This was our experience today at this dunkin location. After not returning for over a year because of their poor customer service, we decided to give it another try. I have moved here from another state and I have been to this particular location multiple times and I always order a croissant with avocado spread and bacon. As I went today, January 26th, 2025 at 9:45am Est I made that same order with a medium hot coffee and the lady on the intercom told me I could not order that as I heard the manager in the background telling her we don't make that here, not on my shift, not in the morning time, she's never got that here in a very rude manner, as if I could not hear her. The girl on the intercom proceeded to tell me I could get it and when I was given my order, I was given my bacon in paper and my avocado spread in a cup. It was very unprofessional as I come from a bigger city, and I think this should be looked into. And again I have come to this location multiple times and made that same exact order and received it. I feel like as long as both of those items were available it should have been capable for me to get. The most ridiculous experience we have ever had in a drive thru. We waited 3 minutes at the speaker to order. The girl told us "a couple more seconds " after making us wait a few minutes. When we finally got someone on the speaker, that person kept saying "hold on" or "what do you want" every 5 seconds. As soon as we started to order, we were told yet again "hold on". Worst customer service ever!!! I ordered on the app for the drive thru. Get to the window and I'm told they don't have my order!! This is 30 minutes after I ordered! How is this my problem?! So now I have to go inside and clarify the address. The girl at the register actually had the nerve to say " this lady needs the address but I don't know why!!" RUDE!!! I typically like this Dunkin' more than their other locations in town, but the past month I've been so disappointed in them. They only have their drive thru open, yet each time I have tried to go in I've checked for a sign posted that says inside is closed and there hasn't been one. They just lock their doors. And someone next door told me they do it whenever they feel like it, so sometimes it's open, sometimes not. I'm not sure if it's just laziness that they don't want to deal with more customers or what, but when I'm pulling a trailer I can't fit through their drive thru so it's very frustrating. read more

This DD has arguably the worst customer service ive ever been to, the manager has an attitude 24/7 and is extremely disrespectful to everyone for really no reason, he talks bad about elderly bieng slow at the drive through, loud kid and pets making noise while taking your order, and the food is also bad, its greasy and disgusting and although its not super expensive its almost like they still manage to rip you off of what you get, coffees are decent but they always rush everything and is not even half of what starbucks is, and the place is decently clean but during these COVID-19 times they rarely wipe and disinfect the area, on top of that often times dont wear gloves except for the food makers, just do yourself a favor and get something from somewhere else the food and customer experience will not be as bad as Dunkin on 27. Like a lot of people, I spend A LOT of money at the coffee places around town. This one in particular is the closest to our house but yet still a 15 minute ride away. It seems just about every time we go to this location there is an issue. Today I asked for a "pup cup" and the lady very rudely said "we do not do that any more." If I could give zero stars, I would. I'll try to keep a long review short so here goes.... I pulled up to the drive-thru yesterday late afternoon. After pulling up I waited quite a while before I decided to say hello. I said "hello" and I got back "yeah" I asked if they were ready to take my order followed by a long pause then she said "go ahead" may I add in the rudest tone, a tone of I want to kill myself because I work here tone. I then ordered a large hazelnut coffee with milk and sugar and she asked "what kind of coffee" I said hazelnut please. Then she said " hot or cold" ? I said hot, then she said I just needed to know hot or iced not hazelnut.....again with the rudeness! Like really! Well after dealing with all that I drive up curious to see who this girl is and there's a guy at the register and the girl making an iced coffee drink. So the guy gives me my total. Before handing him my card, I asked if that iced coffee was mine and he said yes. I told him I ordered a hot coffee and he turned to the girl and said "we have a problem, she ordered a hot coffee. Almost timid to tell her. After seeing her reaction, I can see why! She got super pissy and confrontational!!! And looked at me annoyed saying....." you ordered an iced coffee!" I said no I didn't, I ordered a hot coffee, she then again said no you ordered iced.... At this point I'm like wow really? Like is this the customer service we can expect as "the norm?" When I drove back the front doors were locked as if I was a convicted criminal or something when this all happened because of her attitude!!!!. With I immediately did! She then called me back about 2-3 times from a no called ID and pretended to be corporate telling me to never come back to that store. She hung up, I called back and I she said " better stop calling before my manager calls the cops" lol ok I'm sorry, didn't you tell me you were the manager? Extremely poor customer service to say the least. Cashier had an attitude regarding something that was 100% their fault. I'm sure working in fast food isn't fun, but being a decent human being isn't that hard. Really not impressed with anything from this location and I've frequented multiple times over the course of the year sense it opened. The staff doesn't listen to you or your order. It wasn't up until today where previously I was paying a set dollar amount for a medium and when I upgraded to a large today I paid the same amount , not sure how that works out ? The managers (both of them, both female in the opening AM shift) are extremely rude. When I order a drink they pass it off to you, quickly close the window, and walk away (yes I taste the drink before leaving bc most of the time it's not right and it's a simple order) which I don't understand because I've never been disrespectful or rude with them. I asked them to remake the drink this morning because it was too sweet (which is why i ask for light sugar) and the manager argues with me.
