It feels sacrilegious to give any Dunkin Donuts anything less than 5 stars, but this was a bit of a miss. That's really sad too because the location is quick and easy access from the highway, and that's what I'm looking for on my road trips. It was definitely early, as we were just settling down into an day adventure in our car. But not to early for typical politeness. The employees weren't rude or anything. Just dead flat, barely even any eye contact...are you guys trying out robots now? We know you don't even make the donuts fresh anymore, or even your food, for that matter. Which brings me to the worst part of this stop... My iced coffee was good. But the egg and cheese on a croissant was absolutely terrible. The most offending issue was being able to strongly taste sausage. They had obviously made my sandwich with sausage on it and then removed the sausage. Because I make the choice to only eat ethically sourced pork and do not have a food allergy, I ate the sandwich anyway. But what if I had been someone with a food allergy? Not only was the sandwich lukewarm, even tho I waited for it to be made, the croissant was dry. Normally the croissants are flakey and buttery and really make the whole sandwich. This one just completely sucked. I ate about half of it for the sake of getting some food into my belly and tossed it. Really the only thing this place had going for it was the iced coffee made correctly, a fairly clean looking women's restroom, and quick and easy access on and off 75. I'd stop again if we don't want anything to eat. Just a coffee and potty break spot. read more

Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. They refused to let me order inside. I couldn't go through the drive thru because I was in a semi truck. Ordered on the app for pick up. Walked in. The staff are so incompetent that they couldn't figure out how to put together 2 donuts and a cold brew coffee. Their incompetence has them visibly stressed and overwhelmed. While in the store I even heard them ask a woman who was filling out a job application "if she's sure that she wants to work here." Followed by snickering. ...after repeating my order, and asking for them to fix it, I was replied to with anger resentment. This is a shocking level of nastiness from people who sell donuts. I will never come back here. I recommend you fire every one in the store and close your doors. It's a lost cause if they can't handle a typical morning rush. So embarrassing. read more

just went through the drive thru and asked for light ice with my strawberry dragon fruit refresher and got to the window and paid and when they handed me the drink it looked like there were 3 to 5 sips worth missing from the drink... can't help but feel like they did that because I asked for light ice. would not recommen. read more

This place was your normal DD...nothing spectacular, but nothing for me to rip them on anything. I needed caffeine and I needed some food to get me over the hump for a late dinner I was going to have so I stopped here at about 2pm. Coffee was just fine (Iced Butter Pecan for a treat) and the Blueberry muffin I had was pleasantly fresh tasting. Service was a little slow for this time of day, but I wasn't in a hurry. Place was very clean, including the bathroom. If I was in the area again, I'd happily stop here. read more

I have never had such horrible customer service. I ordered the same items that I have been ordering for 2 years, every Friday, at this exact DD. The lady taking the order informed me that they don't carry and have never carried a drink item that I have ordered every Friday. When I informed her that they do carry it and that I get it all the time she still insisted they didn't carry it. Her and I bantered back and forth and she then proceeded to tell me that she did no have to serve me. Me and my children were very disappointed because that is their weekly treat and they normally have everything we want unlike some to the stores. DD needs to work on training their staff in dealing with customer service. read more

Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I waited in line for 15 minutes, which honestly wasn't that big of a deal, but then was given attitude by the lady taking the order and drove up to have to have them remake my coffee 3 times. They put cinnamon on it when I asked for no cinnamon at first. Then they made it black even though I asked for extra milk. Then they added milk to it and I drove off to find out that they didnt even put caramel or toasted almond in it like I asked. It was the worst and most dissatisfying experience. read more

They always wait a long before taking our order inside, even when they haven't been busy. They couldn't hear us in the drive through, so we pulled up to the window and waited. They looked at us but no one took our order. We were completely ignored. We ended up driving away. They also don't put enough drink in the cup, always a lot of space at the top. Other than that they do obey mask rules but we were very disappointed with their service everytime we have gone. read more

Fairly loud conversations among the staff about needing wine. Although probably joking, not really something guests should hear. Then after one of them finishes their shift, she gets into her suv (tan Ford Explorer)... for some reason it's appropriate for her to park in the very closest parking spot to the front door. Perhaps she could leave that open for her customers. Additional bonus points for the garbage can overflowing outside the front door AND the bumper sticker on that employee's SUV saying literally "Don't ask me for shit". Dunkin Donuts how I love your yummy yummy donuts for many many years and you never seem to fail me. I just had to come by during my 10 hour drive for a coffee pick-me-up. The make their Coolattas a little too sweet, but it is still so very very addicting and delicious. Donuts are always a plus as well. This location was very clean as if it was fairly new, and the workers were nice as well. I didn't know that Dunkin Donuts now has K-Cups too! where have i been? lol read more

This is not my favorite place for coffee and such. My love is Starbucks. This happens to be my hubby's favorite coffee. We compromise at times so we can both enjoy what we love. Hubby would give it 4 stars so this is his opinion. Mine would be like a 3 because Starbucks is a 5! read more

Lady at the drive through was very rude. We ordered a black iced coffee and received a coffee that had so much cream in it and was so sweet that we couldn't even drink it. When we complained because we can't drink dairy and it was definitely not right, she just kind of looked at us, told us we were wrong, and shut the window.
