, lemon juice and housemade lavender syrup. I would definitely return to Eden Abbey for a few repeat flavors and an opportunity to try other menu items. I inadvertently and accidentally deleted the food pics! I was photo dumping and must have deleted by mistake. SMH Well, guess that means I have to visit again to get more pictures.

There is a long bar, sitting area with fire place and an outside area as well. Chris Hart, the owner and brewer is doing something very right here. The beer selection is diverse. I think I counted 19 beers on tap, plus a host of guest taps including cider and wine. They do Belgians right here, but there were also sours, gose, pilsner, IPAs, porter, brown ale, and some European favorites like a winter warmer, hefeweizen and Marzen. The BEER: Wicked Child Belgian Strong Ale 14% ABV... sips like it is under 10%, smooth and delicious, just very slightly boozy. This is the strongest beer in Gainesville The Snow Gose 4 5% ABV... everything you would expect, sour and salty goodness Pucker Round fruited Gise 5.5% ABV... holy wow, a little tonic, and a lot of pucker. Good. Key lime and passion fruit Lord of Flashheart Belgian blonde 6.5% ABV... yes this is a grand blonde, well balanced and easy drinking Queenie Belgian amber 6% ABV... I love this amber, especially the warm hug I feel after a few sips. It mellows as it warms. Saint Sydney Belgian Dubbel 7.5% ABV... Oh yes, yes, yes, yes! This is the real McCoy, slightly boozy, semi sweet and quite delicious. Date Night Belgian quad 12% ABV... you can definitely taste the alcohol in this one. Not subtle, but definitely delicious, especially if you like Belgians I Cherries You Belgian fruit beer 7% ABV... wow, this is absolutely delicious, on the dryer side, but still semi sweet and absolutely crushable Real Eyes Realize Imperial IPA 9.25% ABV... perfectly balanced imperial IPA, sweet, juicy, delicious A little citrus and a whole lot of orange rind. This IPA has character. If I had to classify this brewery it would be a sophisticated craft beer experience. And, if I have any criticism it is that if you open a tab, they keep your card. So not a fan of that, but the overall experience was awesome. Like really awesome. BLACKADDER BREWING does BEER RIGHT!
