Ordered something simple and they couldn't get it right. Ordered 2 large vanilla iced coffees with cream and sugar. Easy sounding enough, right? That's exactly how I ordered it. Tried to give me hot coffee and when they did give me the correct type of coffee, the flavoring and add ins were way off. My 74 year old mother couldn't drink hers, it tasted so horrible. These guys charge 4.29. Most of the rest in the area charge 3.69 to 3.89. Drive a few miles extra to another location and not only do they understand the order, it's 40 to 60 cents cheaper. Ordered online via their app a day before my event for 4 jugs of coffee and 4 jugs of hot chocolate. I walk in at 5:15pm (my event starts at 6) ready for my order to be ready. I walked into the employee stating she doesn't have enough boxes and nothing ready yet. I sat there for 45 mins to have this order completed. Only to bring these items to a funeral home for families that were the worst watered down coffee and hot chocolate I have ever experienced from Dunkin. I purposely chose Dunkin because the hot chocolate is usually so good. I am embarrassed I gave these items to families we serve and I showed up late due to an inefficient ordering system. Regardless, it's NOT what I THOUGHT I ordered. Young girl at the cashier about had me in tears over it and was practically forcing an order upon me that I did not want. Young man behind her asked if I wanted it hot (not iced) and I had to mouth the words "Yes please", in order for this young girl not to flip out (even more). I was asked to pull up. We were the only people inside at the counter and the 2 employees (1 a manager) were both working the drive thru. After 10 minutes no one had yet to even acknowledge we were there. We talked loudly intentionally and another customer walked in and 10 more minutes walked by before the female manager said she'd be with us in a minute. Well that's nice albeit quite late. Soon after she did in fact take our order and was quite light hearted & talkative. The fact that they had a good selection of donuts left at 4 pm was also a positive sign. when we left there were an additional 2 more customers in line and the drive thru was backed up even more. very hit or miss. yesterday me and my mom were in a rush and went to get coffee. I got an iced vanilla latte and my mom got the same thing but hot with an extra shot of espresso. They gave me an iced coffee with hazelnut and extra espresso and they gave my mom and iced latte that was unbearably sweet. 10 dollars and 2 inedible drinks that were completely different then what we ordered. read more

My husband and I went to Dunkin at 9:25pm and ordered a medium HOT coffee . We were asked to immediately pull up so they could brew fresh HOT coffee. We pulled up and 4 min later another car pulled up. At 9:38 a cashier came out with 2 large coffees for the car behind us. We asked about our med and she said she would get it. We waited another 3 min and finally got it. We got a sorry! LUKEWARM NOT HOT!!!! When I called back up there the manager said all the coffee came from the same pot. This has happened to me about four times now. I order donuts through the drive thru. Simple order all donuts nothing complicated. I like cake so I order 6 or a dozen all cake, and I don't check (stupid me) because there are cars behind me and the staff has already taken forever to get it together. I get home and they are ALL yeast donuts. Today I ran through and I said cake donuts three times, I swear to you and guess what I got? They must a prerequisite when hiring, that your IQ can't be over 20. read more

I went through the drive thru @ Dunking Donuts cause we were in a rush. I ordered food and we got told to pull up, we did. When we got our food I was missing my side of snackin bacon/side of bacon and I couldn't tell out of the 5 sandwiches we ordered which one was mine no marking on the sandwich or anything. Whatever so we went back in line to tell them I was missing my bacon and I wanted to order my maple croissant and my husband ordered his beyond sausage sandwich. When he asked the girl who was taking the order if it would be long she flat out told him yes and to pull up. When we got our food again I checked and my croissant was so burnt it was black halfway through and the bread crumbled and it was hard. So I went in with the sandwich and this gentleman named Michael helped me because all the women there looked at me like I was being the rude one... he asked asked me what sandwich I needed replaced and was very attentive and sweet. He even gave me an extra sandwich for the inconvenience. So give that man praise because he had also been the only morning shift person that was still there since 5 in the morning! read more

I always have problems with the location by skate mania. This location has started off nice with no problems. Now I can see where they are going down hill, just like the skate mania location. So I go to order donuts. They say they are out of all donuts. 11am on a Sunday. First off i would think this is a busy day and they should have ordered more product. So I order a plain Ice coffee cream and liquid sugar and 3 hash browns. They charge me for that and three donuts. Then I say "I thought you were out of donuts?" Their reply, "yes we are." Ok then why did you charge me. Ooopps. Normally I give Mercy and grace but I was the only one in the Drive thru. They handed me some tea thing. I explained I ordered an Ice coffee. Upon tasting the coffee it's wrong. I was the only one in the drive thru. Big communication problem with that team. I can only assume the manager is incompetent because they are out of product on a Sunday. Either way it's frustrating because I won't try the location by Skate mania anymore and I was really looking forward to this location.
